Happiness.
The stuff of dreams and the desire of every person on every world out there. To most, it was the goal of their lives and something they felt between times of sorrow. For Namine, it was a sensation she had never experienced in her existence and one she had almost given up on ever feeling except through Kairi. Now, as she ran a hand down Yvette’s cheek, stopping to brush a strand of her ice-blue hair out of the way of her lover’s face, Yvette’s smile sent that thrill of happiness racing down her spine all over again, and she told herself that she never wanted to be unable to experience this feeling again.
“I do love to see you smile, my love,” Yvette said, caressing her hand up Namine’s bare side as they cuddled under the covers. Namine shivered in delight, knowing that the feelings she felt were all hers now and not enhanced by the dust she’d inhaled. “Thank you for coming back to me.”
Namine pushed her self up on one elbow, propping her head up. “Thank you for teaching me, Yvette. Thank you for staying with me.”
Yvette pulled her in close, their bare bodies pressed together as they kissed. “It was either me or Loshul. I know which one you would prefer.” Namine flushed and nodded. “I just worry it may be ruined once you leave this room, and you will have to. Loshul will expect to see the fruits of my work.”
“He does not scare me anymore. Not so long as I have you.” Namine still could not believe how true those words were to her now. She wanted to say so much more, but a beep that grated on Namine’s spine interrupted their tender moment. Yvette moved to get up, but Namine clutched at her arm. “Ignore it. Come back to bed.”
“I cannot,” Yvette replied, reluctantly pulling free of Namine’s grip as she walked over to the intercom. “What is it?” she asked as she punched the button, Namine looking longingly at Yvette’s bare ass.
“Let me in. Loshul sent me for you.” Even through the electronics, Namine knew it was Kerowyn’s voice.
“Give me a minute to get dressed,” Yvette responded, clearly not pleased to be interrupted by her.
“We don’t have time, and it’s not anything I haven’t seen before.”
Yvette’s tone darkened. “You will wait until I am ready, or you will not be let in at all.”
There was a pause. “Fine,” her voice radiated anger. “Just don’t take long. Loshul wants you as soon as possible.”
Namine slipped out of the bed as Yvette yanked her finger off the button, slipping her arms around Yvette’s waist. “Stay. If they want you, they should be more respectful.”
Yvette sighed, her hand resting on Namine’s. “I can’t. Duty calls. Wait here, and I will be back as soon as I can.”
Namine pouted, but Yvette didn’t turn back, instead slipping into her black panties and bra as Namine sat back on the bed. She pulled the sheet back over her nakedness, wanting the heat to take the chill off from the room. Yvette put on the same outfit she’d been wearing when Namine had met her, a tight white top and brown pants, then slipped into her boots before walking back to the bed. She cupped Namine’s chin and pulled her into a deep kiss before heading to the door. “Stay here. I will be back.”
Namine nodded as the door shut, sighing and laying back, staring at the ceiling. She wondered if she truly deserved to be this happy. Brushing a few of her blonde locks out of her face, she tried to just relax to the hum of the air flowing through the room.
Her relaxation was lost, however, as raised voices came from the other side of the door. Namine couldn’t make out what was being yelled, but it sounded serious. She slipped out from under the covers and off the bed, tip-toeing over to the door. She had to press her ear against it before she could make out anything.
“...whether she’s ready...out there, hunting the...” Namine frowned. She was only catching bits and pieces of Kerowyn’s rant.
“Loshul...he thinks...her out there with the danger...” Yvette responded.
“...sass is more of a threat...needs to be ready to go.” The rest was undistinguishable as the voices got quieter again. Namine sighed. It was frustrating not to be able to hear it all, but she didn’t dare join them. She slunk back to the bed, not fully understanding what they were talking about. All she knew was that there was someone or something dangerous that Kerowyn needed Yvette’s help with. That Kerowyn needed the help at all was proof of that.
It was a few minutes after the yelling stopped and Namine stayed put on the bed, wondering if Yvette had left or not, but not daring to intrude on her. When the door whooshed open and Yvette stepped in, alone again, Namine leapt out of the bed and hugged her.
“Relax, my love. I am alright.” She looked down at Namine. “Were we so loud?” Namine nodded. “There is a danger in the compound. Loshul wanted me to bring you along, but I know you are not ready for this yet.”
“But I can help!” Namine said, feeling a twinge of annoyance.
Yvette shook her head. “You are still recovering.” Something in her eyes said there was more to it. “You stay here and rest. I will be back soon.” She leaned down, brushing Namine’s blond hair back to kiss her forehead. “It is safe for you so long as you are in my room.”
Namine frowned, but she nodded. “You be safe as well.”
Yvette gave a hearty laugh. “I think the one I will be chasing should worry about that.” Namine grinned and gave her lover a hug before she left. Namine waited a few minutes, pacing and trying to decide if she wanted to go through with what she’d been wanting for days. Finally, she decided it was time. She was going to find Kairi.
The first few days after her awakening, she wasn’t sure she wanted to. She could no longer feel Kairi’s emotions, and she worried she would not be well received. But she wanted to make sure Kairi found happiness here as she had, even if she had to provide it.
She stopped by the closet for a moment, but she chose not to get herself dressed. In part, she wanted to show Loshul if he was watching that she was not going to be a threat anymore. But also, it just felt so much freer to be out and bare with no clothing restrictions. She felt alive.
