I had to read this twice before I could respond. To echo an earlier review, the pairing made me skip over this story a few times when I was on the prowl. Just didn't sound interesting at the time. But then you updated. And I figured: why the hell not? So I read it. And now I can't get it out of my system; I almost couldn't sleep last night. I can't believe I never realized before the sort of high tension dynamics these two have—but some things are so obvious, they're easily overlooked? What they have going is incredibly frustrating, but horribly hot.

I feel for Hayner, because, ironically, I had the exact same... thing... going on with my childhood bully. He liked me. I liked him. He and I fought FOR YEARS. And everyone around us knew. But anytime someone tried to tell me, I would freak and lash out and insult him until I was blue in the face. I was just that scared that the moment I admitted it out loud, he was going to laugh, say it was all a joke, and hold it over me for the rest of my life. I'll probably always regret being such a wimp. I know Hayner is stronger than that. He just needs a little time to get his head on straight and lighten up a little. He's thinking too hard. Seifer is easy to jockey, as long as you know how to give as good as you get. ;)

The first time I came across a Seifer Hayner fic. I thought nahh
maybe not something that sounds good. But I checked this anyway
and by reading this I changed my mind. So now I went back and read
the others and it's now one of my fav pairings from KH. ^_^
Please write more this is to good a story to end like this.
And I hope you get swarmed by plot-bunnies for more stories.
