Miranda watched the live feed from Shepard's helmet. Aria came into Shepard for the second time. Aria stood up, her cock almost reached her knees as it flopped down onto her legs. "Karma's a bitch, Shepard." The asari reached into a drawer and pulled out a vibrator. Miranda flinched as it was forced into Shepard's ass. Shepard's eyes widened and her face had a mixture of shock and ecstasy. She let out a loud scream.
"Shhh", Aria said as she petted Shepard's hair. "Be still, pet. Enjoy it. Help the commander get dressed."
The two asari dancers walked over to Shepard and helped her stand up. Shepard's armor was put on piece by piece. Her guns were returned to her and her pistol belt was fastened across her waist. Shepard shifted her waist back and forth, trying to get comfortable with the new addition. "That's going to be a problem."
Aria rolled her head back and laughed. "We'll have to do this again. And I'll know if you take it out."
Shepard limped down the stairs, back into the club.
Miranda shut off her computer. "Archangel is in danger. Shepard will go for him first, but Mordin is the priority." She grabbed the SMG and pistol off her best and fastened them to her waist.

A turian guard was arguing with a woman at the entrance to the slum. "I told you to get lost lady! The plague has the hole zone quarantined."
"I'm human you ass. Humans can't get the plague. Now let me get my stuff out before looters get it."
"This thing affects every other race out there. We're not taking any chances. Nobody gets in until the plague has run its course."
"My house is in there, you son of a bitch! You can't keep me out!"
A blue field enveloped the woman. Miranda threw her back down the fifty foot hallway. "I need to find Dr. Mordin Solus".
"Thank you, damn woman was driving me nuts. I still can't let you in, the place is locked down."
"Take a good, long look at me. Do I look like a looter?"
"Uh... no."
"That's right. Now I'm going in. If I find looters, I'll kill them. Anybody who gets in my way, I'll kill them too."
"I'll... call the guards. They'll let you in with no trouble."
Large crates were stacked up near the entrance to the slums for a makeshift barricade. Several more guards stood behind them pointing guns in both directions. "Wait, she's cleared to go in", one of them said. "Good luck out there. The Blue Suns and vorcha are tearing that place apart."
"I don't need luck." She pulled out her breathing mask and fastened it to her face.
A smell of death filled the air when Miranda walked through the door, even too powerful for the mask to filter out. Piles of burnt corpses filled the streets. No humans. All the bodies were aliens: turians, salarians, batarians, asari, and a few krogan. Maybe it doesn't affect humans.
The houses for the next several blocks were all abandoned. Most had their windows broken and doors smashed in. Garbage was scattered everywhere and blood or grime was on every surface.
There was shouting coming from down the street. Miranda heard glass shatter. She ducked around the corner and drew her pistol. Two gunshots followed. The second house on the right.
Miranda stepped in through the broken down door. Inside were two thugs, going through the possessions of the previous owners. "We got company", one of them said when he noticed Miranda. "Hey find your own house. We got here first."
Miranda looked at the corpses laying on the ground and then looked back up at the two men.
"They were dead when got here."
She shot them both between the eyes and returned back to the street.
Miranda heard an explosion a few blocks ahead. She advanced carefully, checking each corner. The Blue Suns were mobilizing at the next checkpoint. A female officer barked orders at the mercenaries. She had her long, blonde hair pulled back into a ponytail. She had only a large shotgun strapped to her back. "Get those snipers up on the bridge! John, take your men to the left flank. Gunner, you're on the right."
A Blood Pack horde was marching right towards them. Packs of varren dogs were running in the front. The army was burning as they went.
"We've never seen the vorcha in these numbers before", the commander said.
"We need to get the fuck out of here!"
"Tarak said to hold the district and that's what we are going to do" said the commander.
Miranda snuck off into a back alley. She activated her Omni tool and rerouted a new path to the clinic. It was the long way around, but far from the front lines.
****************************************
The mercenaries numbers had been severely damaged by the plague. The snipers picked off the survivors from the third wave. "What's the casulty count?" the blonde commander asked.
"Twelve."
"Alright, distribute the rest of the ammo. This is only going to get worse."
"Fourth wave incoming!" one of the lookouts shouted.
"Get ready!"
Smoke grenades were launched by the blood pack mercenaries, blocking the sights of the snipers. It was quiet for a few moments. Dozens of vorcha ran out of the fog, shooting blindly and not bothering to take cover. The Blue Suns fired in short bursts, hitting the unarmored vorcha center mass.
They kept coming. One vorcha got off a lucky shot with rocket launcher and destroyed the right barricade. The Blue Suns scrambled to find cover. "Release the hounds!" shouted a Krogan. A pack of varren ran out of the smoke and poured through the gap in their defenses. One varren bit into the neck of a merc, tearing his head off.
The commander shot a varren with her shotgun, blasting it backwards into another varren. "Fall back!" she shouted. They retreated back down the street, the varren hot on their heels. A dozen krogan came out right in front of them. The Blue Suns surrendered and threw down their guns.

