The streets will soon filled countless with Soldiers, Search Ghosts, and Rabid Dog Heartless.
"The Gipsy is a witch who has summoned the shadow monsters," Frollo said before running with his tail between his legs. Panic ensued with frightened peasants fleeing everywhere. Sora saw that the Heartless were swarming the frightened Esmeralda. Thankfully Quasimodo was fighting them off with incredible power and wild attacks. "Get away from her," Quasimodo yelled as he picked one of the soldiers up and used it to club the other Heartless.
"Well it's clear that things are already out of control, so I think we will just grab Esmeralederalded and get her somewhere safe," Sora said to his party.
"I'm always up to throwing down and saving people," Kim said as she charged in.
"We can't let these monsters have their way," Rapunzel said
"It been too long since I swung this club around," PJ said.
Sora started the fight by using the Strike Raid to throw his Keyblade and striking multiple enemies. Rapunzel then grew out her hair used it like tentacles to grab the fallen Heartless and entangle them. Her magic hair slowly dissolved them into black mist.
"Is it just me or is it harder to fight these things?" Rapunzel asked.

The Ghost just vanished before she could land the flying kick. However, during the landing, Kim was able to do a hard stomp on one of the Rabid Dog heartless. The Ghost tried to surprise Kim by appearing from behind and attacking, but she sensed its presence and countered before it could strike.
However, the rest of the pack of the Rapid Dogs soon surrounded Kim and started to use their barks to pound Kim with the shockwaves. PJ thankful came to the rescue by knocking them away with his club. "You puny dogs can't hope to match my might," PJ said as he picked one of the dogs up and swung his club like a baseball bat to knock it into the wall. The Dogs tried to use their bark to make shockwaves to push PJ back, but they didn't have any effect. "Do you fools think you can harm AAAGGGG," PJ yelled out as one of the Rapid Dogs bit him in the but making him run and dance around in pain.

Sora had just made his way over to Esmeralda and Quasimodo, who was starting to be overwhelmed. "Get off them Sora said as he used his Keyblade to dispatch the monsters.
"Um thank you, sir," Quasimodo said nervously as not many people ever help him.
"What are these things and why do they seem to want to kidnap me. Aaahhh," Esmeralda screamed out as one of the soldiers grabbed her hand.

"Well, Notre Dame is the safest place in Paris. It's filled with Light," Quasimodo.
"Good Idea. We can save time by going on top of the buildings," Sora said as he picked up Esmeralda in his arms. As they dashed to the alley to escape they were blocked by five massive shield welding Defender Heartless.
"I've never seen these Heartless before," Sora said.
"And we won't see them for long," Kim giving a good one-liner before she charged in and delivered a powerful punch. "Ow ow," Kim said as all she managed to do was hurt her own hand despite her battle gloves that Jumba gave her. The Defender's giant shield that had the face of a dog began to bite at Kim and threw her away.

After Kim was healed, she then used her hair as tentacles to attack these new stronger breeds of Heartless. However, before the magic infused hair could reach and dissolve them, their shields started to spit out fireballs that burnt her hair away before t touched them.
"Arrrrrrggg, Rapunzel yelled as she collapsed in pain.
"PJ it looks it's up to us. Lets charge," Sora said as he and PJ charged in.
PJ led the charged and used his massive club to knock one of them off balance. Sora then attacks with multiple strikes ending with his Slapshot to knock one of them away. Sora leaped into the air to finish it off, but the face on the shield used a blizzard spell at point blank. The force of the freezing wind was strong enough to blow Sora back into his friends. PJ wasn't fairing any better, Two of the Defenders had flanked him and were beating him merely with their shields bashes. Quasimodo's was in peril. He tried to attack one of the armored monsters. "Stay away from Esmeralda," Quasimodo said as he charged into them. He leaped to attack, but the beasts used their bitting shields to catch him mid-air, then they mercilessly and brutely slammed him into the ground.
Soon all five of the seemingly invincible breed of Heartless had surrounded them. With most of the fighters far too hurt to fight back.
"Wait, it's clear that if you keep fighting like this your going to die," Esmeralda said with concern filling her voice. "I'll turn myself over so you can get away. Since their only after me, it would give you time to escape."
"Sounds good to me," PJ said sounding cowardly.
"PJ stop acting like a coward. You are supposed to be a soldier," Kim said.
"Easy for you to say you are still on your feet," PJ said.
"Nooo she is too pure to be taken by darkness," Qu said afraid of what these monsters would do to her.

