Kid walked along the dusty ground, the sun continuing to rise in the sky, casting it's glare down on everything it could touch. "Kid?" A man's voice sounded out nearby. Kid stopped walking, looking over. He noticed someone he hadn't seen in quite some time; Hiro. A woman was with him, walking close to Hiro's side. Hiro and the woman walked up to Kid, Hiro nodding at him in greeting, Hiro saying "What are you doing here?" Kid said "Oh, just here with some friends...I g-guess you got out of New Reno, huh?" Hiro nodded, saying "Had a few close calls, but yeah. Since you're here, I'm gonna assume that Dawn is here, too. I gotta talk to her about the Wrights, where is she?" Kid shrugged. "When I woke up, she was gone. A friend of mine said that she went into the NCR to talk to someone called "Tandi". I don't know when she'll be back." Hiro muttered "Damn..." Kid noticed the woman by Hiro looking over at Hiro, her eyes dancing along him from within the corners of her eyes, a smile on her face. Hiro thought for a moment before saying "Alright, well...Whenever you see her again, do me a favour, tell her I'm in town. Tell her we gotta talk about "the boss"."
Kid nodded. Hiro turned around, Felicity turning and following him. Kid watched them for a few seconds, hearing their words. "Hey Hiro, you wanna get a little freaky?..." "Heh, you feeling kinky, babe?" "Mmmhmm, and you know just how to take care of me..." He saw Hiro's left hand drift over behind the woman, rubbing along her curvy backside. "Let's see if we can grab a private spot for some fun, babe...Right after you cum, I'm having a smoke, been too damn long since the last time. While I'm having that, you can take care of me." He saw the woman reach around Hiro's waist, resting her hand on his right hip. By then, they had moved far enough away from Kid that he couldn't make out their words any longer. He looked over to Libitina. She was still at the stall she had been standing at when Dominique had pointed her out to Kid. He began to walk over once again, wondering how many things she was buying.
He walked over to her, reaching her just as she turned around. She raised her eyebrows, smiling a little. "Oh, you're awake!" She said cheerily. "Coming to check up on me?" She said, smiling a little more. Kid smiled a little, saying "Yeah, I just woke up...I went to see Dominique first, she pointed you out, I couldn't see you in the crowd here. When she pointed you out, I came over." Libitina kept smiling warmly, saying "That's sweet of you...I'm pretty much done here, though. I could use some more caps, though. Could you run on over to the Highwayman and grab me...Say...A handful?" Kid nodded, turning around and beginning to walk away, Libitina watching him with her smile still on her face.
Dawn stepped into the front room of the congress building, seeing several armed NCR policemen to be within, all armed with either Gauss rifles or Pancor Jackhammer automatic shotguns. The guards were armed with some of the strongest non-energy weapons available in the wastes, Dawn felt sorry for any would-be assassin that tried to murder Tandi and got the attention of her guards. A man in a fairly clean black tuxedo walked up to Dawn from behind a nearby police officer, having raven black hair, styled back neatly. He raised his eyebrows at her curiously, looking her in the eyes, seeming genuinely curious as he asked "Is there something I can help you with?" Dawn nodded, saying "I have something important I have to discuss with President Tandi. Trust me, I wouldn't bother her unless it was truly important, I know she's a busy woman. It's about a massive raider group that's been going around the wastes. I figure you guys wouldn't normally care about that, except this group has attacked towns well within NCR territory, so I figure President Tandi would want to hear about it."
The man seemed a little surprised by this news, nodding gently, saying "I'll see if President Tandi would be interested in this tidbit of news." Dawn raised a hand to the man's chest to stop him as he began to head for a nearby wooden door. A few of the policemen in the room began to hold their weapons a little tighter, ready to move them if they had to. Dawn looked the man in the eyes. A nearby American flag swayed gently, the flag in a corner of the room, it's base being a slightly-rusted bronze. "I don't mean to come across as rude, but I'd prefer it if I could speak with Madam President, myself." The man stared into Dawn's eyes for a few moments before she lowered her arm. He nodded. "Very well, if you insist. If you'd kindly follow me..." The man calmly headed for the nearby door, opening it, Dawn following him. The next room was much larger than the first, several closed doors all along the walls to the left, right, and up ahead. A large wooden table sat in the middle of the room, various pieces of paper scattered along it, a few men and women standing around it, all murmuring quietly. The man led Dawn over to a nearby door on the left side of the room, reaching for the knob slowly. "Don't take up too much of her time, hmm?" The man said quietly. Dawn softly said "Wouldn't dream of it."
