Part 36 - "Public Passion"

"Hero...We have one final girl for you to see....You've already seen her around quite a few times, but never alone, and never romantically...I hope you can help make her happy..."
Link appeared in Kakariko Village, being his normal size in his adult body. He stood by the entrance to the village, by the large tree that stood in a clearing near the front of the village. He pursed his lips, raising his eyebrows as he looked around. "I don't see any girl here..." He thought. The Goddess Nayru spoke in his mind, softly saying "Give it time, Hero...In just a few moments you'll see the girl you're supposed to help..." Link nodded gently, leaning against the tree as he waited. He waited for only a few moments before thinking "You know, I didn't actually sleep with Twinrova, how did I help her?" "You showed her kindness that she wasn't expecting to find, and Koume and Kotake could feel the happiness Twinrova felt from you. You weren't with her long, but you made her happy, Hero. Koume and Kotake will become nicer people in time from your help..." Link looked to the ground. "I suppose that's good..." Link suddenly heard someone running in his direction, a sound reaching his ears, sounding like feminine crying. He looked over in the sound's direction. He recognized her, but knew that the Goddesses were right, he didn't know her well, never having really spoken with her as a friend or really gotten to know her in any way. He got a good look at her as she rushed by, heading for the exit of the village to Hyrule Field.
She wore a long light blue dress, a large stripe of purple going around her dress at around mid-calf level. She wore a white turtleneck sweater. Her hair was long and dark red, reminding Link of Anju's hair colour, her hair reaching her mid back behind her. Her eyes were dark brown, tears running down her face as she rushed by him. She appeared to be in her late twenties. She had a rather curvy figure, her busty chest pushing out her sweater slightly, her ass sadly invisible due to her dress. Link turned around and thought "Her? But every time I've seen her, she was always with that guy..." Nayru said "You'll find that even the most beautiful of paradises can have problems, Link...Speak with her, we know what help you can give her, but it would be best if you found out on your own..." Link nodded slightly. The girl ran out of the village, heading down the massive flight of stairs to Hyrule Field. Suddenly Link saw the man that the girl was always with run over to the tree, looking around frantically. "Hey, you!" He suddenly said, looking at Link. Link looked at him. "Yeah?" He said.
The guy said "Have you seen Honey anywhere? Uh...Girl with red hair...You know...You've seen us together! Have you seen her?" Link lied, shaking his head slightly. "Sorry man, if she's not with you, then I have no idea where she could be." The man, who appeared a little older than Link, sighed heavily. "God, I'm so stupid!..." He muttered, turning around and walking away. Link quickly turned and left the village, heading down the stairs to Hyrule Field. He felt the sun shine down on him, the sun at it's zenith, Link realizing that it must have been noon. A light wind played upon the grass of the Field, Link looking back and forth, trying to find the girl, who must have been Honey. He suddenly saw her ahead, sitting by the small creek that trickled past near the entrance to Kakariko Village, the small bridge to cross it far to the right, the small cliff that went over it a bit to the left. He slowly began to approach her. When he was a few meters from her she suddenly said "Stay away from me, Darling!...I don't want to talk to you!..." Link raised his eyebrows, saying "I'm not Darling..."
Honey quickly turned around at his words. She sat on the grass at the edge of the creek, her feet in the water, her eyes red with crying. She sniffled when she saw him. "Oh...It's you...Sorry, I thought you were Darling..." She raised her hand to her face, wiping away her tears, sniffling once more as she looked forward again, to the water. "Why are you crying?...What's wrong?..." He asked softly. Honey didn't look at him. "No offense, but...It's not really any of your business..." Link nodded. "I understand. Guy trouble?" Honey quickly looked over her shoulder at him. "...Yeah...How did you...?" Link smiled knowingly, winking at her. "I always used to see you with that guy, so if you're hurt enough to run out of the village like you did, something must have gone wrong with him." Honey smiled weakly for a split-second, looking back to the water. "Well...Yeah...Now that you guessed right, I guess I shouldn't hide it any more...Darling and me got into a bit of a fight..." Link noticed that she had a small pair of white slippers beside her. Link nodded at her words, quickly slipping off his Kokiri Boots and sitting down beside her, putting his feet in the water along with her.