The door to the hallway opened, and her courage faltered. She might have spent the majority of time since her defeat by Yvette naked, but that was still in the privacy of her quarters. Once she stepped out, anyone would be able to see all of her. Gulping, but determined, she stepped out into the glaring white lights of the hall.
She stood out there for a moment, cringing at both the cold of the tile floor on her bare feet and her nudity out in the open, and then the thought of how ridiculous she must look made soft giggles erupt from her. She smiled, spun in place, and laughed even louder. She didn’t know another word that better described how she felt than freedom. She didn’t feel held back by disapproving masters like Marluxia or DiZ anymore. There was no pressing need to rejoin with Kairi in one body. There wasn’t even a need to hide away from Loshul. She was herself and there were no more inhibitions to worry about. I can do anything I want now. And she knew exactly what that was.
She could not tell what Kairi was feeling anymore, but she could still feel her presence and was able to follow that feeling down the maze of corridors. It took her a little bit, but she was finally able to track the redhead down. Kairi was out in the halls herself and seemed very surprised to see Namine there. She was also as naked as Namine was, save for the collar around her neck, and the sight caused Namine’s heart to skip a beat. She loved Yvette, and that was unshakeable, but the sight of her other half bare brought other tempting and naughty thoughts into her head.
That all changed as she got closer. Namine gasped, her gait slowed, and her hand went to her mouth. “Oh God, Kairi, what happened?” she asked, reaching out to her other half to see the black eye, even as Kairi shied away.
“Just a friendly reminder of my place from this guy, Easton,” Kairi said, her voice oozing with hate. “I don’t think he likes me very much.” And she looked to Namine, hope in her eyes.
Namine glanced around, wanting to get Kairi someplace safe. They could go to Yvette’s, but she had an idea. Veruca’s room was closer and was another place she’d always felt was a harbor when times were tough. Besides, from what Yvette had told her, Veruca was still in the medical bay. They’d have privacy and she could take a better look at Kairi’s injuries. After all, Veruca kept some healing salves for when her play got rougher. “Come with me,” she said, taking Kairi’s hand.
Kairi followed with no argument as she was led into Veruca’s room, though she seemed very uncomfortable once she got inside. Namine had a vague recollection of something bad happening when she and Kairi had been one, but she could not recall what it was. She shut the door behind them, hoping they would not be disturbed.
She motioned for Kairi to sit down on the bed and went to Veruca’s dresser, opening it up. Several bottles stared back at her. There were no labels, but Namine was one of the few who knew the shape of the bottle that housed the salves. Veruca had used one on her a time or two. She unscrewed the top of the bottle she wanted and poured a small bit of it on her hand to make sure it looked the same, then wiped it on her chest before walking back to Kairi. “This may look funny, but it helps the healing process, and for medicine, it actually smells nice. Now let’s see if we can’t get some of that bruising to fade.”
The first thing Namine attended to was Kairi’s face. She rubbed a little where her face and cheek were red. “Rug burns,” Kairi said when asked. Then Namine worked more around the eye to try and heal the black eye and cover it up as well. Her hand trailed down toward the collar, briefly touching on the name tag that said Princess. From there, she worked on Kairi’s arms with what looked like rope burns and then a bruise on her ribs. “Easton sent me into a table.”
Namine shook her head. “We need to tell Loshul immediately. He needs to know what Easton did to you. Or I can tell Yvette.”
Kairi’s eyes dimmed a little, and her face took on a grim look, even as her breath quickened. “No. I don’t want to tell him anything.” She was trembling again.
Namine said nothing else for now, instead asking Kairi to stand up. There was some redness and swelling down around her pussy, and she heard Kairi gasp as she applied the cold salve to that skin. Her ass was worse, with welts and swelling around the asshole, and Namine had to put a lot more on that area. Kairi didn’t seem to mind though, panting as she did. Namine understood how she felt. Touching her other half in those places was making her aroused as well, despite the nastiness of how it looked. God, what is wrong with me?
Namine reached out tentatively, brushing her hand along Kairi’s breast, loving the moan she gave as she did and it spurred Namine on as she kissed Kairi, throwing her arms around the redhead as she rained her lips down along Kairi’s face and neck. Kairi was already moaning as she did, and threw her head back to give Namine easier access.
Namine caressed the breast, toying with the nipple with her thumb as she rolled it gently underneath, moving in a slow circle and listening to Kairi gasp and gulp for air as she arched her back. Yvette had taught her well it seemed, because Kairi was reacting to every touch to her skin as though she were pushing into her pussy.
Her hand drifted from Kairi’s neck down her back, gently rubbing it. Her other hand cupped and massaged her breast, her finger teasing around her stiffened nipple, now staying tantalizingly away from touching it, leaving her wanting. Kairi had tried to keep her moans to herself, biting her lip in a desperate attempt to keep it in, but Namine worked her well, and soon she was panting in sweet bliss, as Namine roamed lower with her free hand until she was gripping her ass.
Kairi started grinding up toward Namine, but Namine slowed her down. “No, no. Let me work,” she said, a huskiness in her voice she hadn’t expected. Her own body was starting to want it so bad, and she was spiraling into lust she hadn’t felt since her first encounter with Yvette. Yvette had promised that had flushed through her system, though. So she focused on Kairi, working one nipple and then a second before gently rubbing against her lower lips, not wanting to aggravate the damage down there.