The mystery fighter brought down his sword on one of the seemly invincible Defenders and cut him clear in half down, right down the middle no less. The mysterious warrior then swung his massive sword in a circle like motion to slice one of them in half before brought in down on another one cutting through its shield like a hot knife through butter.
"Who's that?" Sora asked wondering who was mowing down the Heartless that were about to kill them. As Sora looked at the mysterious knight saw he had spiky blond hair and looked like he was in his early twenties.
The man turned and looked at him, and Sora clearly saw that he was wearing the local guard uniform.
"The names Cloud Strife kid," he said before charging on the last two Heartless.
"I know him," Esmeralda said. "He one of Frollo guards. He always carts off my people, and because he's so powerful, no one can oppose him or Frollo. We better get out of here."
"I think she's right I don't want to have to face him," Sora said as he picked up Esmeralda up bridal style and ran off with her and his friends and ran off.
"Does anyone know just where we're going?" Rapunzel said wonder where they were going.
"We can hide in Notre Dame. It's safe there," Quasimodo said as he limped along.

They were soon inside the church.
Quasimodo quickly went up to his room to get fresh clothes. But when he was gone they realized there was someone else in there with them.
It seemed when they got there one of Frollo Knights had already retreated to the church.
"Greetings My name is Phoebus," He said while eyeing Esmeralda.

"Clam down we are in a church," He said.

Is that what you call the Shadow Monsters?" The Knight said. "In any event, I doubt Cloud needs any help from anyone; He is about as strong as the rest of the cities guard combination. But let's talk about you I might be able to help you get out from Frollo bad side.

"Very well you and your friends have chosen an excellent prison but its prison none the less. For you all be arrested when you step outside," Frollo said as he and the guards left.
"So now what do we do oh clueless leader," PJ said disrespectfully.

