This is off to an interesting start! I wonder how Daxter turned back! And what Jak's reaction will be when he finds out! (I'm betting on it being sweet!) you have a good style and flow that really pulls the reader along smoothly...Makes me excited and eager to read more!

This seems like a great stage-setter! Your details are nice and solid. Poor Jak, though! Yes, Erol and Praxis are certifiable. Hopefully the next installment will see Jak feeling a little better.