Kairi was squirming and twisting in Namine’s grasp, almost as though trying simultaneously to get more and get away. Namine dipped her fingers between the folds of Kairi’s lower lips and Kairi’s eyes widened as she cried out. “Oh my God!” Hearing that from Kairi warmed Namine to her core, and she leaned in, kissing Kairi as passionately as she could. Kairi’s hands came up, nestling in Namine’s blonde hair as Namine started fingering Kairi in slow, steady strokes.
Kairi clutched at Namine like she was holding a life preserver in an endless ocean. Namine smiled softly and began raining more kisses on Kairi’s skin as she pumped a little faster, hearing Kairi’s breathing and cries come in rapid succession. Finally, she crested, gripping Namine so hard she left imprints on her skin as she shuddered. Namine smiled and stroked her hand along Kairi’s back as she pulled her fingers out. “Seems like that might have been what the doctor ordered.” Kairi gave a small nod, still holding tight to Namine. She brought her fingers up to Kairi’s mouth and she took them in, licking her juices off them. Her body up against Namine’s was causing a need deep in the blonde witch and she pulled Kairi back just slightly. “And now, can it be my turn?” she asked, flushed in the face.
Kairi pursed her lips, but there was still a look of want on her face, and she nodded. “I...can do that...” she said. Namine helped the redhead up and laid down on the bed with her lower half on the edge. Kairi kneeled down in front of Veruca’s bed so her head was level with Namine’s pussy, but before she could start, the door to Veruca’s room opened and Namine gasped as she saw the person standing in the doorway.
***** In the beginning, the barrier had been further out, fifteen paces by fifteen, making a kind of jail cell Veruca couldn’t penetrate. She couldn’t use her powers in the field, and so she was trapped. Whoever had placed her there had left her bare, and the barrier would shock her from time to time if she let her guard down, zapping her on her naked ass.But as she paced along the walls, looking for weakness like a caged tiger, the room became smaller, and the shocks came more frequently, leaving small burns along her white skin. She was alone and afraid, while her own prison world became claustrophobically small.
Soon, it was close enough that she had to stand as straight as she could to keep from touching it, becoming a noose of pain that would eventually choke the life from her. Pain wrapped all around Veruca. It hurt every time she breathed wrong and her body came into contact with it until she was at a complete standstill. It was almost enough to make her cry. But she couldn’t. Too much movement caused pain. It was cutting her down, bleeding her a little at a time.
Just when Veruca couldn’t stand a moment longer, when she was ready to give in and fall back into one of the walls and let it destroy her, there was a bright light and a feeling of warmth that spread around Veruca as though someone was holding her softly but tight. There was a high-pitched shriek as though the barrier was in pain and it tried to collapse on her, but it struck the warmth around her and shattered like fine glass.
Veruca leaned into a shoulder she could not see, crying on it in fear and pain. A hand ran along her burned back, healing it as the hand went along. “Come back, little one...” a ghostly voice whispered, one so familiar and welcome it made Veruca’s heart ache. “Come back to us...”
“Praxis...” she whispered back. The healer had somehow found and protected her.
“Come back, Veruca,” Praxis whispered again as the warmth and voice faded back into the dark, yellow light trailing away to a point far in the distance.
“Praxis! Wait! I don’t know the way!” She tried to run after him, going from hard smooth stone to desert sand as she tried to follow the light, and she knew if she did not move on now, she might get lost all over again. But her legs felt heavy and tired and all she wanted to do was rest her weary, bruised body. She sunk to her knees, telling herself she would just stop for a moment.
“No, you can’t rest here.” An arm slipped under hers and foisted Veruca back on her feet, supporting her. The voice was familiar and it took a moment for her to realize Kairi was holding her up. The girl was dressed as she had been before she came to the Compound, the pink of her outfit accenting her hair, and she was strong and resolute as she helped Veruca limp forward. “Now is not the time for you to give up, little one.”
Veruca was in so much pain, but she did as the princess asked. Even so, the sand slipped beneath her feet and rocks dug in, causing her feet to bleed and she stumbled more than once. But Kairi was her rock, guiding her toward a growing pinprick of light, until it shut out the darkness. “Thank you...” she started, but she gasped as Kairi’s face faded away, a brilliant yellow replacing the blue of Kairi’s eyes, even as all the rest of her features vanished to dust.
“Go, little one.” The voice echoed all around her. “You must live. The princess will need you. Now, and in the end too.”
“You...who are you?”
“Go. It is time to wake.” And a hard shove pushed Veruca back until she was engulfed all in light.
Veruca’s eyes opened slowly, and she was staring through slitted lids at the harsh lights above her. Soft beeps filled her consciousness as the fear and wonder of the dream peeled away to the reality of the med bay until there were only fleeting feelings of warmth and light, but nothing else. Her mouth felt like it was stuffed with cotton and she smacked her lips a couple of times. “Water...” she croaked, her throat sore and dry, but as she expected, Praxis was soon over her, the worry on his face soon replaced with relief.
“Welcome back, Veruca. You had us worried.” He tilted her head up, and gave her some soft sips of water. She drank it gratefully, but refused to lay back when he was done, pushing herself up. He gave up on trying to refuse her and helped her to sit. She noticed that he had put her in the god-awful white gowns he had around the med bay. She desperately needed to be out of it at once. “What on earth were you thinking, experimenting with drugs like that?”
She shook her head, her voice low. “I wasn’t. Something was mixed in with my normal mixture, but I didn’t do it.” She didn’t want to believe it, deep down. She cared for most of her family, even if she did think a few were gone off the deep end. They were all she had. But someone had spiked her toy, and she doubted it was Kairi. Her pet had been too far gone and a recipient herself. Someone had tried very hard to get rid of her.