Three large armoured trucks rolled along the wasteland, rushing at high speeds. The windows on the sides of the trucks barricaded entirely except for narrow slits for the people inside to shoot through, the sides and fronts of the trucks plated several times over with strong metal, the vehicles were nigh-unstoppable behemoths as they raced along the more or less destroyed remnant of a highway road. On the sides of the trucks, the instantly recognizable emblem of the Brotherhood of Steel was painted quite largely with bright yellow paint. A Brotherhood Paladin within a truck caught the image of a deathclaw out in the wasteland, looking at the vehicles, watching them pass. The Paladin raised a hand to his neck, scratching at his short beard. The Brotherhood had sent three trucks full of Paladins on their way to New Reno. The job of the Paladins was to try to liberate the Wrights, so as to try to get their hands on the reward they were supposed to get for reviving Dawn. The Paladins were the protectors of the Brotherhood, although fighting out in the wasteland was very common as most threats the Brotherhood deemed necessary of elimination had never even tried to attack true Brotherhood strongholds.
They fight for Brotherhood interests using the incredibly advanced technology that the Brotherhood has at it's disposal, such as Power Armour, energy weapons such as rifles of the Pulse, Plasma, and laser categories, as well slightly less advanced weapons such as Gauss rifles, Bozars, and true sniper rifles. However, any given weapon that had shown itself under the sun was probably in the Brotherhood's arsenal, as well. The Brotherhood has various scrounged and scavenged vehicles under it's control in a veritable fleet, all under the control of the Paladins. The Brotherhood had massive stores of advanced medical supplies, and it wasn't unusual for warriors of the Brotherhood to have surgical cybernetic enhancements as well as more mundane combat implants. Every Paladin in the three trucks was outfitted with a suit of T-51b Power Armour, a suit of armour that, once put on, made someone next to invincible, as it made them practically a walking tank. It covered them from their neck down in several layers of protective materials, the materials being fairly lightweight but still being able to absorb high-impact shots from weapons such as most sniper rifles as well as rapid blasts from automatic weaponry.
The top-most layer of the armour protected heavily against radiation and lasers, adding protection against the rarer yet even more powerful weapons in the wastes. To go with the armour, there was a helmet which covered one's entire head, having a thin black reinforced glass visor for one to look through. The helmet was extremely advanced like the armour, allowing the wearer protection to their head from most weapons in the wasteland. The wearer had to breath through a miniature gasmask whenever the helmet was on, allowing protection from dangerous gases. Their voice had to pass through a speaker, but luckily, the speaker in most suits of Power Armour provided decent clarity. An attachment on the side of the helmet allowed one to lower a scope of sorts, to use with smaller weapons such as pistols, weapons that didn't come with their own scope. A small flashlight was attached to the forehead of the helmet, allowing one light in dark situations.
The Paladin that had seen the deathclaw didn't have his helmet on, holding it in his left hand, his right hand against the wall of the truck's side. "How long 'til we hit Reno?" He called out to a nearby Paladin over the noise of the rumbling tires beneath them. The Paladin sitting down in a seat beside him shrugged gently, saying "Damned if I know. Could be another few hours, still. Relax man, the raiders won't just disappear before we get there." The standing Paladin sucked his teeth, making a slight sound. The Paladin beside him said "Senior Paladin Maddox is in the middle truck. You can bet your ass he'll bust some raider heads, if no one else does." The standing Paladin grinned gruffly, laughing for a few moments. "Oh, no worries there, we'll all have spilled raider blood by the time the day's through!" The sitting Paladin beside him chuckled, the Paladin's laugh coming out a little digitized due to the internal speaker of his helmet. The trucks rolled along, stopping for nothing, heading north, far to the north...
Tansy wasn't quite asleep, but nightmares came to her mind, regardless. Visions danced along her one intact eyelid, shining into her brain. She was back in Vault 17, strapped to a table, Judas standing beside her with a syringe full of a glowing green fluid. He spoke to her. "Let's see how the FEV reacts with you, shall we?" Tansy struggles madly, but her muscles are beginning to feel weak. An intravenous bag of drugs nearby is putting her body to sleep, a tube from the bottom of the bag attached to the inside of her right wrist. Judas lowers the needle to her left arm as she lets it rest limply, Judas not bothering to find a vein as he begins to push the needle into her. She cries out in frustration over her body's lack of response. Judas begins injecting the fluid into her. Everything goes dark for her. All she can hear is the sound of her own heavy panting. When she comes to, she realizes that she was standing over a vault guard, having beaten him senseless. Slashes and rips were along her forearms, the lacerations very rapidly leaking blood to the floor around Tansy's feet. It took Tansy a few moments to realize it, but glowing green fluid began to seep from her wounds, as well.
