I realize this was written so long ago but I read it just tonight and had to leave a review.
Never before has a fic ever actually made me jump in my seat. I guess I was so engrossed with the Liquid/Otacon scene that when Solid spoke, I felt like I was being interrupted at a bad time too. And his deadpan reaction? Priceless.

Well written, good grammar, good characterization - I always like seeing the characters' dark sides, especially when the author can keep their personality intact on the way - and pretty good smut. Hal's one-sided dialogue with Liquid was fairly delicious. *applauds*