It just didn’t make sense. Of anyone, why me? She wasn’t the most stable person around, but in the Company, who was? Even Norian and Loshul wouldn’t start hurting their own family. They might have lost it, both of them, and they were each constantly trying to knock the other down, but they knew who mattered most. The Company was a family, and family came first. She remembered Loshul taking her in when they were left alone, smiling and ruffling her hair. She remembered Norian protecting her when James lost control the first time, even at risk to herself. They were her brothers and sisters, Nobodies in arms. She just couldn’t picture them hurting her.
She hugged herself. It couldn’t be. She wouldn’t believe it. Someone else had to be in the Compound, someone who wanted to kill them all. And she was going to find out who it was and then kick them in their nether regions until they didn’t get up again. She turned to slip off the bed and only when Praxis grabbed her shoulder to stop her did she remember that he was even there. She was fully embarrassed to realize he’d been talking to her this whole time and she hadn’t registered anything he’d said. “I’m sorry, Praxis. I’m really out of it. What did you say again?”
Praxis shook his head, giving the exasperated sigh that he seemed to reserve just for her. “I was trying to tell you about your condition and what caused it.”
“C’mon, Praxis, you know that stuff bores me to sleep.” She tried to get off the bed again, but he restrained her once more.
“That boring stuff would have included the idea that you can’t go running off. You need your rest.”
“Rest? I’ve been doing nothing but lying here.”
“And your body has been fighting off the poison the whole time. You need to regain your strength.”
She shook her head, and pushed past him to stand by the bed. She nearly fell as the room spun. She gripped the bed to stay upright, giving Praxis a sheepish smile. “Mebbe you’re right,” she mumbled.
Praxis did her the favor of not gloating. “Get back into bed then.”
Veruca surprised him by shaking her head. “If I’m going to rest, it’s going to be in my own bed. I am not staying here. It’s too blah white for my taste, even if you did try and redecorate in here.”
“That, unfortunately, was Damian.” Veruca doubted she’d ever heard him be more upset about something one of their siblings had done before. “He flipped out something fierce, though how it happened I can’t figure out. And I don’t need any more patients for some time, young lady.”
“I’ll be fine in my own room. You can even come check on me if it makes you feel better. But I am not staying here.” She just wanted to be among the familiar and warm again. Maybe even her pet would come visit. Thinking of the princess made her look around quickly, a mistake as it just made her dizzy again. “Kairi?” she asked, hoping Praxis didn’t notice her loss of balance.
“The Princess is fine,” he said, understanding her concern. “She woke up a few days before you did. She visited you quite a bit.”
The thought that Kairi cared enough to do so warmed Veruca’s heart. “Well, if she comes by, send her to my room. I need to thank her personally. I’m going to get out of these bland whites and into something more me to sleep in.”
“I can walk with you if you like.”
“No, I’m not an invalid, just a little light-headed.” She didn’t really believe it, but she hated how he hovered over his patients. It would drive her nuts, and then she’d be yelling at him and he really didn’t deserve it. He was just trying to make her feel better. “I can walk on my own two feet.”
She even steeled herself to keep from wobbling again as she walked out of the infirmary and down the hall, feeling Praxis’s judging eyes on her the entire way down the corridor. She knew he was only looking out for her best interests, but she was not staying in that place one more second. All it did was remind her how close she’d come to not waking up again. She focused instead on putting one foot in front of the other until she could be safe in the comforts of her own room, light some incense, and crash under her multi-colored sheet. Revenge, unfortunately, would have to wait until she was strong enough to carry it out.
She was so focused on walking that she almost missed her own room. See, Praxis? I’m not the fragile little girl everyone thinks I am. She knew exactly the way almost all of the Company thought about her. Fragile, hyperactive, and crazy with a little bit of domme and malice mixed in. She did nothing to dissuade them from it. She enjoyed being misunderstood, and besides it was much more fun to play up the crazy. It kept people from getting too close. She’d always been different, and she supposed she was a little nuts. She didn’t know if it was good or bad that she actually realized it.
She stood in front of the door, the replacement for the one James had broken down, and she wasn’t sure she wanted to go in. Someone had broken in and violated the safety of the one place she had truly felt calm, like she could be herself and no one would judge her for it. Even her pet did not judge her in her own room. It wasn’t that she couldn’t make it more secure. It was what it would mean if she had to. I wish Momma were here. She’d hug me and tell me how silly I was being, and she’d make it all better. Momma was the pet name she’d given to Maya, the one member of the Company who could calm the worst of her storms. But Maya wasn’t here. She had to just be a big girl and step into her own room like she’d done so many times. No one was inside, waiting for her. She placed her hand on the console and the door whooshed open.
As Veruca walked in and the door closed behind her, she realized she had been wrong. Her pet Princess was on her knees in front of another. Anger filled Veruca until the other girl sat up. “Veruca!” Namine cried and she hopped down from the bed and rushed across the room, hugging Veruca and nearly toppling the smaller girl. “I’m so happy to see you well, little sister.”
The word sister coming from Namine’s mouth melted away any fear or rage she had held and she hugged Namine back, clutching at her bare back. Namine’s naked nipples pressed against her and Kairi’s nude form she could see over the Nobody’s shoulder were stirring other feelings in her almost immediately. She could almost hear Praxis yelling at her about the risks of giving in to those feelings, of how she could relapse. The danger was almost palpable, and Veruca felt alive again for the first time since she’d woken up. Totally worth it, she thought, staring at the two halves of the whole. She put on her best pouty face. “Aww, you guys started without me.”