It was the same glowing green fluid that had been in Judas' syringe. A shout sounded out behind Tansy. Without thinking, she bolted forwards, running past the fallen guard. She knew where she was. She had been on the lowest floor of the vault. She didn't know how she had gotten where she was, but she didn't care. She was free from Judas and Marylin, but for how long, she didn't know. Her hair swinging around her shoulders and along her upper back as she ran frantically, she quickly noticed that her eyepatch was gone. It's disappearance annoyed her slightly, but she knew that it was trivial compared to what was taking place right then and there. She had to escape. She ran along the hallways, heading for the elevator she knew to be close by. Seeing it, she sprinted for it, pressing the cold button by the doors, the doors sliding open in reaction. She heard Judas shout for her to be stopped. Tansy smiled smugly as the doors shut. She press a button marked "3", being the one of the only two buttons in the elevator, the other being "4" for the floor Tansy was already on. The elevator began to slide upwards, going up for a few seconds before it suddenly stopped.
Tansy raised an eyebrow. The lights within the elevator died unexpectedly. She felt boxed in, she felt trapped suddenly. She tried pressing a button on the elevator, but it didn't respond. She tried pulling open the doors, struggling intensely. When she finally got them open a crack, she could see nothing but darkness beyond. Sticking a finger out allowed her to feel nothing but cool air, her finger touching nothing else. She pulled her finger back and stepped back from the door, looking around with a bit of rising fear. What was Judas planning to do? She heard something up above, sounding like heavy scraping of sorts. She looked upwards, seeing the metal plates making up the ceiling of the elevator. She reached up, pushing on one, finding it to be loose. She pushed it upwards until it totally came loose, resting on the top of the elevator. A voice called out to Tansy, sounding hazy. Tansy knew she hadn't heard any voice while climbing up through the hole in the elevator's ceiling, so she felt puzzled by the appearance of the voice. It said "Relax, calm down! He's gonna help you, lady!..." Tansy ignored the voice, climbing up through the hole in the ceiling of the elevator, the square tile that used to cover the hole falling over the side of the elevator, disappearing down the shaft.
All around Tansy, there was nothing but darkness. Up above, just in front of the elevator and maybe a meter up above, a large crack of light was slowly enlargening. Tansy narrowed her eyes, bringing her body close to the section of wall just underneath the glowing crack of light. The elevator door continued to be pried open, the light growing larger. Tansy spotted something stick out through the doorway. It took her a moment to realize it, but the object sticking through the doorway was actually the barrel of an assault rifle. A moment later, muzzle flashes came out, the gunshots flying out on the air of the elevator shaft. Due to Tansy's close position to the wall just underneath the doorway, she was relatively safe as the weapons bullets flew out on the air, crashing into the elevator from above. Tansy knew that if she hadn't pulled herself out of the elevator, she would have been slain by the bullets now flying in to the small metal box. She took a moment to check herself. Although her eyepatch was missing, she was still dressed in her red combat armour, although the sleeves to it had been torn off at the elbows. The gunfire ceased a few seconds later.
Tansy smiled. She quickly reached up, grabbing the barrel of the assault rifle. Gripping it tight, she yanked it through the partially-opened elevator doors. She moved the assault rifle around in her hands, gripping it properly. She heard someone through the doors cry out "Oh shit!" Tansy began to spray bullets through the crack of light between the doors, hearing several people cry out in pain. She sprayed bullets until the gun ran dry, the magazine of the rifle now empty. She began to pull at the bottoms of the elevator doors, pulling them farther apart slowly but surely. Soon enough, the space between the doors was large enough for Tansy to get through. She tossed the assault rifle between the doors first, jumping up, grabbing a hold of the doors and pulling herself through. She was in a hallway on the third floor of the vault. Three dead vault guards lay in front of her. Two of them had assault rifles lying by their sides. She grabbed one, taking it more or less solely for it's full clip, not bothering with the assault rifle she had just used. She got up and jogged along, heading through the hallway ahead of her.
