I had a little trouble reading some parts fluently and had to re-read them, because some commas that weren't placed made me read things wrong. And I noticed a few words missing which made the sentence's meaning change, but that is expected when writing late at night. I have the same problem.
Otherwise, for a First, it's pretty good. You got the personalities pretty well, and I wouldn't mind reading more of your stuff - especially concerning Phoenix Wright.