Honey looked over at him with surprised eyes, but she didn't complain, not saying anything against his company. "Wanna talk about it?...I know it's none of my business, but talking might help..." Honey looked over at him sadly. "We don't even know each other...I've seen you around, but...This is the first time we've ever really spoken, isn't it?..." Link looked at her, nodding. "Yeah, you're right. I'm Link, and you're Honey, right?..." Honey nodded, smiling gently. "Yeah..." Link reached his hand over, saying "It's nice to actually meet you." Honey smiled softly, reaching her hand up and gently shaking his, saying "It's nice to actually meet you too, Link...You're the Hero of Time, right?...You saved us all from that guy, the one who took over the castle and made all the monsters..." Link nodded, suddenly feeling a bit serious as an image of the laughing Ganondorf reached his mind. "Yeah..." He said softly, looking to the water. Honey smiled. "Guess I should thank you, you kind of saved me, along with just about everyone else...Who knows how bad things would have gotten if you hadn't done something."
Link shrugged. "It was nothing." Honey laughed softly. "Nothing he says, right! One person killing tons of monsters and who knows what kind of evil all over Hyrule and then killing the guy that started it all is nothing! It's alright to take a bit of credit for what you've done, you know..." Link smiled at her, but said nothing. Honey looked to the water, growing sad once more. "...Darling wanted to have sex, but I told him that I wasn't ready..." Link looked over, raising an eyebrow as he said "Ohhh...So that's what this is about...Did he push the matter?" Honey nodded sadly, tears gently going down her cheeks once more. "He told me that he loved me and that he was sure that I loved him, so the only sensible thing to do was to have sex...I told him that I did love him, but that I still wasn't ready..." Link nodded gently. At her next words, her voice began to break with sadness. "He told me that tons of girls around the village were ready and would die to sleep with him, so I should have been happy that he had his heart set on me...His words hurt, but I thought I could see some sense in them...I told him that I still wanted time to think about it, and he got mad with me, and he left me alone for a few days!..."
Link gently put his arm around Honey's shoulders, Honey bursting into sobs and tears. "I...I ran into him a couple of days after that...I couldn't bear to be away from him, it was torture, I missed him so much!...He was near the entrance to the graveyard, across from the cucoo lady's pen, kissing some girl...I just stood there for a few moments before he noticed me...He said that it wasn't what it looked like, and the girl just laughed at me...I r-ran away..." She began to cry again for a few moments. "Today he tried telling me that the girl was just a friend, that he tried talking to her about h-how me and him were having problems, and that th-the girl took it as a sign that Darling was available for dating...He said th-that she just started kissing him out of the blue...I don't believe him!...." Link softly said "He may be telling the truth..." Honey shook her head rapidly. "He was lying, I kn-know it! I can always tell when he's lying..." Link said "I could talk with him if you-" "No!" Honey cried, looking over into his eyes. "Stay here...Don't leave me right now..." Link nodded, staying by Honey as she kept crying, Honey reaching over and putting her arms around him, Link keeping his arm around her shoulders, the two of them sitting at the creek quietly, the only sounds carried by the water being Honey's sobs.
Link sat with Honey for nearly an hour, trying to console her, to get her to calm down. Finally after a full hour, Honey began to calm down and stop crying, but she was adamant about Darling, she knew he was lying. Honey suddenly smiled shakily. "Thank you, Link...You're great...You really helped me calm down, thank you, talking with you really helped..." Link smiled gently. "Don't worry about it." Honey smiled more, looking to his chest. "Link, are you a...Virgin?..." Link raised his eyebrows. "No, of course not, why do you ask?" Honey smiled shakily with blush in her cheeks, her left hand running along his stomach gently as she said "Well...You're a handsome guy...You've been pretty nice to me so far...I just wanted to ask you if you wanted in on a little plan I have..." Link raised his left eyebrow, looking down into her face as he said "Um...Okay. Why not?" Honey smiled more. "Well...I want to get back at Darling for kissing that girl...And...I know this may sound really crazy, but I was hoping and thinking about if you'd...Have sex with me...In front of him..."
