Castlevania belongs to Konami not me. I am making £0.00 out of this fic, it is
written purely because I have a burning need to create. Although I would like
to own Alucard . . . then he’d be mine.

Warning: this fic contains really style='mso-bidi-font-weight:normal'>Light YAOI (GuyXGuy), blood play and vampires thisthis a necessary
warning for a Castlevania fic?). However although the first few chapters are
very easy going the later chapters
include, Heavy Yaoi, Violence and discussing of sensitive subjects.

Authoress notestyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana;mso-ansi-language:EN-US'>: I have
changed aspects. I am aware Alucard’s eyes are a soft grey-ish colour, I was
however inspired to change this as I have been before in my other fics.

Also couldn’t have a Dracula fic without at least
mentioning a mob. ^_^

The hunter
entered Castlevania with relative ease, only a few minor wounds, nothing to
worry about. He currently walked along the second entrance hall. Surprisingly
this one was different, the first had been full of Zombies and low forms of
undead. But this one was silent.

 p>

He took a
few steps before noticing an elaborate golden chair in which seated none other
than the lord of the undead himself, dressed in all his gothic finery and
smiling like some one who had just heard a rude joke. The hunter tensed he
hadn’t expected to find his quarry so quickly.

He tensed further
noticing the second individual in the room, seated on the floor, his arms
looped around his legs, leaning lazily back against the chair head leaning
delicately on the lord of darkness’ knee, and his expression one of lazy
interest.

The hunter
jerked, he needed to pay attention to Dracula not the creature at his feet, no
matter how much his eyes enjoyed resting on it.

“Dracula
lord of darkness and depravity prepare to meet your end at my hands. With the
help of the lord god I will strike you down daemon” the hunter yelled hoping he
sounded more threatening than he felt

he was
proved unthreatening when the creature seated on the floor let out a sound akin
to a feline purr as Vladimir ran his fingers through the creature’s hair, the
hunter watched spell bound as the beautiful creature on the floor, moved into
Vladimir’s touch, closing his eyes his expression becoming one of pure
contentment.an>

“Now that
your quiet finished”
Vladimirstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'> looked to the hunter snapping him out
of his gaze, Vladimirstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'> smiled toothily still fingering
the creatures hair causing the purrs to increase in volume slightly.

Vladimirstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'> looked to the creature on the
floor and his expression changed slightly his face jaded the expression seemed
monstrous although that was not the intent. The hunter drew his weapon a sword,
polished to reflect the light, style='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>Vladimirstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'> stood the creature on the floor
let out a small sound of protest but did not move. style='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>Vladimirstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'> closed the distance between hunter
and prey.

The hunter
watched Dracula keenly but against his will strayed to the creature still
sitting beside the golden chair. His eyes caught the creatures and noticed that
one was purple the other was green. As he met the creatures gaze he felt
himself sink, suddenly nothing mattered, he felt like he’d just slipped into a
warm bath with the promise that his wife would join him soon. He almost purred.

“Adrian”
Vladimir said quietly, his breath ghosting over the hunter’s throat

“Father”
the creature on the floor said but his gaze still held the hunters perfectly

style='mso-spacerun:yes'>

“You have
him”
Vladimirstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'> asked

“I do” the
creature purred and with that
style='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>Vladimirstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'> bit down.

style='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>* * * *

Adrianstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'> now wandered lazily towards one of
the many villages surrounding Castlevania. He was hungry.

Many small
villages surrounded Castlevania, it seemed odd to
style='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>Adrianstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'> why they would surround the
Castle, his father had explained it once before, same reason people lived under
volcanoes, the soil and the land was ridiculously fertile.

When
Volcanoes erupted they spread ash as well as magma and that made the soil
fertile, or something like that. Castlevania either used majik to keep the land
fertile and thus keep the humans close or it was all the blood that had soaked
into the soil.

