I get very excited when I see new chapters of this... it's (still) such a brilliant fic. I have such a hard-on for scientists (like any kind of scientist), so just Maynard... damn.

Excellent read! The characters and story are very well written, it's almost like I'm inside the story, watching it all through my own eyes! I love how Horst and Fritz interact with each other! They don't keep love and fight separate, they are true lovers! You also do a great job balancing the story out! You don't write way too much sexual content like some other mediocre fanfictions! This story is perfect! Great Work! I can't wait for the next chapter, I hope there is way more to come!

Oh wow. This fic definitely scratched my particular itch. For quite a while I've been looking for military fic with a focus on romance and intrigue, preferably within a known fictional universe, but most other fics are either PWP or long and detailed description of unabashed military fetishization. I think the choice to split the point-of-view to two different original characters is very smart since it gives them space to play off one another. All in all, a good read and looking for more from the author.

Freakin' love this. I really liked the Evolved in Prototype 2 (wish we could play as one of them, or Alex again, instead of asshole-Heller) so to find a fanfic with them in (especially a m/m one) has just made my day! :)

Just one small point - I did think there was a lot of background exposition that kinda made me glide over some bits, since we already know about what happened in the game, but I thought that the history of the two Evolved and just the sheer amount of detail (like the horizontal monster mash, oh shit, I laughed so hard) was great. Here's hoping Project Phoenix comes to fruition...
