The Clone of Shepard stepped onto the dainty Omega station for the first time in his life. A few days ago, he found an encrypted Prothean message inside of Keji's grey box that supposedly would have information regarding the Reapers. However, it only showed where this item could be hidden. While he had the Prothean cypher inside of him since he was an exact genetic replica of he original Shepard, he still could not completely understand where the item was located.
He was now searching out Helena Blake, a syndicate crime lord that was aided by Commander Shepard in taking over her partners business ventures. However, things apparently hadn't been going to well for her business on Omega.
As he walked through one of hundreds of slums on Omega, he saw various posters and signs advertising Aria T'loak as grand ruler of the lawless land. He walked through many balconies and catwalks with various shops and drug dealers, many of which asked the clone to browse their "fine selections".
The station still had quite a few Batarians, even though they were almost as extinct as the Quarians were, seeing as how they took the initial brunt of he Reaper invasion. After many annoying vendors started to piss Shepard off, he approached the end of a catwalk, only to be completely blocked by a Batarian salesman.
"Good sir, might I interest you in some-"
Before he could finish his speech, Shepard grabbed the Batarian and threw him of the catwalk. No one seemed to care as the Batarian fell hundreds of feet into the dark station depths down below. He traversed down another alleyway crawling with Vorcha that hissed and made guttural sounds as he passed by.
Halfway down the red lit alley was a Batarian sitting on a chair by himself, puffing some crystallized red sand. "Hey, I need to find the Arnoch slaver shop." Shepard said disturbing the addicts puff.
The druggie let out a deranged cough and scolded Shepard. "Ow goddamit!" He said. "What the fuck do you want you filthy human?”
"I said I'm looking for the Arnoch slaver shop." Shepard said, slightly annoyed at having to repeat himself.
The Batarian took a deep wheezy breath. "Yeah that's.....that's at the end of this alley on the left............... password is green snake."
"Thanks, I should go." Shepard said
"Yeah, you should....oh hey wanna try some of this, it's chemicals can kill a human with a single puff." The druggie said laughing at the psycopathic clone.
Shepard was through with this guy. "I also heard it could kill a Batarian with less than that."
"How so?" The drugged up Batarian asked with a puzzled look as he put his mouth on the pipe.
Shepard then grabbed the front of the pipe and rammed it straight through the back of the Batarian's throat, popping out the back of his neck. The Batarian twitched an cried in agony. "That's how." Shepard said as he walked away from the Batarian while it slid down it's seat with red sand smoke billowing from all of the holes on his head.
Shepard made it to the end of the smokey alley and knocked on a rigid wooden green door at the end of it. It was a very unusual design for the Omega station to use wood instead of steel doors. A rectangular viewing slot opened up and Shepard was greeted by a stupid jellyfish Hanar.
"This one needs a password." It said.
Shepard sighed "Green snake."
"It welcomes you." The Hanar said as it opened the door to the run down dingy brothel that doubled as a slave house.
A Batarian in bright red armor walked over to Shepard with three guards. "What can we do for you, my fine patron?"
"I'm looking for someone...Helena Blake." Shepard inquired. "I suppose I should check the management office?"
The batarians all laughed. "Helena Blake? Management? She doesn't run this show, I do. I mean, she used to, but we overthrew her and now she's just slave we keep around.
"Wow........ well can I speak with her?" Shepard asked.
"Sure 100,000 credits for some alone time. 1,000,000 to buy her."
"Are you fucking joking? I have to pay to talk to her?" Shepard said.
"She's a high value piece, I can't just trust anyone with it." The Batarian leader said.
Shepard thought for a few seconds."Fine, here's the hundred k."
He was led into a dimly lit room bathed in dark red light. At the end of the small room was a small bed with chains shackled around it. On the bed was an old human woman that appeared to be Helena Blake. However, she was in a compromising position, being violated by a Vorcha and a Turian. She didn't seem to enjoy being forced into sex with the aliens, but she obviously had no choice in the matter. She was covered with bruises and scratches, so she was apparently in this position for a while. The Vorcha and Turian finished inside her and threw some credits to the room's Batarian guard as she remained motionless.