With land
so fertile you would think that the people would be rich, but no. The land
belonged to Dracula and thus he got the bulk of the money, despite the fact
that he had little use for it, the rest went directly to the peasants.
style='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>Adrianstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'> had often walked the hallways with
Samuel in years past and the two were forever stumbling in on rooms full to the
brim with riches. Lying there because, the Vampire lord had nothing better to
do with it.

Still now
was not the time to think of such things,
style='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>Adrianstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'> decided as he entered the village
square, now was the time to get something to eat. Concentrating he wove an
illusion over himself, hiding the vampiric side of his nature; he fancied some
sport tonight rather than the usual hunt. He smiled to himself as he entered
the tavern.

style='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>* * * *

style='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>Adrianstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'> leaned heavily against the man who
stood before him, who in turn leaned heavily back against the tavern wall. style='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>Adrianstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>’s left leg was trapped between the
other man's legs, as he rubbed it slowly against the arousal hidden in the
man’s trousers. His hands roamed over the other man's tunic, running over the rough
cloth, caressing gently while his mouth worked against the others.

The man
who’s name Adrian hadn’t caught, had come up to him in the tavern and
spontaneously started talking to him, this was a tactic Adrian had used many
times to secure a meal and some sport. After a few drinks the human’s mouth had
become a little loser and he’d blatantly hinted that he liked
style='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>Adrianstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>, that he wanted him. style='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>Adrianstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'> had been waiting for something
like that to be said and almost dragged the mortal outside and down the side of
the tavern where they would not be seen.

Little did
the mortal know that under his feet lay the blood of a woman whom
style='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>Adrianstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'> had done this to last week.

The
human’s tongue str ins inside of
style='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>Adrianstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>’s mouth tasting strongly of Ale,
the stubble on the human’s chin scratched against his smooth pale skin
deliciously. Adrianstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'> drew back and lis mis mouth follow
the line of the human’s jaw downwards. The human arched against him as fangs
scraped over his skin.

“Oh sweet
God”

p clp class=MsoNormal>

Adrianstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'> reached under the human’s tunic to
find his nipples. humahuman bit his bottom lip as half cries escaped him,
Adrian smirked Human’s were so easy to control. He could feel the human’s eyes
on him and he drew away a little to meet there gaze, the soft brown eyes were
half closed and looked at the pale dunpeal so lovingly it actually struck a
cord in the dunpeal.o:p>

"You
are so beautiful." The human whispered, looking almost sad as he raised a
muscled arm to stroke the dunpeal’s hair.

The
dunpeal smirked and leaned in nipping lightly at the human’s mouth before going
back down and burying his head in the human’s throat, shivering at having the
blood so close but not allowing himself to get at any. He loved teasing himself
tway.way.

The mortal
leaned his head back against the cool stone, gasping. He had never done this
kind of thing before. He had never flung himself at anyone male or female and
yet he wanted this man, this man who appeared too beautiful to be human, he
felt his need burning inside of him. He wanted to have inside to be inside, he
didn’t care, and he whimpered his erection unbearable under the constant
stimulation from the pale man’s leg.

"I
want you," he murmured, “I need to have you”

He felt
the blonde smirk as he kissed his way down his chest, through his tunic,
getting lower and lower, he felt the blonde wrap his arms around his hips and
he groaned, guessing what was coming.

The human
opened chocolate eyes and looked down, watching the blonde man go on his knees
in front of him. The mortal reached out to twine fingers in that hair that was
so long, alabaster hands reached for his belt. Suddenly the mortal felt a jolt
in his stomach, something was wrong. He looked down and met the man’s eyes once
more, his stomach flopped, one was bright glowing emerald, and the other was
deep dangerous crimson.

A daemon.
The human sucked in a breath looking away, he was about to be fucked by a
daemon. He glanced back down at the beautiful creature who was frowning at his
belt obviously frustrated; to make a daemon so angelic in appearance was beyond
twisted.

Hands
nearly unfastened the belt only to be stopped.