Another voice sounded out, but Tansy didn't know where it was coming from, because she hadn't heard it when she had ran through the vault. "...How long until she wakes up?..." Tansy ran around a corner, coming face-to-face with two guards, the guards holding up pistols. They fired at her, their bullets either sliding off of her armour or sinking into the armour, but not penetrating through and hitting her flesh. She sprayed bullets at them, hitting them both in the legs, charging between them and bashing them to the ground as she ran past them. She went around another corner, going into another hallway. She could see the elevator at the end of the hallway. As she ran down the hallway, something suddenly cracked her over the back of her head, knocking her straight to the ground, her mind going dark for a few moments. When she awoke, she could again hear someone's voice reaching out to her, as if through a fog. "...Her condition is worsening...We need to energize her..." Tansy cried out as someone began to stomp into her legs, into her calves. They laughed sadistically as they crunched her legs beneath their heel.
Tansy spun around on the floor, pointing her assault rifle up at her baseball bat-wielding attacker. Her memories suddenly began to fly along, as if it were a video in fast-forward. Everything took on a bit of a crimson hue. She sprayed up at the man with her assault rifle, beginning to crawl towards the elevator a moment later. She made it inside, reaching up and pressing the button for the first floor of the vault. She crawled out when the elevator next stopped moving, throwing away her assault rifle, making her way out of the vault. She crawled through the cave beyond, making her way out into the wasteland. Her mind stopped dwelling in the past. Her heartbeat was fast and heavy, throbbing in her ears. Her one remaining eye snapped open as consciousness fully came over her once more. She bolted up into a sitting position, breathing heavily. Her vision was a little blurred, but she could see three people around her.
Her armour lay on the floor beside her, she was lying under the sheets of a bed in just her underwear. She tried getting up from the bed, the three people around her getting closer, putting their hands against her to keep her under the bed's sheets. She struggled, hearing one of them say "Hey, relax lady, nobody's gonna hurt you, you're safe here!" Tansy slowly stopped her struggling, hearing the voice that had spoken to her throughout her dream. "Just rest, girl. You're hurt pretty badly, there's some weird shit in your system. Just let me take care of you, I'll get you back to tip-top shape in no time." Tansy let the three pairs of hands ease her back into the bed. Her legs were aching quite badly, her head was throbbing, and she couldn't feel her arms, they were numb. She closed her eyes as she lay back in the bed, instantly falling back asleep, hours flying her by...
Kid came back to Libitina with a handful of caps, laying it down on the vendor's counter for her. The vendor felt through the caps, nodding after a moment, saying "Okay, it's a deal." The vendor pulled up a cooler of sorts, the cooler looking like it could rest in an adult's lap. The main body of the cooler was dark blue, but the top of it, the lid, was white yet dirty. He flipped the cooler open, showing it to be empty. The vendor reached under the counter of the stall, pulling up a bottle of Classic Nuka-Cola in each hand. He put them in the cooler, pulling up another two bottles a moment later, followed by another two, only these two were the cherry variant of the soda. He pulled up another two bottles, these two being the Dazzling Blue variant. The man then began to pull out bottles of alcoholic beverages, first a bottle of Gamma Gulp Beer and a bottle of Ol' Flakey, followed by two regular bottles of booze and whiskey. At least three quarters of the cooler was filled by then, the man beginning to load up small packages of food and slightly-irradiated pieces of fruit and meat. The vendor first put in two packages of Instamash along with several pieces of mutfruit, filling up the last of the space with some wrapped up pieces of brahmin meat, as well as a piece of radiated ant meat.
The vendor closed the cooler, saying "Oh yeah, take this, too...You bought a lot of stuff from me, and I like to give a little something extra to the big spenders." The vendor reached under the counter of his stall once more, bringing up a bottle of purified water as well as two wrapped up brahmin steaks. Libitina smiled and thanked the man, the man taking the pile of caps on the counter Libitina had left for him. Libitina grabbed the bottle of water and the brahmin steaks from atop the cooler, Kid grabbing the cooler itself, the two of them walking beside one another as they headed for the Highwayman. "Thanks for carrying the cooler." Libitina said, smiling at him. Kid said "Ah, don't worry about it." Libitina asked "You seen Marv or Heather anywhere?" Kid shook his head. "Dom said that they went out somewhere together, but I guess they'll be back later on." Libitina nodded, the two of them reaching the Highwayman. Dominique saw them coming with the cooler, opening the trunk for them, saying "There's not going to be enough space in the backseat for all that stuff...Better put it in the trunk."