Namine grinned, leading Veruca back to Kairi as her pet stood up, a shy smile on her face. “I’m glad you’re alright, Mistress.” The word thrilled Veruca and she grabbed Kairi’s hand, squeezing it as she pulled Kairi in for an aggressive kiss, not caring that it made her room lurch. Her tongue danced with her pet’s for a moment before they parted.
She could see Kairi still wore the collar and she fingered the lettering lightly. “This is the best wake-up present you could have given me, pet,” she said. She looked at Namine as she peeled off the bland white gown and sat on her bed, bare as the girls were. “You were about to have my Princess please you?” Namine nodded, blushing. “Don’t let me interrupt then. I would love to watch.” She gave a grin as Kairi went beet red. Good. Don’t want her to get too independent. Kairi needed to get used to the idea that she could be handed off at Veruca’s discretion. And by the time they were done, Veruca hoped she would have the energy to join in. She wanted to be with both of them. In fact, she had an idea and scooted up to the foot of the bed. “Come over here Namine. It’ll be easier if you sit.” She patted a spot right in front of her.
Namine obliged her, slipping up over the foot of the bed as Veruca straddled her from behind, pressing in close. “Come pet, finish what you started.” Kairi walked over, a small smile on her face, though Veruca thought she saw uncertainty there for a minute. But the moment passed and Kairi knelt down between Namine’s legs, burying her face as Namine took in a sharp breath. Veruca smiled, reaching around Namine and playing with the blonde’s breasts, which thankfully were slightly smaller than Veruca’s own. For once she wasn’t the smallest busted in the room.
Namine was making adorable mewling sounds as the two girls worked on her, leaning back into Veruca, and her body was nice and warm against Veruca’s. Her hands first were on Kairi’s head, pushing her in, but then she went to grip the sheets so tight Veruca thought she might tear them. Veruca could imagine them gripping Kairi’s breasts instead and she nipped at Namine neck, biting gently as the nubs in her hands went as hard as she imagined they could get.
“Oh my God, Kairi!” Namine called out, her voice echoing around the room. Veruca guessed Kairi had found Namine’s sweet spot and she pressed herself close to Namine, tilting Namine’s head to the side so she could kiss her cheek. She shifted to the right and planted a deep kiss on Namine’s mouth. Namine accepted it, her tongue instantly diving into Veruca’s mouth as Namine’s hand came up, caressing her cheek. A shudder ran through her as she squealed into Veruca’s mouth. Someone’s been learning since she got here.
Veruca whimpered a little, smiling and yet curious. There was a hunger there that was more than Veruca was expecting. She pulled back and smelled something on Namine’s hands. “Have you been into my lotions, sister?”
Namine nodded, gasping more as Kairi worked her up and down. She was about to speak, but it came out as a shriek. Kairi had pushed her over the edge, and she’d cum violently, trembling as she held onto Veruca as she did, her thighs clamping on Kairi’s head. It took a minute for her to come down off it and she was still flushed when she answered. “Ye...yes. Kairi...was hurt...and I thought...mmm...” She rubbed Veruca’s thigh, face going red. “You had some healing ones...”
Veruca couldn’t help but giggle as Kairi came up from where she’d been kneeling, smiling. She leaned down, giving the redhead a deep kiss, savoring the mingled flavors of the two girls, then sat up. “We’re going to have lots of fun then. I added an aphrodisiac to my healers. It makes feeling better so much more fun.” She ran a hand through Kairi’s hair. “Go grab a couple of my vibrators,” she told Namine. “Just the simple ones, mind you.” She didn’t dare play with any of her experimental ones right now. “And a few of the large dildos and lube. The purple ones are nice. They vibrate a little too.”
Namine did as she asked, her ass swaying sexily as she walked to the wall, and Veruca could tell they’d both been affected enough that they’d be wanting sex off and on for days. Namine had to have used a lot of lotion for that effect. She pulled Kairi up next to her, reaching in to pull out a couple of odd belts that had two rubber straps attached with clips at the end before looking at her Princess. “Tell me truthfully, pet. Who hurt you?”
Kairi flushed, but she explained it. “I...I shouldn’t have angered him. He was such a good fuck.”
Veruca frowned. “Nonsense. That’s the lotion talking. Never worry. I’ll make sure Syrus knows about this. No one hurts my pretty. No one.” Syrus would inform Loshul, and it would keep her from hurting someone. She couldn’t strike Syrus if she tried. Loshul, on the other hand, might get a swift kick for something he didn’t do, and she needed him to do as she wanted. Besides, Loshul would not be pleased Easton hurt his prize. He wanted her screwed, but not damaged. “But don’t you worry, Princess. I will never hurt you.”
“Of course not, Mistress,” Kairi said, bowing.
Veruca thought she saw something flash in Kairi’s eyes for just a moment. But it was gone so fast Veruca wondered if she was just imagining things. Whatever Veruca was going to say was interrupted by Namine’s untimely return, a big grin on her face. She took the dildos from Namine and when she turned back to Kairi, there was no trace of anything other than anticipation. You’re jumping at shadows, kiddo. Kairi’s been subdued, and she was also harmed by the poison. Exhaustion’s getting to you. She motioned for Kairi to come close and she wrapped the belt around Kairi’s waist, positioning it so the two rubber straps hung down by her pussy and ass.