“Wait” the
human whispered “I don’t even know you name”

“I’m style='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>Adrianstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>” the creature whispered,

“I’m
Trevor” the mortal smiled and it was not nice,
style='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>Adrianstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'> felt his stomach roll “Trevor
Belmont”

With that
Trevor brought his knee up, connecting hard with the dunpeal’s jaw, rendering
him unconscious.

style='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>* * * *

Trevor
cursed himself five times over and then once more for good luck. He kicked the
door to his house, nothing happened. His neighbour stuck her head out of her
front door

“Trevor
Belmont do you have any idea . . .” She stopped noticing the man in Trevor’s
arms “is he hurt? Do you need help?”

“No thank you
mam” Trevor dipped his head in thanks “he just can’t handle his drink this one”
the woman smiled and disappeared back inside. Trevor kicked his door again and
it swung open, stomping inside he almost threw the daemon on the floor.

What was
he doing? He mentally screamed. The instant the creature below him had said its
name he had recognised it. This was Dracula’s dunpeal child! Why hadn’t he
killed it? He glared at the blond collection of limbs on his floor, the dunpeal
had a large bruise under his chin where Trevor had kicked him and the hunter
felt a pang of guilt for harming something so beatific.

When he’d
been talking with the creature in the tavern he’dn amn amazed, it was so
beautiful, yet it seemed so innocent, he’d been flabbergasted when the creature
had dragged him into the alley. He had not killed it because of the innocence
it was nothing to do with the fact the creature was gorgeous and he was still
hard, or so he kept telling himself.

If it was
true and this was Adrian Feinhight Tepes, then this creature was half human and
even half human was worth tying to save. He’d grown up listening to his father
and mother teach him about Dracula, it was common knowledge that Dracula had
loved a human and that they had a son. It was also common knowledge that the
woman had beurdeurdered and the son lost over seas and that was why Dracula was
in a rage now.

Adrianstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'> had been found nearly seven years
ago and beenbeen living in the castle. Trevor cursed his own stupidity; he had
seen the dunpeal before, once, from a distance while he was running with what
people he could save from a village burning, and yet he’d been duped easily by
a pretty face.

The
alabaster creature stirs on the carpet, moaning quietly. Trevor curses again
and jumps to find his father’s rope.

style='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>* * * *

“I know
you” Trevor nods knowingly, “you’re Adrian Tepes”

“Marvellous
observation” the dunpeal mutters jerking in his ropes and wincing at the
burning. He s ats at his ankles; the rope that binds him is interwoven with
pure silver. He growls softly no wonder it burns. But the heat the silver
caused in him was not affecting the rope at all, must have been made with
alchemy.

“Your
Dracula’s child, the one he lost to humans” Trevor nods again “tell me monster
you grew up with humans why now do you attack us”

na'>

“I am
vampire human” Adrian snarls, trying to force down the memories of Artemis,
Louis, Marianne and his mother, all humans and all perfect. Thinking of them
always made him question himself.

“You are
half human DUNPEAL unless you’ve forgotten” Trevor snaps right back

“I do my
best to re ire it” Adrian smirked still trying not to remember, Artemis’ kind
words when he failed at something, Marianne’s soft hands when she held him
after a nightmare, Louis’ playful clumsiness. His Mother Lisa who had had
enough love for anything even Dracula.

“Why
haven’t you killed me, you are obviously a vampire hunter, to be so well
prepared”
:pla:place>Adrian hisses trying to change the subject

Trevor
blinked, he knew he should, the whip at his side resonated with fury telling
him in silent words to kill the creature in front of him . . . but, something
else told him otherwise. There was something about this dunpeal something
undeniably human. Trevor squatted next to the blonde and looked into glaring
blue and red eyes, it was defiantly therest ust under the surface, beneath a
shroud of anger, fear and hatred there was innocence.

“I want to
show you something” Trevor whispered

“You can
show me your throat human” thepealpeal snapped “the second I am able I am going
to kill y

“Those
ropes must be burning you by now” Trevor smiled a little “don’t you want out of
them” an answering growl was all he got and a renewed struggle. He winced as he
watched the burning ropes bite at the vampire’s flesh.