Kid nodded, walking to the backside of the car, Dominique clearing a spot amid the microfusion cells for him to put the cooler down in. Libitina rested the items in her hands by the cooler, Dominique closing the trunk a second later. Kid turned around and leaned against the car, looking out into the distance, sighing softly. Libitina and Dominique did the same as he did, Libitina leaning against the trunk on Kid's right side, Dominique on Kid's left. The both of them were a little close to Kid, but they weren't against him; neither of them had their hips actually touching to his. Kid had his arms crossed along his chest, Libitina had her elbows back on the trunk of the Highwayman, and Dominique held her hands together over her stomach. Dominique murmured "I hope after this we can head over to Rister real quick...I'd like to get some more reaver clothes. I doubt the Holy One is upset with me for not wearing reaver clothes for this long, but I'd rather not tempt the fates and arouse His anger."
Kid said "Dawn will probably want us to head to Ronald right away, to tell him whatever news she might have." Libitina nodded slightly, saying "Yeah, I figure the same. Dawn's probably gonna want to keep moving." Dominique said nothing, her eyes going down to the ground slightly. Kid looked over. She didn't exactly look depressed, but she seemed sort of down, her eyes looking a little woeful. Kid raised a hand to Dominique's shoulder, rubbing along her for a moment. Dominique looked up and over to his eyes, seeing him gently smile at her. She smiled slightly after a moment, seeing him look back into her eyes. Once more, she felt a strong temptation to kiss him, but she fought it off, simply looking forwards once more, Kid lowering his hand from her shoulder, looking forward like her. The three of them relaxed in silence, waiting for Dawn as well as Marv and Heather to return.
The man with Dawn opened the door before the two of them, peeking his head inside. "President Tandi?...There is a woman here that says she wants to speak with you...She says it's a very important matter, and, if what she says is the truth, I personally belief that you'd like to hear it. Are you busy, are should I-?" An old woman's voice cut the man off, saying "I ain't busy, send 'er in already!" The man nodded, stepping back from the doorway, clearing it for Dawn to step through. Dawn didn't look at the man as she walked through the doorway. The man gently closed the door behind Dawn. The room had a soft rug to it, bookshelves all along the walls, filled with intact pre-war books. A desk sat on the far side of the fairly sized room, several books and maps laid out across it. In front of the desk were three wooden chairs, dark green padding along the backrests of the chairs. A woman, looking quite old, sat behind the desk. Dawn was a little surprised. Tandi, the woman across from Dawn, looked like she was nearly a full hundred years old. She had a short head of thin white hair, her face a little saggy and wrinkled, but there was a fire to her dark brown eyes, it showed that she was a determined woman that fought for whatever it was that she wanted; a regular warrior of the wastes.
She was dressed in a grey long-sleeved shirt, a dark blue vest over it. She was wearing a pair of dark blue jeans. A necklace went around her throat, being a silver cord with a rather interesting medallion of sorts at the end, just between her collarbones. It looked like the head of a healthy flower lacking radiation, only all of it's many layers of petals were made of a shining metal of sorts. She stood up as Dawn approached her desk, reaching a hand out and shaking Dawn's hand. Her handshake had more strength to it than Dawn expected someone her age to show. Tandi smiled at Dawn, saying "I'm Tandi, president of the New California Republic. Mind if I know your name? Please, no nicknames, I wanna know your actual name." Dawn went ahead and told Tandi her full name in a bid to come across as fully open and honest. "My name is Dawn Himeros Darkwater, it's an honour to meet you, Ms. President." Tandi raised an eyebrow at Dawn. "Darkwater? Do you know if you have any relation to a Killian Darkwater? He used to be the mayor of a town called "Junktown"." Dawn smiled and nodded, saying "Yes, I know the name. It's a distant relation, though...He's something like my great-granduncle or something like that."