"But it will still hurt," PJ said afraid.
"Don't be a baby," Sora said not caring. "Now I should comfort our new lady friend.
Sora found Esmeralda by a stain glass window showing a shear of light surrounded by fourteen smaller lights. "I wonder what this image means," Sora said getting close to Esmeralda.
"They say it's a picture of the Pure Light and its fourteen children," The Archdeacon said.
"Fourteen children?" Sora said.
"Oh yes you see in the begging the pure light shined down on everyone and the land was a paradise. However, darkness and war found their place in people's hearts, and the pure light disappear. But the light left its fourteen children behind. It said that by finding seven the children of this light, it would be possible to find it once more," the priest said before he left to do other things
Sora decided to talk to Esmeralda
"So Esmeralda what do you plan to do now? After all with the city guard after you, it would be a good idea that you would want to get far away as possibly," Sora said standing close to her.
Well, that's the good thing about being a gypsy. You always feel at home when you travel," she said.
"I can help you get far away from Frollo and this city. In fact, I can take you to places you've never heard of if you come with me," Sora said as he took hold of her hand tenderly.
"Oh, and what I have to do to earn a ticket and come to think about it just what is your relationship with them. Am I right to guess they are a harem serving you? Do you want me to do the same," Esmeralda said defiantly. Clearly, she wasn't very keen on the idea of joining a harem.
"I won't force the issue though I would like it. As for the other girls, they made their own decisions whether to be with me," Sora said.
"You've right. Listen you seem like a nice guy, even though you have a harem. But let's be honest I just met you less than an hour ago. I am not the kind of girl to run away with a man I just meet. I'm used to surviving on the streets so I can get by on my own," she said confidently. "However if you want to find me here a clue to where I will be," she said as she handed Sora a homemade pendant with markings.
"How am I supposed to use this?" Sora wondered.
"Just remember with this you hold the city in your hand," she said.
"We should check on Quasi," Sora said as everyone went up to the upper floors to check on their new friend.
When they were up on Quasi's level they were surpized how big it was.
"I must say this is one of the nice's places in Paris," Esmeralda said admiring the place.
"Well it's a nice place, but even still if this is the only place you can ever go it will be very small," Sora said Sora remembering his time on Destiny Island and Rapunzel's life.
"Um, I also want to apologize for this afternoon," Esmeralda said thinking about how she pulled Quasi on to the stage and started the dreadful trun of events.
"Oh you don't have to apologize it's my fault for going out into the world," Quasi said. "Oh let me show you around as he let them through the halls ways, mostly Esmeralda though. As he showed the group around it was clear that Quasimota had a lot of talent. His living space was filled with homemade decorations and carved buildings. Sora also saw that he might be very lonely because he gave names to his many bells and the gargoyles.
Finaly Quasi showed them the view he had from the top of Notre Dam. It was truly beautiful.
"I wish I could stay here forever, but I can't," Esmeralda said regretfully.
"But you can stay here forever you have sanctuary," Quasi said hoping she would stay with him.
"But I don't have freedom and Gypsies don't do very well when they are caged," Esmeralda said.
"But your not like the other gypsies," Quasi said
"Really how im I deffernt.
"The better question is how do you know that you don't get out much," Sora said.
"My master tells these things. He taught me everything about the world and protects me from it," Quasi said.
"Hmm Don't you think he may be wrong about some things," Kim said a thing that Frollo had prett much brainwashed Quasi.
"You know Quasi you kind of remind me of myself when I was growing up," Rapunzel said.
"What do you mean?" He asked
"I spent my entire childhood locked up in a tower and fearing the outside world because my hair was magical," Rapunzel said not wanting to tell everyone her magical powers. "But when I walked out into the world with Sora I found the world wasn't a bad place after all."
"What me go out there? No bad idea I'm a monster after all," Quasi said afraid of the very idea of going out.
"Did Frollo tell you that," Esmeralda asked. "Give me your hand Ill do a palm reading," she said as she took his hand. "Hmm, that's odd."
"Whats odd?" Quasi said.
"Everything looks normal, but there are no monster lines. Now look at me do you think I'm evil," she asked.
"No your kind and good," Quasi said.
"And a gypsy and maybe Frollo is wrong about us," Esmeralda said.
"Umm night has fallen shouldn't we be going," PJ said.
"Sure we will get going soon. Hey, Quasi would you like to come too. Once I find my friend I can take you to place where no one would mistreat you, if they know what's good for them," Sora said the last part under his breath.
"Really, no, maybe," Quasi said unsure of what to do.
"You don't have to decide now," I'll come back later," Sora said as he and his group made their way out of Notre Dame using their skills.
As Quasi watch them leaving with Esmeralda with them, he was amazed by the way it looked like they were walking on air to avoid the guards. He also thought that he made a friend in Sora and maybe something even more in Esmeralda.
Elsewhere
Frollo was singing about his growing lust for Esmeald, his sins, desires, and Hellfire. When he stopped singing, he heard laughter. "Whos there," Frollo demanded
"Up here," said a femine voice.
When he looked up, he saw a beautiful young woman with slightly purple skin. "Who are you."
"I am the angel Lilith," Sora's half sister said clearly lying.
"An angle he said.
"Oh yes and I'm here to help you with the gypsy woman by giving you a great gift," she said playing to his ego.
"A gift is this one of my rewards for dedicating my life to destroy the darkness," Frollo said.
"Oh yes, and these creatures will help find darkness to eradicate," Lilith said as she summonded some lesser Heartless. 'Oh you blind fool, heroes who set out to destroy darkness are always filled with it. Not to memtion easy to manipulate,' she thought.
"But these shadow monsters are the ones attacking the city and its people," Frollo said confused
