Author's Note: Its been a long time since I wrote anything, either lacking time, ideas or motivation to write. But there are some stories that need to be eventually finished and judging by success of this, "Indoctrination" is definitely a story that needs to be finished. So now I'm back to writing. Hopefully this writing can still be considered decent and this chapter to be a worthy addition to the story. The final chapter about Shepard should be coming soon, however no promises for now.