Link frowned, saying "Like, revenge-sex? Honey, you even said that you weren't ready for it, this may not be such a good idea..." Honey had tears in her eyes as she said "I'm ready for it now, I want to do it!...With you, Link..." Link shook his head. "I'm sorry Honey, but...I'm not sure if you really are...You might just be saying that because you want to get back at Darling really badly...You might regret it if we do it..." Honey shook her head, sniffling as she wiped away her tears. "No, no, I really am ready, Link! I was ready and willing to have sex with Darling today, but the way he said what he did, he just...Link, please, I want to so badly, I'm ready!..." Link sighed softly. "Well...Okay..." Honey grinned with tears still in her eyes, closing her eyes and hugging Link tightly. "Oh thank you thank you thank you!" Link smiled softly. "Come on Honey, stop crying already, the tears only add sadness to your pretty face." Honey looked up into his eyes, her grin fading slightly. "You think I'm...Pretty?" Link nodded. "Yeaaaah...That's what I just said, heh." Honey blushed with a happy smile, softly saying "Now I really wanna do it...Come on, Link...I have an idea of how we can do this..."
Link shrugged slightly, saying "Alright, but you wanted to do this in front of him, right?...Um...I don't think I've ever been watched during an entire sexual act without that person joining in..." Honey suddenly grinned mischievously. "We won't be doing it in front of him and him only, we'll be doing it in front of the entire village!" Link froze, not moving with shock. "Whaaaaat?" He exclaimed, looking at her with wide eyes. Honey giggled softly. "You know the big wooden tower in the middle of the village, near the potion shop and the bazaar? Well, I was planning on us doing it on top of it..." Link shook his head. "Now I know that this is a bad idea." Honey sadly smiled and said "I think it'd be great..." Link suddenly smiled, saying "Hey, if we're gonna do it like that, I have an even better idea!..." Honey grinned happily. "Really? Like what?" Link smiled and said "On top of the windmill, of course!" Honey giggled and grinned, saying "Oh yeah, that'd be awesome! Let's go!" She got up and slipped on her shoes, Link getting up and pulling on his boots quickly before she grabbed him by the hand, pulling him along and rushing over to the large set of steps that went to Kakariko Village. "Wait, how will we even get up there?" Honey asked, looking over into his eyes, slowing down her movements slightly. Link grinned, saying "I know how, I have an idea. Trust me, Honey." Honey smiled happily, blushing slightly for some reason. "Okay...I trust you..." They quickly walked up the steps, heading into the village in a few minutes.
They walked into the village, Link smiling softly, a determined look in Honey's eyes and a smile on her face, bordering on a smirk or even a grin. They walked up a set of stairs to the left of the large tree that Link had originally stood at walking up it to the delight of the strange beggar with green clothes and long shaggy dark red hair. "Ah! My friend! It is good to see you!" The beggar said, quickly and roughly patting the ground in front of him constantly. Link grinned at him. "Sorry, I don't have anything to trade today, maybe next time, buddy." The beggar raised his hands, shaking them almost comically. "Aww, really? Well...Too bad...Alright, see you later!" Link smiled. Honey looked at him as they walked closer to the large wooden lookout tower at the edge of the small cliff, a house to the left at the bottom of the cliff, another house to the left on top of the cliff, the potion shop and the bazaar behind them. "You know him?" She asked. Link shrugged. "Kind of, me and him have traded things every once in a while. Strangest beggar I've ever known. If you give him, say, a fish, he'll give you a full one hundred rupees! It's incredible! I have no clue where he gets the money, but he always delivers!"