“What do those do?” Namine asked, curiosity mixed with glee in her voice.
Veruca took the vibrators from Namine, pleased Namine had chosen egg-shaped ones that operated wirelessly. “You see the loops on the base of the dildos?” Namine nodded. “Lube up the dildo and let me show you.” She pushed the vibrator in Kairi’s pussy until it vanished beneath her folds. Once Namine had the dildo covered, Veruca dipped a finger in the lube, and pressed it into Kairi’s ass, digging in deep. Then she pulled her finger out and, with Namine’s help, she pushed the dildo in until it was buried to the hilt. She stretched the strap as it pressed against Kairi’s lower lips, loving the moan she gave, and clipped it to the loop on the dildo base. The strap went taut, digging into Kairi’s pussy as Veruca did the same to the strap from behind. Once the two straps were attached, the dildo wasn’t going anywhere, pulling it so the dildo would stay buried to the hilt in her ass. It also had the added bonus of the strap across her pussy keeping the egg vibrator inside as well. She tapped the base of the dildo and pressed a button on the remote as she turned it on high and both vibrated with a loud hum as Kairi cried out in immediate ecstasy. “And now it’s your turn, sister.”
Namine was more than happy to help with her own, but Veruca took her time while Kairi squirmed on the bed, licking and nipping at Namine’s neck. Namine leaned back into her and Veruca wished she was up to so much more. Namine may be her sister, but she was still tied to the princess and Veruca wanted to ravage her just as much as she did her pet to show her what she’d missed out on. Instead she pulled back, finishing up until Namine was feeling the same intense pleasure that Kairi was, the hum from the vibrators and the moaning of the girls pleasant music in the room. Then she leaned back on the bed, pulling Kairi to her. “Come, my pet. It’s time to please your Mistress.”
Kairi didn’t respond, simply crawling up to her and lowering her head between Veruca’s legs. Her breath was hot and heavy on Veruca’s skin, and when her tongue touched Veruca’s lips, Veruca moaned and ran her hands through the redhead’s hair. “Yes...yes, pet that’s it. You’ve learned so well....” That was the last encouragement she could give as Namine’s lips met her own, their tongues dancing. Namine’s hands went to Veruca’s back and breast, and she leaned in as close as she could. Veruca began panting into Namine’s mouth as Kairi caressed her thighs.
Veruca was in heaven. Between her pet and her sister Nobody, she couldn’t tell who made her feel better. She threw her hands around Namine, almost desperately clinging to her as the waves of passion threatened to make her weakened body collapse. She wrapped her legs around Kairi as the redhead sent her tongue deeper into her sex, finding all kinds of sensitive places that had Veruca mewling like a kitten into Namine’s mouth.
Namine was not to be outdone and she broke her kiss with Veruca, trailing kisses down Veruca’s skin until she found Veruca’s minuscule breast. While her hand played with one nipple, her mouth teased the other, and Veruca’s cries of pleasure filled the room as she hit new heights with each taste. Her hands came up to tangle in Namine’s hair, and she worried about hurting the blonde by accidentally yanking on it. Her orgasm rose and soon she was shuddering in pleasure as it washed over her.
The second soon began where the first ended, as neither Namine nor Kairi seemed close to stopping. “Oh, yes!” she screamed, and it sent Veruca into a rush of trying to hold on as the waves of pleasure crashed down upon her. She had to close her eyes when the room spun, but she didn’t care if she collapsed now. If she was going to go this time, it was a wonderful way to do so. Namine began nipping at one nipple, her nail playing with the other, causing Veruca’s eyes to snap wide open, her hands rushing from Namine’s hair to clutch at the sheets. She could almost feel Namine grinning in the way her cute little ass twitched at her reaction. The second orgasm hit so fast Veruca didn’t have much time to react, simply shrieking as her body bucked. “Ok, stop. Stop!” she cried, her face flushed as both girls pulled back, still panting from the pleasure the vibrations were causing. “I’m sorry, but I’m still a little weak.” She reached out and turned them off, wondering if they had orgasmed as much from the toys as she had from them.
Kairi crawled over to her, not even bothering to attempt to remove the dildoes, and curled up into her left side. Namine smiled, running a hand on Kairi’s back before snuggling into Veruca’s right. Veruca smiled, staring up at the canopy of her four-poster bed and trying not to crash back into dreams. She’d had enough of those to last her a lifetime. But she felt safer with her pet and Namine. “Promise you’ll stay with me always, Starshine,” she whispered into Kairi’s ear, who nodded slowly.
Veruca pulled both girls close, finally allowing her eyes to drift shut. She felt so warm and loved right now. I wonder if Yvette will let me borrow Namine. Just for a little while at least. It was a little greedy, but maybe it would help hide the fear of what lie outside the room, if only for a day or two.
*****“I can’t do this anymore.”
Damian sighed, rubbing his forehead. This conversation had been a long time coming, and Damian still was not ready to have it. “We always knew there would be complications to the plan. You can’t account for everything.”
Ameys shook her head, the fire-orange locks dancing across her face. “I never wanted anyone to get hurt, Damian. Umbri...”
“Was unfortunate.” His tone belied his words though. The young one’s death had stung. Roxas had no choice from what he had heard, but not only had his discovery made the mission ten times harder, it had also brought doubts about what they were doing to the forefront. Unlike any of his other siblings that he’d lost since this began, Damian couldn’t lay Umbri’s death at Xenia and Loshul’s feet. That one had been his fault and his alone. “All the more reason to finish this up, before anyone else gets hurt.”
