I pretty much agree wholeheartedly with what BattleAngel said in their review. As for me, I finally got into the MGS series this year, so I only just now stumbled upon this amazing fic. I truly love the way you wrote them together and how you showed both of their points of view. I just wish the ending had been more concrete (and happy because I am a sap).

Oh, Autumn, it's a beautiful story! I'm not a fan of Metal Gear Solid, I have never played it, but now that my boyfriend finished MGS4:GOTP, and I saw the movie (it's not a game, it's a movie), I really liked it. And my clinical yaoi eye told me about the special relationship between Otakon and Snake, specially in THE END!! (the very, very, VERY END) I knew it!! "A witness.." HA! A COMPANION AND A LOVER, I'LL TELL YOU!! Anyway... when I read your fic, I felt butterflies in my stomach. I loved your characters handle, how Otakon is so shy and Snake so manly, YAY!!! xD Their first time is BEAUTIFUL!!! It's have been years since I read a really good fanfiction and had this warm feeling in my heart... The internal struggle of snake was a VERY CLEVER move. That makes me respect this story. The infatuation between Ota-Snake makes me love it.
The only objection I have is the very end... it was rushed, I think you finished it to quickly. I mean, I wanted more sex (who wasn't?), but we need some things squared.
It's a wonderful story, thank you for share with us. You deserve more reviews, and I hope I'm not to late, but you're now one of my favorite writers. You win my heart with only this tale.

This is a great story. Painful... but great.
Also there's this thing about you missing a few plot-details here and there like how Philanthropy started and stuff like that but it mostly does little to interfere. I need more, like a drug, it's really addictive.

Okay I read chapter 2 and it was very cute. ;>