Honey's jaw dropped. "Really? That's insane! Next time I find a fish kicking around, I'll make sure to bring it to him!" Link laughed softly, Honey smiling happily at his laughter. When Link stopped laughing, he nodded his head at the tower's long ladder slightly. "You first, I'll be right behind you." Honey blushed gently, nodding as she walked over to the ladder. As she got up on it for the first step she said "Trying to get a good look at my bum, Link?" Link smiled and said "Heh, I didn't have that in mind, but now that you mention it..." Honey giggled softly, blushing as she began to climb the ladder. Link smiled and began to climb after her once she had gotten up high enough. Honey reached the top, Link getting up with her. The man that usually stood up there actually turned around and looked at them, raising an eyebrow before Link said "Don't worry, we won't be long." The man shrugged and looked back over the village, quickly looking back and forth, raising a hand to his forehead to shield his eyes from the sun's light, keeping an eye on all his vision would grant him sight of. Link reached into his invisible inventory, pulling out his Longshot. He reached around Honey's waist, smiling as he said "Hang on tight to me, we have to do a bit of travelling." Honey smiled and wrapped her arms around Link's chest tightly, blushing faintly as she closed her eyes.
Link smiled and raised his Longshot, aiming at his target. He pointed the Longshot at the roof of a house nearby, a man sitting on top of it, looking to the sky, not even noticing Link or Honey atop the lookout tower. He pressed a small red button on the handle of the Longshot, a metallic sound clanging out as the shark hook flew out. "Whoa!" Honey said quickly before the hook embedded itself in the roof of the house. "And here's the fun part!" Link said, grinning. Honey held him tight as Link quickly pressed the red button once more. Instead of the hook coming back to him, it was almost as if the hook itself was dragging in the chain, Link feeling the handle pull on him powerfully. Honey let out a light scream as they were pulled off the lookout tower. They flew straight for the house, Honey shutting her eyes tight, Link grinning to himself happily. They landed on the roof with a loud thud, hitting the roof on their sides as the handle and the hook came back together, the hook no longer biting into the roof.
Honey groaned quietly and slowly got up to her feet. "What the hell is that thing?..." She asked. "I've never seen anything that could do that before!" Link smiled, sitting up from the roof. "Are you okay?" He asked. "We hit our sides on the roof kind of hard..." Honey smiled and nodded, saying "I'm fine, thanks for asking, hee hee!" before giggling quietly. Link grinned. He stood up, walking over to the edge of the house. "Hey man, you can't just keep shooting that thing into the roof, you know...One day you're gonna shoot right through it..." The man who sat on the roof said slowly and almost lazily, looking at Link. Link looked at him. "Eh, oh yeah, you might be right..." Link said quietly. "Well, when that day comes, I'll pay for the damages, okay?" The guy shrugged lazily. "Ah, no, don't worry about it guy, I'm just saying, you know? Something bad could happen." Link nodded, saying no more as Honey walked closer to him. Link smiled and pointed at what seemed to be an empty doorway set in the windmill, in it's front. "See there? We'll be going there. There's a staircase inside to go a bit higher, and then I have another idea. Alright?" Honey nodded with a smile. "Alright!"
He raised up his Longshot, aiming at a small peg-like stump of wood that sat in the doorway, attached to the floor of the passageway. Honey came closer to him and hugged him tightly. Link's face was serious as he said "Now this will be a bit tricky, I don't want you getting hurt...Getting in there might be a bit hard, so here's what I suggest. Hug me around the back so that when we start flying over there, you'll be on top of me. When we start getting close, I want you to jump off of me and go into the passageway, okay?" Honey's eyes were worried as she said "Will you be okay?" Link nodded. "Don't you worry about me, I'll be fine." He said. Honey smiled and nodded. "Okay, Link..." She said softly. She got behind him, wrapping her arms around his waist, her hands gripping each other against his stomach. "Honey, what the hell are you doing?" A voice suddenly shouted out from far beneath. Honey and Link both looked over. It was Darling, who stood in a street of Kakariko, beside the house near the well. Honey angrily said "You just watch, you'll find out soon enough!" Link smiled slightly to himself, even though he knew that helping Honey with this sort of thing was wrong.