Ameys cast her eyes to the ceiling, muttering under her breath before giving him a resigned look. “You realize we’re never going to pull this off, right? We’ll be dead, and she’ll still be under their control.”
“Not if we keep our cool.”
“Easier said than done. Loshul isn’t watching you like a hawk for any kind of slip up. Just me.”
"Ameys."
"Damian, he knows I brought Roxas back."
"He can't know, Ameys. He only has his suspicions."
Ameys shook her head, anger flooding to her face. "That's all he needs, Damian. He has Xenia's backing. If he decides that it's justified, if I'm lucky I'll end up like James."
Damian realized he was fighting a losing battle against Ameys' hysterics, and they were really starting to grate on his patience. Her fear was a legitimate risk in their endeavor, but she was taking it to the complete extreme, and he had to reign in his desire to smack some sense into her. Damian took off his glasses, rubbing his forehead in annoyance. "Loshul is not Norian, Ameys. He worried about James for weeks before Xenia had to prompt him to lock the fool away. So long as he only has suspicions, and Xenia doesn't return, he's not going to do anything but watch. And while he's watching you do nothing wrong, he won't be focused on me, since I'm the one who is doing most of the final prep anyway."
"But." Ameys started, tugging on a loose bunch of her hair in a way that signaled she was going to go off again.
"No buts, Ameys. We both knew what we were getting into, and we both knew the risks. We also both know what is right, and I refuse to back away because the dangerous part is starting. I will not sit by and do nothing, especially not now. Taking the princess's friend was going way too far. The girl has nothing to do with anything but hurting Kairi." Even if she is an unsufferable pain in the ass, he added to himself, though he didn't dare say that out loud. "You said you'd help and we're too deep into this now to back out. We only need to last a few more days until our window opens. You can be brave until then." He stood and turned to leave.
"And if we can't find Celine before then?" Ameys said, the tone showing all the markers of a petulant child trying to get one last shot in because they can't find anything else to try and throw at you.
Damian sighed, his hand on the panel, then hardened his voice. "When the time comes, I will do my part. No matter what, Ameys. I promise you that." And he walked out of her room, letting her stew in her own insecurities.
It wasn’t until he’d strode down the stale white corridor and around the corner that he let himself drop the certainty and let his worry fill him as well. Ameys cracking was an issue, but it was always one he knew he’d have to deal with. It wasn’t like he’d had much of a choice. Despite what he may have wanted to believe, the mission was a fool’s errand. The most powerful of the Company were the ones running the plan and when Damian had decided to go against them, he had calculated the only people he could even ask were either crazy, foolish, or weak in some way. He had dismissed the first two almost immediately. The crazies in the group were either all in on the plan or so unstable that they couldn’t be trusted and the foolish would have blown something this covert at the first opportunity. So his only allies were from the third group. Ameys was absolutely disgusted with how far her siblings had fallen and the girl was able to hold her own in both physical and aerial combat, but mentally shake her and she could fall to pieces. Neither Loshul nor Norian felt they could trust her at the forefront of the plan, which was why Damian had felt she was someone he could ask for help. He just wished her collapse hadn’t happened so close to their window.
It was also why he couldn’t tell her anything solid on Celine. He had no idea what he’d do if they didn’t find her soon. The plan had always been to bring her with, by force if necessary. Now his other half was missing, and he wasn’t sure how to handle it. Ameys couldn’t know, not now. If he showed the slightest hesitation on her question, she might have broken the whole thing to Loshul just for his forgiveness. She wasn’t a complete idiot. If her leader wasn’t confident in his ability to finish this and escape retribution, she didn’t want to die because of him and he couldn’t blame her. He was just glad Xenia wasn’t here. The woman had an uncanny knack for seeing through each of her siblings, save for Quinn and Maya. She scared him down to the core.
He wandered down the corridors, not really sure what to do now. He no longer had the luxury of time. The short window was fast approaching, and he not only had to deal with Ameys and Celine, but he had to hope Roxas could keep away from Yvette and his other persuers as well as meet up with Namine and bring her to the rally point. Most of the Company was not aware he was here still, but Damian had overheard enough to know they were after him, and that there had been a few close calls. His run-in with Umbri had seriously endangered the plan, though he could hardly have been blamed for defending himself. But now those that did know he was here were not just interested in stopping him and maybe converting him as they did Namine. They wanted his head on a pike.
He finally chose to head back to his room. He needed to plan, to think, and to try and reach Celine again. Isolated in his room, he didn’t think he’d hurt anyone else again, though the second time he’d tried he hadn’t gotten very far as he felt as though he’d been stabbed. Whatever was happening with her was causing pain.
Damian entered his room and froze as the door shut behind him. Something felt wrong, as if he wasn’t alone. He was on alert as he walked in, looking around. There was something different about the room too. Most of the room was sparse, as he liked it. He may have grown up here, but it had never really felt like home. Other than a few things Celine had given him as he had grown in this place like some neat looking rocks, the room was devoid of anything personal. And he had no desire to fill it with random things to make it look more homey. That’s why it shocked him that he took a minute to realize what it was.
