How did I not see this before? I love this pairing and this is so good! I love everything about it -- the way they don't just fall into each other's arms and everything is perfect, the way other people don't approve, the way Douglas is only human (and Heather too.) Everything they deny and everything they admit seems so IC. Great use of secondary OCs too. (Not like there's too much choice in this fandom...)
And it's very hot, on top of all that.
And you like my stuff, apparently -- well, hey, I'm flattered by that. Thank you.
