• The princess struggled against her chains once more as her anger rose with the roar of the crowd. Jade was no longer holding her own against Mileena. The Edenian warrior had fought bravely but Mileena was too fast. Her sai found its mark again and again. With each piercing blow Jade lost more blood and found it harder to concentrate. One quick strike to the arm, three to the stomach, and a quick swipe to the back of each knee…Jade could no longer stand. Kitana’s stomach sunk, hope was lost.

   

  “I’m sorry my princess,” Jade choked out through a blood stained mask.

   

  “FINISH HER!” Shao Kahn’s voice boomed from his throne. Laughing hysterically, Mileena drove her sai into Jade’s throat. Her body slumped limply to the sandy floor of Kahn’s’ Arena. Kitana let out a horrific moan of despair at the loss of her friend. The guards dragged her body out of the Arena, to keep for Mileena’s impending feast. Kahn slowly stood up from his throne and the thousands of spectators grew quiet at once.

   

  “THE TRAITOROUS ASSASSIN HAS BEEN DEALT WITH!” The crowd cheered as Kahn pumped his fist into the air. “HOWEVER, WHEN A PRINCESS BETRAYS HER KINGDOM, HER PEOPLE, HER FAMILY, THE PUNISHMENT MUST BE MORE SEVERE!” The crowd jeered in agreement. Kahn walked to the princess. “You knew this was the only outcome. You could have ruled this realm. I am disappointed.” His massive fist backhanded her across the face. She had told herself she would not give him the satisfaction of a reaction but the blow was unlike anything she had received before. Kahn’s laugh boomed as he moved behind the princess. He slowly caressed her perfect ass with his fingers. They slid down the back of her thigh and up the inside resting on her covered vagina.

   

  “No…” Kitana mumbled as she felt herself getting moist. Kahn grabbed the cloth and ripped it off, sliding a massive finger into her slit. He grabbed her by the throat and lifted her high off the ground. She softly begged for her life but there would be no mercy from the emperor. He slowly began to squeeze. Her legs twitched wildly as her face turned blue and eyes bulged.  Just as she was about to lose consciousness he let her go. Her head hung limply as her crushed neck could no longer support it. Kahn placed one hand on her chin and the other atop her head and looked into her beautiful, blood smeared face. In one motion he snapped her neck, ending the life of the traitorous princess. Her lifeless body hung from the chains. She would serve as a fine example to any who would dare oppose Shao Kahn.
