Hello, thanks for reading my story. If you like it, please do rate it, leave a review, or even check out some of my other stories. I do pay attention to all feedback. This story will be told in epistolary form. (that means it's all going to be in letters from one character to another, in this case Malon and Ruto from Ocarina of Time) If you don't like that, there was your warning. The story will be light on sex at the beginning.
13 Month of the Zora, Y. 177 Dear Ruto, It's been ever so long since we saw each other. How are things in the Zora Kingdom? Papa says he ran in to you last week when he was delivering milk and you'd grown a few inches. The weather's been so nice here at the ranch. All the cows are practically singing when I go to milk them in the mornings. Epona says "hi" too, by the way. She's still acting real ornery around Mr. Ingo, but I think she'll get over him soon. If you wanna know the truth, sometimes his bug-eyes scare even Papa! Anyway, I hope you'll write back to me. I know things have been hard since your mama's passing, and I hope we can get together soon so I can cheer you up. Stay wet! See you this summer, I hope! Best wishes, Malon P.S.: Oh my! It almost slipped my mind. I met a new friend the other day. Shy little boy, didn't say a whole lot; I met him near the castle while I was out looking for Papa. Think he was sleeping on the job again. That boy was the most curious thing! He had a cute little fairy flapping her wings and telling him to listen a lot. I wondered why. He just sat there and stared for a while as I sang Epona's Song, then wandered off toward the castle. I didn't even catch the boy's name, but he seemed real friendly. I don't meet a lot of kids my age around these parts. Good-bye for real this time!
17 Month of the Zora, Y. 177 Dearest Malon, I always love hearing from you. Sounds like the farm life's been good. Everything over here's as boring as always. Daddy caught me cussing out the maid last weekend and has had me feeding Lord Jabu-Jabu for a week as punishment. He says it's supposed to "teach me to respect those less fortunate than I am." What a crock! I called her a bitch because she is one. I know she's been tickling Daddy's codpiece when he thinks nobody else is looking. I could really go for some excitement. Why don't you come to Lake Hylia on the 25th? The oracles say it'll be the first warm day of the season. We can have a picnic and talk about this boy you've come across. Was he cute? What did he look like? I hope he's not just another Hylian. Those long ears creep me out, you know. Oh Malon... I miss when we were younger. Why can't we just hang around every weekend like we used to? Oh, right. Because our parents are assholes and make us both work. My swimming instructor says I've been in bad form for the last few days. I'm getting awfully sick of all these inane criticisms lately. If it's not from Daddy or my instructor, it's Professor Gaebora. He seems awfully irritable, as if he's not concerned with my studies anymore. Oh, what should I say to Daddy? That owl's been teaching our family for generations. I can't just have him put down, I suppose. Anyway, I've rambled nearly enough for one letter. Tell me more about this boy when you write back, and remember, the 25th at Lake Hylia. All my love, Ruto
22 Month of the Zora, Y. 177 Dear Ruto, The 25th, huh? You bet your britches I'll be there! Not that you wear them, I guess. Hey, I always wondered, do the boy Zoras look at your... you know... a lot? I always thought it was funny how it's just right out there for everyone to see. I'd be awful embarrassed to talk about it in person, so you can write it real small-like in the next letter, okay? Oh, do you really think the maid's got some dirty laundry going on with your Papa? That wouldn't surprise me. She always seemed like a loose goose if you know what I mean. I don't know what to tell you about the old owl. He always put me right to sleep better than warm milk! All right, I'll quit stalling. I know you wanna hear about the boy. Oops, I mean Link. He told me his name when he came by the ranch yesterday. There I was, just grooming Epona like normal, and I see the boy walking up to me and waving. I couldn't believe he remembered me! Link finally introduced himself. Said he came from the Kokiri Forest. I thought that was awfully strange. The only ones who live there are the Kokiri elf people, last I was told. Anyway, Link is just a little bit taller than me and he carries a big sword. I reckon he also had a wooden shield on him, but I didn't get much of a look at it. He's got messy blonde hair and--I know how much you hate it, Ruto--big ol' long ears. I wasn't sure if I thought he was cute the first time we met, but now that I know him a little better, I'd say so. I walked Link around the farm a while just to show him the place. He was the most curious thing, checking behind the boxes. Told me he was lookin' for heart pieces and gold skulltullas. I don't know what he meant by that. I ain't ever seen any of those things on our land. For some reason the boy kept walking real slow-like behind me. I swear that little fairy of his was about to drive me bonkers yelling "Hey!" I wonder what he was looking at that she kept having to get his attention. He showed me the most gorgeous ocarina, said it belonged to an old friend of his. The way he described her, I'll have to admit I got a little jealous. She seemed real pretty. Link says she has bright green hair just like his dirty little outfit. I sang Epona's Song and he learned to play it on that ocarina real fast. After that, he had to go visit the village for something or other. Whew... I wrote a handful about that boy. Sorry if I bored you, Ruto. I'll admit he makes me feel very happy and I hope I get to see him again. Do you think I could trick Link in to giving me a big wet one? I always wondered what it's like to kiss a boy, but Daddy says he'll send his Cuccos after any boy daring enough to try. I'm 12 now, that should be old enough, right? Well, I'll see you soon. Stay wet! Love, Malon
25 Month of the Zora, Y. 177 Dearest naughty Malon, We're meeting up today but you said you wanted it in writing. I'll just give you this letter in a bottle when we get to the lake. Silly me, you'll already know that by the time you get it! Tee hee! To answer your question, yes, the boys do their best to get a good look at my privates. As you know, we don't wear clothes due to all the chafing on our delicate scales. To be honest... I don't mind them looking at me there. It makes me feel powerful, you know? Like I have something they want and I can make them do whatever I want. Not that I've let them do anything. We'll discuss your boyfriend Link at the lake. I have some interesting ideas planned for you two... but you know that already! Write me again with your thoughts after our meeting. Sincerely, Ruto