He fired his Longshot, the hook hitting the wooden peg in the passageway after a few seconds of going through the air. The two of them began to soar towards the passageway, the wind whipping around them, and as they got close to the passageway, Honey jumped towards it, hitting the ground inside the passageway roughly, falling down to the ground. Link didn't get right in the passageway, grabbing the ledge of the doorway and pulling himself up after a few moments. "You bastard, what are you doing with her?!" Darling shouted. Honey spoke for Link, shouting out "He's not forcing me here against my will, I'm going with him! I want to!" Her words seemed to stun Darling, who simply stood there dumbfounded with his jaw hanging open slightly. Link stood up in the doorway, Honey grabbing his hand with a smile and saying "Come on Link, to the top of the windmill!" Link grinned, the two of them walking a bit further into the passageway. Link heard Darling's voice call out from the street as they took a turn in the passageway, the stone passageway going to the right before going to the right again, a set of stairs taking them even higher up. "You're going to get hurt Honey, please, come down!" Honey smiled to herself, holding Link's hand tighter at the sound of Darling's voice.
A small crowd of people began to develop in front of the windmill, in the streets. Darling ignored them all, calling up to Honey and the man that had stolen her from him. Link and Honey walked up to another doorway in the windmill's stone passageway, the windmill's sails slowly going by. A few people gasped as the two of them became visible in the doorway. Link quietly whispered to her "Hold on to me, okay?..." Honey smiled and stepped closer to him, wrapping her hands around his waist. Darling's face showed that he was shocked, but only for a moment before anger took the place of his surprise. "Honey!!" He shouted angrily. Honey stuck her tongue out at him, saying nothing verbally. Link waited until one of the windmill's sails began to pass. He stepped onto the wooden frame of it, holding Honey tight with one hand as he grabbed the long piece of wood that the sail's strip of cloth actually went along. Link thought of the windmill's shape, the sails of it being a long "L" shape of wood with a large strip of cloth attached to it,
Link and Honey standing on the bottom piece of wood. Everyone, including Darling, gasped as they got on the windmill's sail. "What the hell are you doing?!" Darling shouted with panic in his voice. Link whispered to her urgently "Okay, stand in front of me facing the wood...." Honey did as he said, standing between him and the long piece of wood that went up for the sail. The sail kept moving, Link knowing they didn't have much time. "Okay, hold on to me, and tightly! We'll have to basically be upside down for a little bit!" Honey had worry on her face, but she nodded and held Link from behind, reaching behind her and placing her hands on his hips, holding onto his tunic tightly. Link gripped the long wooden piece tightly with both hands, lowering his feet just slightly so he could grip the smaller piece beneath them with his feet. People watched as the sails turned, Link and Honey quickly being turned upside down. Honey shut her eyes tight with fear. Link swung himself to the side, releasing the sail and grabbing a tight hold of Honey. Honey let out a cry of surprise. Everyone gasped, Darling's face showing terror. Link twirled in the air, not wanting Honey to be the one to feel the impact of their landing. They hit the top of the windmill with a painful thud, Link ramming down on his back, Honey lying on him with her back to his chest, the both of them looking up to the sky.
"Honey!!" Darling shouted in fear. When they laid down on the windmill, they were low enough that nobody could see them. Honey sat up, her head just barely visible. She looked down at Darling angrily. "What?!" She shouted. Darling sounded sad as he said "Please, come back down, I'm sorry for what I said!" Honey quickly developed tears as she said "No, I'm not coming back down, not yet! Me and Link came up here for a reason, just you watch!" Darling raised his hands to his forehead, gripping his hair in a panic. "I think they're going to jump!" Someone cried. Darling pointed at the voice's owner and roared "Shut the fuck up, we don't know that! Don't give them any ideas!" Honey still had tears in her eyes when she looked back to Link, smiling happily as she said "Well...Shall we get naked?" Link couldn't help but look a bit worried as he said "Honey, are you sure about this?...I don't know if this is truly what you want- Mmf!"
