The two males sat together in relative silence as the film proceeded. There had been an approving shift of their body posture when the woman in the film was depicted in the nude wearing only a necklace while the young man in the film created a depiction of her with chalk upon a parchment.
"There you go, you see?" Kano remarked to Than while gesturing towards the screen. "You see how there's being all calm about it and whatnot? When it comes to interacting with a woman, sex can be more than just the in-n-out. Now sure, it can be rough and violent like taking down a silerbeast on a hunt. But it can sometimes be gentle and take hours if you're doing it right." He explained almost as if Kano were talking to a son. "Now, o' course they're also giggling like a pair of nervous little saplings about it... but is any of this getting through that big brutish head of yours?"
Thane did give an acknowledging grunt as his eyes were absolutely glued to the screen. Then not long after, both of the males in the room were dead silent as the couple find themselves in a carriage alone together before a steamy hand was portraited slamming against the window in passion.
As the rest of the movie played out, the two sat together in silence. Thane seemed rather fascinated when a depiction of an iceberg caused massive damage to the ship and a steady action sequence was began as the crew attempted to mitigate the damage. One thing led to another and the dragonkin gasped at the detail that was shown when the ship raised up out of the water like a sword before snapping in half to fall down again.

"Kano... I have a question." Thane eventually spoke as they watched the next few minutes of the aftermath play out together. "She said that she would never let him go, and yet it looked to me as if she just shoved him back to fall into the water. Why couldn't they have tried harder to both balance upon the wooden door she was laying upon?"
Kano gave a laugh and then he nodded. "Ah well you've got it right, there. That part of this movie has bothered people for over a decade my friend. Sciency folk have done the math and it was proven they both could have fit and balanced. There's no grand moral here that you're missing. They were both just a pair of stupid kids and that Jack fella died only because they were both a pair of idiots."
"Oh, I see..." Thane replied as the movie started winding down to an obvious close.
"Now you listen to old Kano when I tell you not to end up like Jack there one day. I wouldn't be alive to tell you this if I had ever given up like those two kids did. Giving up is what kills people. Sometimes you gotta try for what's hard, or what's dirty, or what's messy. Sometimes a victory doesn't come across as clean or graceful. But anything that gets you out to keep you breathing for the next day is a win." He said as both of them slowly began to stand up.

Just as the credits began to play, both Thane and Kano made their way towards the near wall as if to head out towards the door together. However, without even a delay in their stride there was suddenly a red light that shined cutting through the wall and the metal of the air duct right in front of Kalypso's face while at the same tight the path behind her exploded with a massive fist tearing upwards from below. All at once the entire section of the airduct had the bottom pulled out of it causing the space where the Netherealmer was located to come crashing down at Kano and Thane's feet.
"Well now, it looks like we have a little crasher who didn't pay for their movie ticket. Enjoy watching the film from behind our backs, did you? Yea, don't think my buddy and I didn't hear you inside the vent. I suppose we ought to thank you for not making us have to interrupt the show before standing to deal with you. I do hate having to stop a flick half the way through." Kano said to the trespasser.
However, after narrowing his eyes and squinting to get a better look at the individual laying amongst the broken dryway and debris, Thane spoke aloud, "You? What are you doing here?" Likewise, a moment later Kano leaned back with a look of recollection on his face as well as they both now saw the female from the Outworld war who had teleported away from Thane in a bolt of lightening.