"Damn, how the mighty have fallen." Shepard said unempathetically.
"Come to laugh at me Shepard?" The broken woman said. “Or do you want something more?”
"Neither, I have a question." Shepard said noticing the Batarian guard at the door watching him. "Perhaps you can help me."
"Perhaps.....or perhaps you can help me." The defeated crime lord said.
"I'm not wasting money to buy you." Shepar said coldly.
"No, no just do this quick thing for me and we will be good."
"Fine.” Shepard said. “So I recently came across a beacon that shows the location of an artifact that I need. It showed a location that I believe you might know, seeing as how you're the biggest space-farer in the galaxy."
"We'll what is it?" She asked.
"I saw a green planet that had three moons in its orbit, the sky was orange and I saw a black pyramid. " Shepard stopped. "I was gonna ask Dr. Liara T'soni, but she seems to be......out of commission."
" I believe I know where it is....." She said after thinking to herself for a minute."Yes, I KNOW where it is."
Shepard leaned in to listen.
"I still need you to do two things for me.” she said, withholding her information “I want you to kill me after I tell you where it is. But before that, I want you to kill that guard." she whispered.
"You're joking right?" Shepard said.
"I've lived a long life, I shouldn't live after all the terror I've seen and experienced these past couple of years. Prove you still have it and kill that guard. Then I will entrust you with the information I have. Then kill me and escape this hell hole.” she stopped again. “Oh and also take care of that bitch Aria T'loak as my last will. She helped them overthrow me. And besides, Omega's power is far too centralized, and removing her would allow a better rule by multiple entities instead of just her."
"Very well, I will do it all" Shepard said.
"Thank you, once again you've made this old woman happy." Helena said with a faint smile.
"Yeah, no problem." Shepard replied turning around on the bed and pulling his pistol out, putting a thermal bullet into the head of the Batarian guard.
"They'll be in here any minute, I'm sure you will do fine. The planet is Thoros in the Falcon system. There's a prothean pyramid on the small planet. It should be easy to find for you." She grabbed his pistol and put it to her head. "Inside of Aria's chest is a key to opening what lies inside pyramid."
"Thanks for the info." Shepard said with a slight smile, pulling the trigger and keeping his promise as the sound of guards approaching grew louder.
He looked at the now dead Helena Blake and got off the bed and readied his assault rifle and biotics. On the other side of the barred door was a squad of 6 slavers that readied for the rogue clone. On his side, Shepard prepared to use a high explosive on the door through his omni tool. He had not yet been able to fully integrate Kasumi's cloak tool into his Omni-tool as of yet. He clicked the activation button and a loud explosion knocked the slavers off their feet, killing four of the six. He walked out of the smoky blast way and shot the two guards on the ground mercilessly. As he continued through the dark hallway he came across a squad of four more slavers. Shepard used his biotic control to force two of the guards to shoot each other, paving his way out.
As he reached the entrance, the hanar doorman pulled out four pistols with each tentacle. "This one will make you pay for your transgressions. Afterwards, this one will enkindle your mother."
"This one doesn't think so." Shepard said raised his hand, controlling the Hanar slaver, forcing it to aim the pistols at itself, then pulling the triggers, painting the wall with bright pink blood.
As he approached the doorway, the Batarian leader and his three stooges came in. "I've got a whole army coming this way for you." His men raised their rifles. "You're not getting away from this."
"I wasn't planning on leaving yet anyways." he said.
He then threw his knife, striking the Batarian slavemaster in the throat causing him to groan and grab his neck as the others fired at Shepard. He then charged up his powered flame biotics and shot a flurry of lava from his hand onto the henchman from behind the counter cover, quickly melting them down as they yelled for their lives.
Shepard jumped over the molten Batarians and entered the alleyway that he originally came from. At the end of it he saw a large force of soldiers that he had no intention of dealing with. He quickly noticed an open air duct that he swiftly jumped into before being noticed, sliding down into his destiny.
"It's time to pay Aria a visit."