“I will e the them off, if you agree to come with me”

Trevor
sighed, he knew there was no way he could really trust the dunpeal, but part of
vampire lore was that the saying ‘as good as your word’ was taken literally.
‘Oath breaker’ was a death sentence, when a vampire broke his word, his oath,
he quiet simply forfeited his life. Other vampires would kill him. Trevor had
never understood it, how the most powerful daemons Lucifer had created would be
bound by something so simple.

“Do I have
your word that no harm will come to any human by your hand as long as you are
with me Adrian?”

“You have
my word Human”

“It’s
Trevor, Dunpeal” Trevor smirked untying the ropes

style='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>* * * *

Adrianstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'> watched with cold eyes ae
be
bonfire burned. People continually walked up, bringing what remained of there
homes and throwing it on the fire. Others gathered round trying to keep warm.
Poles stood erect in the ground holding up animal skins that acted as tents.
People coughed and spluttered around him, trying to get closer to the fire,
everyone seemed to be sick, the lace stank of illness and waste.style='mso-spacerun:yes'>

“You
dragged me out here to show me a bonfire human?”
style='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>Adrianstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'> asked sounding genuinely confused

Trevor
sighed, obviously the dunpeal didn’t understand, without a roof over there
heads in winter a lot of people were going to die. The attacks were bad enough,
slaughtering hundreds but the death count always continued to rise months after
an attack, cold weather and no roofs led to people dying in the streets from
the cold. Those who could fit into the town hall were also at high risk, that
many people in such a small place, sanitation was not good and disease ran
rampant spreading quickly and deadly.

“Why don’t
you come with me” Trevor asked, he hated seeing this, but he thought it might
be the only way to get to the angelic looking daemon next to him.

The hall
was long and quiet thin, wide enough for beds on each side and space to walk
down the middle, it looked like a hospital. The candles burned in a lonely
fashion on the walls making the dunpeal’s ivory skin glow in the light.

Adrianstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'> blinked and swallowed hard. This
was a place of death.

style='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>“Please style='mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>Adrian I understand if you
hate them”

He spun
around, looking for the person who’d spoken but there was none . . . strange the
voice had sounded like his mother.

“When was
the village attacked”
Adrianstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'> asked trying not to let his voice
catch in his throat

“Three
months ago” Trevor’s voice did catch; he looked at the ground unable to watch.

Three
months? Three months and still people were dying by the dozen. The people
outside lived on the mud covered by what skins they could salvage, they to
w soo soon be in here.

style='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>“ . . . I understand if you hate
them but please . . .”

There it
was again, it sounded so like his mother. He followed Trevor up the rows of
beds, women, men and children crammed into beds, sometimes up to three in one.
He had done this. He was responsible for this.

style='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>“But please don’t act on your
hatred, please don’t cause them pain they have enough already”

He span in
a complete circle earning a worried look from Trevor, it was his mother!! The
voice,

“Mother”
he whispered to quiet for any to hear,

A woman laid
on a bed with her child, a young boy with white blonde hair. The woman was
tall, slim, long matted and dirty blonde hair covered her pale and thin face.
The child next to her curled around her sobbing quietly into his mother’s
soiled hair. Adrianstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'> blinked, his heart racing the name
on the bottom of the bed ‘Lisa Tepes’

style='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>“Please tell your father I love him
and always will”

Adrianstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'> turned and ran.

* * * *

“You
understand now
Adrianstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>” Trevor found the dunpeal sitting
by a small pond just outside the village; the dunpeal was soaked through “why
did you run?”

>&nb>

“I had to
get away from the smell”
Adrianstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'> whispered

“You
looked like you saw a ghost” Trevor said calmly, knowing he’d gotten his point
across

“I did”
the dunpeal’s voice was to quiet for the human to pick up.

“Do you
understand now” Trevor asked putting a hand on the quivering blonde’s shoulder

“I do” style='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>Adrianstyle='font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Verdana'> stood “it must be stopped”