"Oh don't worry these shadow monster as you call them are only attack those with great darkness in their hearts. Individuals who are pure like yourself have nothing to fear them," Lilith said having a hard time keeping a straight face.
"Oh I see then tomorrow the gypsy Esmeralda will choose me or her fire," Frollo said as he began to laugh evilly.
'Unless she is a princess of the Heart and if not I really don't care what happens to her,' Lilith though to herself
The next morning Frollo and his guard began to quite literally turn the city upside down looking for the Esmeralda and her friends. Gypseys were arrested in mass questioned and then torchured for their silence.
"Man I can't believe Frollo would do all this for one woman," Sora said amazed.
"I hope this survives as an inspiration for you, my lord," Oswald said.
"It's insane that he is doing this," Esm said as they were hiding out in an abandoned building. However, they couldn't stay hidden for long as they were found by Frollo, Phoebus, and worst of all Cloud.
"Well, gypsy it seems like I have you now," Frollo proclaimed atop his horse.
"You haven't caught us yet," Rapunzel said.
"Ive got out of worse than this," Kim said.
"Remind me why we just don't hand Esmeralda over to them," PJ said.
"Remind me to hurt you PJ," Sora said.
"I see you still think you can resist my righteousness," Frollo proclaimed. "Let me show you my new power," he said waving his hand and summoned forth a squad of Solder Heartless.
"You can summon forth the Heartless?" Cloud said shocked.
"What do you even know how dangerous these things are," Sora yelled out. "These things eat entire worlds how can you be so stupid to be in league with them.
"Nonsense, these are beings of righteous judgment. I have been granted control of these sacred creatures so I may smite those with dark hearts now and forever," Frollo proclaimed. Sora couldn't take it anymore, so he shot a fireball to spoke the horse. As the horse ran away in fear, the judge commanded everyone to get them. So the Heartless started the attack.
Sora changed into his Overlord armor to fight the overwhelming odds. As at least ten of the Soldier charged him, he used his Stun Impact move to knock them back. He rushes as fast as he could to finish them off, however, since Sora had his armor on he couldn't move as fast as he would like so he couldn't finish them off in one blow. So as he swung the Keyblade a few of the little monsters launch a counter attack. The soldier claws scraped across his armor with the ferocity of a wild beast. Thankfully, however, Thanks to the armor's strength Sora was spared fatal injury, but he did fell pain.
Rapunzel and Kim had teamed up to fight the overwhelming odds. Fighting back to back Rapunzel was able to use her hair to dissolve the Heartless while Kim protected her blind spot. This formation proved effective as even though they were outnumbered twenty to one,
PJ was having a hard time fighting the Heartless. With his strong club, PJ was smashing them into pieces, but because he was so outnumbered the Heartless were actually crawling all over him trying to rip him apart. PJ countered this by slamming his own body into the walls or floor to crush them.
Even though they were steadily wiping out the Heartless, there were still so many of them, and unfortunately for them, their human enemies have chosen to after their weakest member, Esmeralda. "Well Cloud once we brought in this gypsy we could get raises," Phoebus said.
"I'm not sure if I can work under him much longer," Cloud said. "These monster destroyed my home of Golden Saucer and took my friend Aerith from me," Cloud said remembering his painful past.
"Oh that's where I heard your name, it was from Aerith," Sora said.
"Wait you know Aerith," Cloud said showing an actual emotion for once.
"Yes she is in a different world right know, but if you help me out I will gladly talk you to her," Sora said.
"Enough of this. Let's just injure the harlot's legs a little, so she can't run away anymore," Phoebus said as with a quick motion he unsheathed his sword and swung at Esmeralda.
Sora had to act fast so he transformed out of his armor so he could use flowmotion to push Esmeralda out of the way. He plans succeeded but at a cost. Sora collapsed as the metal blade sliced through his flesh. Everyone else just stood in shock as Sora hit the floor.
"Oh well, I suppose Esmeralda friends don't need to be brought in alive. How about you finish this one off," Phoebus said.
Cloud unified his massive sword and with one hand gave it a swing that sliced Phoebus in half, killing him instantly. "Sorry, but I think I'll accept his offer of seeing Aerith again instead," Cloud said before he attacked the remaining Heartless with blinding speed.
"Rapunzel uses your hair to heal him," Kim pleaded.
Rapunzel's hair wrapped around Sora's wound and her golden light began to flow out to heal him. "It's no good the injury isn't healing completely. I may have used up too much of my power fighting the Heartless," Rapunzel said her voice full of worry.
"Why to dose that sound like a poor excuse for lazy writing to move a fanfic along," Kim screamed out.
"Let us just leave him to die," PJ said. "It is about time that I took," PJ didn't get the chance to finish what he was saying as Kim performed a jumping roundhouse kick to his face.
"It looks like the wound has gotten better, though," Cloud said. "You should take him back to Notre Dame to heal up and plan your next move."
"Yes and I will carry him," Esmeralda said. "After all it's the least I can do." As she carried Sora though the streets Esmeralda began to think about the events of happened when she meet Sora. And how much this young man has done for her and how she knew in her heart that she was falling in love with him despite herslef.

"Well, that's another chapter. I did want to go further, but I really need an update. I'm assuming that Clouds early appearance will confuse a lot of people. But lets say that Sora needed some extra help in this chapter, and since Phoebus was always going to be the jerk, he was in the original books I brought in Cloud. For those who worry that his means Sora wont fight in the Colosseum, don't worry Sora will get his Colosseum fighting, but it will be based on Overlord 2 colosseum.
In the next chapter, Cloud will get them into Frollo's dungeon to search for Kairi and runs into some strange characters. Also Quasi will have his heartbroken and worse.
Also, I've chosen not to add in anal for now unless it's requested.
