Blind Love Chapter 1: Eye of the Ender
She was a rare one. This is what the others from her home called her in their language. There where some other names. Pretty, fertile, child. The last one only her mother called her, but it was still true. She was young, having finally become big enough to enter the world of the miners. She would move slowly, gently touching the cold stone walls. She was hiding from the sun for the day, like the older males taught her to do. She was told this was due to miners and their loud attack animals where more active in the light. That they where not welcomed by the Miners and that they would attack her if she let them. Some did say the light did not feel very nice on their skin but, they where males, their skin was dry, and rough.
To her the light felt nice on her soft plump skin. Her chest was very large, as she would remind herself lifting her large breasts up again. The bright purple glow of her Areola stood out in the dark of the cave. Of course her eyes gave off a similar glow, down here she stood out more then the males. Not only did her eyes glow bright in this pitch darkness, but her areola and inner labia, which wasn't very visible from most directions but it still did glow. Her mother told her these bright glows showed her health and fertility, and would attract males to her den when she finally came back home to make a birthing den.

Deep under the land a young man toiled against the common gray stone. Born with the inability to see the young miner would not need the power of the torch to see where he was going or what was awaiting him. He had learned the different feel of the rocks, ores, and gems. He had honed a considerable sense of direction and used his senses of sound, as well as vibrations in the rocks to detect the creatures around him, from the harmless bat to the ever terrifying exploding hisser. He wore iron armor on his chest and legs, working slowly through the rock as he used his stone pick to clear through the simple materials.
He had been taught how to use his materials sparingly. He often would hunt for the rarer materials, lapis, redstone, emeralds, Even Diamonds. He would trade these for food and other materials he needed. He did keep some iron for his own tools and armor slowly building up a stash of diamonds he could keep without selling. Right now he was feeling doirite in his path as he cut through it slowly with his stone pick. It was not easy, he had to search the edges around him with his hand careful not to add another scar to the already marked scarred hands he already carried.
As he kept working he would feel the wall vanish into open air with his next few strikes of his pickaxe. He would take a deep breath running his free hand along the wall back tracking it and remembering the turn he was about to take into the cave he had apparently just connected to the cave he had been already in. The last time he broke through a wall into another Cave he had run into some kind of monster gathering with chests full of goodies. It had taken him hours to fight off all the spiders and get the goods and get back to his home.

The sound of rock breaking pulled her attention from the odd shiny metal in the wall. She would make a little curious noise moving slowly towards the thing coming out of the wall. She stopped seeing a Miner slowly emerge from the wall. She knew Miners some times ended up accidently looking at her kind which would often lead to their deaths. Some would, probably attack her if they realized she was there. She felt uneasy watching him gently tapping his stone breaker against the wall seeming to listen to the sounds it made.
She began to back up when he looked around. She didn't want him to notice her as she would trip over a clump of gravel and land on the ground making a loud distressed sound. She would look up scared as she saw him looking right at her. Something was, wrong though. She was told their gaze would be hard and she would feel them focused on her. That wasn't happening though, as she looked at him with her deep purple eyes, she noticed his eyes where glossy. The iris was grayish silver, with a gray pupil.
The silence was deafening and felt like it was going to last forever between them. However the miner broke it slowly starting to walk towards her tapping the wall listening. She slowly got up watching him, as her slender black fingers did their best to gently knock the gravel loose from her tender plump flesh. Watching this miner she watched him find a patch of metal in the wall, not the shiny metal she had been staring at but it was metal. One of the older males told her the Miners used it to make their tools and their protective clothing.
Realizing that she was getting to see a miner up close that apparently wasn't upsetting her with their eyes. She got closer slowly, watching him take his stone breaker and Work the metal out of the wall steadily taking it chunk by chunk. Seeing the raw metal falling from the wall, and realizing he was wearing the same metal was fascinating her making soft sounds as she reached out to touch his armor.

He could hear it. The enderman. He only ever heard of them. The person who taught him how to fight said that it was good he was blind. It meant they wouldn't see him as a threat. Something was different with this one and it was starting to really get to him. Firstly it didn't sound as deep in voice as the others he had bumped into. The sound was, almost sweet, melodic even. Listening to it fall over was also extremely off putting if not downright disturbing, as these creatures where said to be tall and always know their surroundings as they took chunks of rock, dirt, grass, and other materials.
The most unnerving thing however, was that it was getting closer. He had heard the Enders move before, usually some times they'd get a little closer, stop, a little more, stop, head to the wall, take a chunk from it, walk back another way, or past him. This one, it's feet where very clearly coming closer to him with intent. He could hear it's musings now, right beside his ear! What did it want? Why was it so close to him? Wait what was? This soft feeling on his cheek? This was not like the rough dry flesh he had bumped into before when accidentally frustrating but not outright provoking enders he had encountered.
It was, guiding his head, lifting him with it's thumb under his chin and these soft fingers against his cheek. He was a little terrified. He couldn't just draw his sword in such close quarters and not get pummeled, left to wonder what this ender wanted and why it felt so, different. He could feel it's eyes staring into his with such intensity that he was truly fearful of what might become of him down here.