Honey cut him off by pouncing on top of him, placing her hands on either side of his neck as she pushed a long, passionate kiss to his lips. She stopped kissing him a few moments later, slowly pulling her face away from Link's slightly. They opened their eyes, Honey blushing deeply as she murmured "Hey, you're actually a pretty good kisser..." Link smiled slightly. "The same could be said about you, Honey..." Honey smiled and came closer to Link for another kiss, the both of them kissing a few times more. Link slipped his hands up her sweater, feeling along her lean, soft stomach. Honey quivered at his touch. She smiled nervously. "Will you be gentle with me?...I heard it hurts the first time..." Link nodded. "I'll be gentle..." He said quietly. Honey quietly let him pull her sweater up, blushing deeply when he pulled it up to her chest, revealing her white bra. She raised up her arms slowly, Link pulling it up and away from her, dropping it to the stone roof of the windmill beside them. With shaky hands, she quickly undid her bra, reaching behind her and unclipping it.

Link smiled at her, comfortingly saying "You're beautiful, Honey...You really are...I'm not sure what else to say, you've sort of taken my breath away..." Honey blushed more, a happy smile on her face. His words seemed to eradicate any trace of nervousness she may have had, Honey standing up and angrily staring down at Darling. Darling's eyes widened, most everyone else gasping and averting their eyes. She grinned and held up her bra. "This is for you, my dear, sweet, handsome Darling! This is the most you'll ever get from me!" She tossed her bra down the windmill, the soft piece of underwear fluttering down to the ground near him. Darling blinked a few times rapidly. "Sorry, son." A hunched old man in a blue robe with a big red nose said. "There are people like that, I'm sorry it had to be her-"
Darling raised up a hand, fury in his eyes as he muttered "Don't you worry about that, I'm not mad at her. Well, not as mad as I am at him..." The old man raised his eyebrows almost wearily, like he had seen people like Darling in the same situation countless times before. "Listen son, revenge isn't all it's cracked up to be, I know it sounds impossible now, but after you get what you want...You don't actually feel any better...You may not feel worse right away, but you will, eventually..." Darling shook his head. "I don't think so, old man...Revenge is the thing that truly will make me feel good. I will revenge myself upon him soon enough, but until then, he can have his joy with Honey. This isn't the last time we will run into each other, I'm sure...Time for me to get a blade..." He said, muttering his last few words, turning around and walking away in the direction of the bazaar. Honey undid her skirt and let it fall down her legs, smiling as Link got undressed, as well. She looked over, wanting to taunt Darling again, but instead saw him leaving. "Hey, Darling!" She called out.
Darling angrily turned around, having just reached the top of the stairs by the large tree, the strange green beggar beside him. Darling giggled with some blush in her cheeks, holding up her pure white panties in her left hand, smiling innocently as she let them fluter away, floating down to the ground by the well. Everyone gasped, several people turning away in disgust, some leaving. Honey grinned. Everyone could see her as she stood there, Link getting up beside her. Several girls blushed heavily when they saw him, many men averting their eyes. Link saw Anju standing down in the crowd, blushing as she saw him. Link grinned and waved at her, calling out "Hey, Anju!" Anju smiled and raised a hand, calling back "Hey, Link! How are you?" Link smiled and called out "Pretty good at the moment, you? How're the cucoos?" Anju grinned and called back "I'm fine and they're just fine, but would you mind if I said that I was kind of curious about what you were doing?"
Link grinned and called out "A little somethin' somethin', nothing too big!" Anju laughed softly to herself, blushing deeply as she remembered the time when she and Link got intimate. Honey raised an eyebrow, smiling curiously as she pointed down to Anju. "You know the cucoo lady? Anju, was it?" Link smiled and nodded. "Her name's Anju, she's actually a really nice girl, she's a friend of mine." Honey raised her eyebrows for a moment in surprise. Darling walked into the bazaar, a determined and furious look on his face still. "Go slow..." Honey said quietly. Link nodded.