On the small end table was a chess set Celine had picked up for him on one of her jaunts to another world in her gummi ship. The pieces were exquisitely crafted and it had cost a lot of munny that she’d been saving up, but even if it had been poorly made or cheap, Damian wouldn’t have loved it less because Celine had gotten it for him. However, when Damian had left the room, it had been on the shelf. As he walked up to it, he noticed that the white pieces were mostly to the side. There were only a couple of pawns, a knight, a bishop and a queen standing, and the king was laying on its side. “Don’t worry, I took the initiative and finished this game. I don’t think we’ll have time for another.”
Damian froze, a chill of epic proportions running through him. No, she isn't supposed to be back yet. Only their self-appointed leader could truly break through his calm. Xenia had a way of seeing past his illusions, both magical and otherwise, and if she was insinuating what he thought she was, she had seen right through his plans before they had fully formed. We're so fucked. What am I going to do?
He took a deep breath, trying to decide what to do, panic setting in and shaking him to the core. And then, as if in answer to his unsaid prayers, it was gone as if someone had reached into his soul and pulled all the fear, the panic, and the uncertainty out of him. And in its place, there was something Damian had never truly felt in his life. A confidence almost to the point of cockiness, one that was pushing him to show Xenia he was not going to be intimidated by her. Something he had been cautioning his twin to rein in over and over since Xenia’s plan began. "You shouldn't make moves for someone else," he said, a cold quirk in his voice as he turned around, folding his arms across his chest as he leaned against the table. "Especially since you should know long odds don't always mean defeat. Now what are you doing in here? It is expressly forbidden to enter another’s room without permission."
The curly blonde’s face went from amused to dark. “Don’t parrot the rules to me. I fucking made them.”
“Then you should remember your words. No one, not even you, is exempt from them.” Xenia's frown went from angry to thoughtful. Damian breathed an inward sigh of relief. She wasn't used to someone standing up to her, especially him. Most people who met her for the first time would take one look at her curly blonde locks and light brown eyes, her curvy body with the barely bigger than average breasts and her seemingly frail stature and underestimate her. It was exactly what she wanted. Xenia used her looks as a weapon, to let people see what they expected to see. Underneath it all was someone ruthless and cunning, with a speed and strength her frame belied and a power that would make most megalomaniacs tremble. Damian was sure that was why his new-found attitude had her stumped. She knew Damian knew what she was capable of, and she had fully expected him to break down under her gaze. He didn't know how to explain it himself right now, but he was not about to let the moment pass and let her regain her footing again. "So, other than games we're not playing, I hope you had a good reason to violate the sanctity of my room?"
Xenia gave Damian an appraising look, and there was a flicker of something. Was it concern? Confusion? Anger? Damian wasn’t sure, but he’d never seen her rattled enough to give something away on her face she didn’t want others to see. Either she was playing with him now, searching for any sign of what was truly going through his head, or the stress of everything going wrong and now not being certain of her own people was creating cracks in that perfectly sculpted mask she always wore. Either way, Damian kept his face as neutral as he could. “I need you for a mission. Phase two is under way and you’ll be Loshul’s second on it.”
Damian did not like the sound of that. “Phase two? No one ever said anything about a phase two.” He also didn’t understand why Xenia would make him Loshul’s second in anything. It was no secret Damian and Loshul did not get along.
Xenia’s look returned to annoyed, like she was dealing with a simpleton. “You don’t think I would tell everyone the whole plan all at once, do you? One step at a time, or people lose sight of the current goal.”
Damian raised an eyebrow, but he tried to stamp the returning panic down. “I suppose not, though it doesn’t show much faith in the rest of your family. Some might not take it as well as others.”
Damian was sure he saw it that time. A flicker of rage ran across Xenia’s face before it returned to that cool, annoyed expression. She did not like him questioning her. “They made me leader for a reason, Damian. Because I know what needs to be done, and I’m the right person to lead them there.”
That wasn’t the only reason. Several of us went along because we were afraid of you. Celine wasn’t, but she was so heartsick she wanted revenge and you offered it to her. It was as bad as offering booze to an alcoholic. Damian still wasn’t sure why he wasn’t as frightened any more. Any sane person would have been by now. “When do we leave?”
“Right away,” Xenia said, with a tone that told him he had no choice but to accept. “I’ve set the plan in motion, but the window for it to work is varied. It’s hard to tell how long this might last when you are dealing with someone with a conscience. And your gummi flight will be a couple of days. Gather Olan, Ameys and Garrin, and ready yourselves. Loshul will expect you all within the hour.” She stood, and the look of triumph briefly crossed her face before reverting to cold superiority again. Something is getting to her. She is having a harder time locking down her emotions.
Damian nodded. “We’ll all be ready to go.” He waited for her to show herself out before going to pack. Or at least that’s what any spy gear she left would see from his illusion. In truth, his legs gave out from under him while he tried to collect his wits and nerve before he collapsed into a shivering pile. A few days both ways? Now the pairing made sense. It was obvious she knew someone was working against her plans, and she had honed in on him above all others. He was Loshul’s second so Loshul could keep a close eye on him.
The timing was also not coincidental. Not only would Damian have no time to bother looking for Celine, but it was right through the window Damian had planned for the escape. And with her choice of who went with, it seemed she was sending everyone she did not trust away from home base during the time someone could get the Princess out. By the time Damian and the others got back from the mission, Roxas could be captured or the girls could have fallen and there was not much he could do about it this time.
He hurried to his desk, needing to get something down. He needed to get a couple of messages together before getting back in line with his illusion. He had to warn the princess that for now she wasn’t going anywhere.