She was enamored with his eyes. They weren't like the other miners. When she felt their gaze she felt the need to run, as she didn't want them to see her. This one, she felt nothing, and she was fascinated by that. Miner flesh was definitely softer then the dry rough flesh of the males, as she gently brushed her fingers against his cheek. Of course he was so much smaller then her forcing her to kneel to get a good look into his eyes.
It did not take long for her to realize though he was trembling against her hand. Oh was she scaring him? Oh dear yes the males where aggressive she must be terrifying sense her body was wider and bigger in areas. She would slowly move her hand down and back away on her hands and knees careful not to scrape herself on the stone.
Her glowing eyes watched him carefully wondering if he would retreat back the way he came. Maybe she could follow him and discover why his eyes didn't make her want to hide. The miner would be waving his head around, as if suddenly aware she had moved, but not being able to figure out where to. It was dark after all and he seemed to lack the light sticks she had seen in other places miners had been. He would begin to stick his stone breaker out slowly moving it around as if to feel for her as he put his hand on the wall starting to feel around and move slowly in her general direction. “He, Hello?”
The way he moved and how his eyes seem to just not focus on any number of things even when he stumbled away from the wall began to make her wonder. She would stand up and use her blink to get behind him and then take a chunk of the stone from the wall before appearing in front of him quickly placing it down and blinking to the side watching him as he thudded into the stone bending over it blinking patting it. “H-how did?” He would stand up looking around again trying to listen for problems.

He found himself backing up now. When the ender let go of his face he had been left scared, wondering where it went, and why it had been touching him like that. Now he had walked awkwardly into a growth of stone that hadn't been there before. He would slowly head back the way he came, slowly walking through the tunnel he had gone through, taking the cave he had cut from towards the surface.
One advantage he had was that the cave entrance didn't actually terminate to the surface normally, dirt had covered it revealing that it just ended in a wall of stone. This wall was what he worked his way back to. At a certain point there where torches, placed to keep back the creatures that seem to appear in total darkness. Their gentle warmth hit his feet and face as they where spaced expertly to cast a nice even heat across the part of the tunnels he had cleared and stripped of their surface resources. Once he followed the main path he came to the sheer surface of stone that with a little effort, he found the ladder his friend had placed to help him get up and down. He took it slowly climbing a few meters to where there was a gap in the stone above that he could fit his armored form through as he would place his arms on either side of the gap and haul himself up.
His abode was made of planks from the birch forest not far from here with some smelted stone turned to stone brick work to help give it edges of protection making simple patterns. The patterns where more to help those who traveled to trade with him see it in the distance and so it wasn't such an eyesore. In this small simple box of a structure had chests next to signs with odd patterns of dots and dashes that where cut into the signs that made them easy to feel. Moving through the room he would put his tools away, taking the stone and other simple rocks putting them in the larger chests and dumping them into the chests.

Hearing the sounds from above her curiosity was high, she had never come so close to a Miner let alone followed one like this. There was so much she didn't understand about them, that she was getting a chance to see. The soft glow of the light sticks around her was odd, but it didn't bother her. Once she heard his foot steps heading back towards the gap above her she would retreat from it waiting. There was an odd click followed by the sound of wood lightly thudding into more wood, and then the repetition of the click followed by his footsteps steadily growing fainter.
After waiting a bit she would walk back to the gap in the stone and use her blink to head up to where he had gone. She could only stand and let her purple eyes wander around taking in the sites. This was one of their homes! She had only ever heard of where the miners truly took refuge during the night to rest. Her young mind raced with questions about the Miners and their ways that the older males seemed to not consider important. She would begin to walk around the shelter, curious about these wood boxes that where spread out inside it with the odd markings next to them. She knelt in front of one and began to poke at it with her fingers and running them across it's smooth wooden surface. She noticed the little protrusion on the front and would poke at it, getting her fingers under it she found it would lift with a little bit of effort.
Her head tilted looking inside the now opened wooden box. Inside was metals! Shiny bars of the metals that she had seen the miner wearing as well as the pretty metal that she had seen in the wall. How did they get like this? The miner must of done it! But how? Was this how they where able to make their metal clothing? She would continue to open boxes seeing the stone, the tools, the metal taken from the walls, and things she had never seen before!
Soon her snooping lead her to an odd stone box that had fire crackling out of the bottom of it. She wondered what it was or why he had 3 of them next to each other. Still she knew fire was not to be played with so she stayed back from these things and would wait for the miner to come back to them. Now she simply needed to figure out where he went. She blinked about until she found an odd wood thing in the wall. It was the same color as the wood in the walls but it had this white part near the top making it as tall as the miner. She couldn't see through it but she wondered if it was some kind of way through the wall. She would reach up and take the wood just above it off and see that indeed the wall was only so big, with some kind of wood and stone tunnel lined with fire sticks leading away.
She blinked onto the other side and put the wood back where she had taken it. She would turn and blink down the tunnel after the Miner being mindful of not being to loud. The tunnel went on a ways before reaching a large structure made of more wood and stone. Here she saw the Miner at another one of the stone boxes. Though the fire had just gone out as he pulled out something deep in color with a strong odd smell that the Miner would proceed to eat. She would quietly step around realizing the ground was soft. It was, well she was not sure what it was. It looked like a colored version of the soft material on the baah animal.
There was so much to explore just following this miner! She was determined to learn more as she saw his Metal clothing on a fake miner, some kind of wood copy of him as his bare chest and back where marked with scars. She would watch him quietly as he went to some kind of soft platform just above the ground and climb into it covering himself in some kind of soft material similar to that which covered the ground. Nearing the miner curious what he was doing in that soft material. She bent over looking down tilting her head watching him lay there.
It took her an untold amount of time to realize that the Miner was resting. It hadn't occurred to her at first that the miners would even have a special creation to rest on like this. She decided she would take the time he was resting to explore the miners den, as she wanted to know more about this Miner.