Tandi said "I knew Killian, back when he was alive, of course. A good man, honest, loyal to his friends. Take a seat with me, and please, just call me "Tandi"." Tandi sat back down, Dawn sitting down in the center chair in front of Tandi's desk. Tandi held her hands together on her desk. "Now, what did you want to talk about?" She asked. Dawn said "Well, I wanted to bring to your attention something that might one day threaten your lands." Tandi leaned a little forwards in her chair, saying "Which would be...?" Dawn said "They call themselves the "Scaled Hiss", they're a raider group numbering somewhere in the hundreds, but they don't have as much as a thousand troops, it's somewhere between two hundred and five hundred. They've been going around the wasteland, razing towns and settlements for any possible supplies. They've already destroyed Modoc, and a friend of mine told me not long ago that she saw Scaled Hiss tags at the ruins of the settlement around Vault 15." Tandi clenched her hands slightly, saying "We were wondering who was responsible for that attack. We had seen a few painted tags around the town...A skull with snakes, right?"
Dawn nodded. "That's them. They've destroyed...I don't how many little places, but the big places they've wiped off the map are Modoc and the settlement of Vault 15, I know that for sure. Now, I don't have to tell you that Vault 15 is well within NCR territory. This group keeps getting bigger and bigger, and right as we speak, this very moment, they're attacking New Reno, they may have already taken it over by now. They want to use it as a base of operations I think, but they're gonna keep expanding, they're gonna keep attacking places around them. They've already attacked places within NCR territory, I don't know how long it will be before they think it'd be a smart idea to take on the NCR itself. If you want to solve the problem before it gets any worse, they're probably still over in New Reno." Tandi nodded, saying "Well, this information is interesting...But let me ask you something...What exactly were you hoping to get in exchange for this info?" Dawn would have loved a reward, who knows what would have eventually happened to Tandi's republic if Dawn hadn't brought news of the Scaled Hiss forwards. She didn't want to come across as greedy, however, so she said "Nothing really, New Reno is my home, it'd be enough of a reward to see it liberated. I just want to go home, Tandi."
Tandi nodded, saying "Well, if you say so. This group of raiders has to be stopped, not just for the places within the Republic, but just to generally make the wasteland safer. I'll send some of my boys up to New Reno to help clear things out. You can expect them there in a few days." Dawn nodded, smiling, saying "Thank you, Tandi!" The two of them stood up, shaking hands once more, Tandi smiling at Dawn. "Have a nice day, Dawn." Tandi said warmly. Dawn nodded at her, smiling more. Dawn turned and headed for the nearby door, opening it, closing it behind herself. "How did things go with President Tandi?" A man asked from beside her. She looked over, seeing the man that had opened the door for her, the man in the suit. Dawn kept her smile on her face, saying "It went wonderfully. She was happy for the news, and she plans to do something about it. Now, if you don't mind, I must be on my way." Dawn began to walk away. She heard the man open the door to Tandi's office, perhaps to make sure that Tandi was okay and unharmed. Dawn walked out through the front room of the congress building, losing her smile quickly, letting out a sigh of relief. Her plan had worked. She had gotten Tandi to send some of her army up to New Reno. Just how many troops was Tandi willing to send, however? She'd have to wait and see.
In the meantime however, Dawn had an idea for something she wanted to do before she went back to the others. She headed out into another district of the NCR, into it's downtown area. She quickly found a clinic, walking into the building. She found herself alone in the front room aside from the man that obviously owned the place, the man dressed in a white lab coat, black clothes underneath his coat, his head shaved clean of hair. "Yes? Can I help you?" He asked as Dawn approached. Dawn smiled at the man. "Yes, I was wondering if...And I know this is a bit of an odd request...But I was wondering if you had some shaving cream, a razor, and enough purified water for me to have a quick shower in?" The man raised his eyebrows at Dawn, saying "Well, that is an unusual request...I have all of that except for a shower, none of the pipes work anymore. I could set you up with a bath, though." Dawn said "Oh, thank you kindly!" The man raised an eyebrow, simply saying "Not gonna be cheap."
Dawn took a step closer to the man, raising her right hand to his chest, bringing her face near his. She spoke with an innocent tone, yet purposefully made her words sound suggestive. "Oh please sir, let me take a bath and...And...Well...I'll help you in any way you want! I don't have any money on me, but...I'm sure there are other ways I could help you out..." The man smiled a little. Dawn knew she had her claws in the man then. She rubbed her hand down his chest, moving to his stomach. "Anything you want...How about it?..." The man said "Sure, sure...Come on, follow me...I'll get the water and the cream, plus a razor..." Dawn smiled happily at the man, saying "Oh, thank you sir, thank you kindly..." The man turned and began to walk for a nearby door, Dawn smiling more then, smiling smugly, pleased that her charms had once again gotten her something that she might not have gotten otherwise.
Kid heard someone approaching the car, looking over his shoulder. He smiled when he saw it was Dawn. She smiled happily at him, Kid moving around the car, getting closer to her as she rested her helmet up on the hood of the Highwayman. He slipped his arms around her waist and under her trenchcoat, keeping the left side of his face against her chest. Dawn moved her arms around his shoulders, hugging him back. Dominique and Libitina looked over at the two of them. "Did your plan work? Did Tandi agree to help?" Dominique asked. Dawn simply nodded. Everyone was silent for about a minute before Dominique said "Hey, Libby, come help me find Marv and Heather. We should get moving, I guess." Libitina nodded, following after Dominique as she began to walk off. Kid then said "Dawn, Hiro's here...He's looking for you...He wants to talk about the Wrights..." Dawn nodded gently, saying "Alright, I can talk to him in a few minutes..." Another minute passed, Kid and Dawn simply hugging. Dawn kept smiling, whispering out "Hey...I've got a surprise for you..."
Kid looked up to her face. She took a step back from him, the two of them releasing one another. She reached down to her pants, undoing her belt, unbuttoning and unzipping her pants a moment later. Kid blushed gently, wondering what Dawn was doing. He glanced left and right. Nobody was close enough or positioned correctly in order to see what Dawn was doing, but Kid had the strange feeling that, even if there was someone able to see, Dawn wouldn't have cared, anyway. She let her pants slip down her thighs, but they only went down so they were just above her knees; they fell no lower. Kid gazed at her black silk panties as Dawn reached over to them, smiling naughtily as she lowered them down her thighs. Kid's face filled with blush at the sight of her. Dawn had shaved herself, Kid could clearly see the soft, pale skin of her nether lips, arousal bursting through Kid, an erection rapidly coming to him. Dawn enjoyed seeing his reaction, smiling more. "Like it? I told you I wanted to shave it away and make it nice and smooth again...Go on, give it a feel..." Kid slowly reached a hand towards her, Dawn gently taking his hand in the both of her's a second later, bringing his hand to the space between her thighs.
She smiled as she rubbed his hand along her lower lips, seeing him close his eyes for a moment, his face growing deep crimson from his blush. "Smooth, hmm?" She asked with a smile. Kid nodded quickly. Dawn said "I had to hint to some pharmacist that I was gonna fuck him just so I could get him to give me the things I needed...Paid off, though. When I was done shaving and cleaning myself, I just slipped out a window. He must be pissed, heh heh." Dawn chuckled lightly, seeing Kid smile at her laughter. Dawn then noticed the bulge in his pants. She was a little surprised. She had known she had been having an effect on Kid, but she didn't think that he'd grow so powerfully aroused. She figured that, by the size of his bulge, he must have been as hard as rock. She blushed a little, happy that he found her shaved pussy particularly arousing. She murmured out to him. "Ooh, baby...I can see you're getting hard..." Kid began to stammer slightly, saying "Um, w-well, that's, uh...Heh, y-you know...Um..." Dawn grinned, finding his stammering to be rather cute. "Need some relief? Hmmm?...Want me to help you out?" Kid looked up to Dawn's eyes, stopping his stammering.
He simply nodded. Dawn kept grinning. "Mm-mm-mm!" She mumbled. "You have to say it..." She whispered. She kept rubbing his hand along her nether lips, beginning to feel a little aroused, herself. Her pussy began to warm up a little, Kid only growing more aroused from the feeling. "Can you...Help me out? W-With my...You know..." Dawn kept grinning as she said "Dick? Boner? Hard-on? Or, if you wanted to get clinical, "erection"?" Kid nodded quickly for a moment. Dawn laughed softly for a moment before saying "Okay, I know just the thing...And don't worry about me, we can have more fun later on, I'll be okay until then...After I help you out, I'm gonna go see if I can find Hiro, okay?..." Kid nodded, beginning to calm down slightly.
Dawn's grin turned to a happy smile as she released Kid's hand, Kid keeping it against Dawn's nether lips for a moment before pulling his hand back from her. She pulled up her panties, followed by her pants, doing up her pants and tying her belt. She looked left and right, looking for a quiet and secluded spot for the two of them to go to. Not easily seeing one, she just said "Let's do it in the Highwayman, in the backseat..." Kid nodded, opening the passenger's side door to the Highwayman, crawling inside. Smiling happily, Dawn crawled in after him, closing the door behind herself...