The rest of the trip was uneventful. Most of the soldiers had been drawn by the battle. When Miranda arrived at the clinic, a squad of Blue Sun mercs were skewered on pikes outside the front door. A warning.
"No funny business once your inside... unless you want to deal with those mechs", said the guard behind the counter.
Miranda ignored them and entered the clinic. Inside refugees took shelter from the horors outside. They'd all been forced from their homes by either the vorcha, Blue Suns, or the plague. She walked up to the two doctors at the counter. "I'm looking for Mordin Solus"
"He's in the back. We need all the help we can get."
In the back of the clinic were more mech guards. A salrian was talking to himself, discussing various chemicals and delivery methods for the cure.
"Mordin Solus?"
"Human. Don't recognize you from area. Too well armed to be refugees. No mercenary uniform. Quarantine still in effect. Here for something else? Vorcha? Crew to clean them out? Unlikely. Vorcha a symptom, not a cause. The plague! Investigating possible use as a bioweapon. No, no. Too many guns, not enough data equipment. Soldier, not scientist. Hired guns? Maybe. Looking for someone? Yes, but who. Someone important. Valuable. Someone with secrets. Someone like me."
Miranda raised an eyebrow, a look of confusion and pity was on her face. "I'm Miranda Lawson, and I'm on a critical mission and I need your help."
"What mission? No, too busy. Clinic understaffed. Plague spreading too fast. Who sent you?"
"Ever hear of an organization called Cerberus?"
"Crossed paths on occasion. Thought they only worked with humans."
"We're tracking down the Collectors."
"Collectors? Interesting. Plague hitting these slums is engineered. Collectors one of few groups with technology to design it. Our goals may be similar. But must stop plague first. Already have cure. Need to distribute it at environment control center. Vorcha guarding it. Need to kill them."
The ventilation in the room shut off. "Why can't anything ever be simple?" Miranda complained.
"The vorcha have shut down environmental systems. Trying to kill everyone. Need to get power back on before everyones suffocates. Here take plague cure. One more thing. Daniel, one of my assistants. Went into Vorcha territory. Looking for victims. Hasn't come back."
"I can't promise anything, but if I see him, I'll do what I can."
"Thank you. Told him not to go. But he's smart. Bright future. I hope."
Miranda took Mordin's cure and put them into a bag and slung it over her shoulder. She checked her weapons and left the clinic.

The Blood Pack had the surviving members of the Blue Suns were hand cuffed and lined up against the wall. The men and the women were on separate sides of the street. The merc commander looked at the captors. The largest krogan she had ever seen approached the rest of them. "What we do with men?" one of the vorcha asked him.
"Kill them." They opened fire on the line of men. "Which of you is in command?"
The commander spat in his face. "Tarak will kill you all when he finds out what you've done."
The krogan laughed. "Tarak's busy. We'll be long gone by the time he gets here. Bring her here."
Two vorcha dragged her in front of the krogan. He shoved to the ground. The krogan pulled off her thigh armor plates, followed by the crotch piece. He tore her suit open and ripped off her panties. The krogan forced his beast cock inside her.
The commander couldn't fight back, her arms tied behind her. She ground her teeth as he raped her. The thick krogan cock was forced all the way into her and pulled back out again. She grunted through her teeth after each thrust. The remaining female mercs looked away as their leader was molested right in front of them.
The krogan withdrew. He turned her over and held her down by her shoulders. The krogan placed his cock on her asshole.
"No!" she screamed.
The krogan laughed as he fucked her in the ass. He trust his hips forward, forcing his cock farther into her each time. The krogan roared and shoved his member all the way into her. His four testicles pulsed as he shot his massive load into the merc's bowels. Cum poured out of her ass as he withdrew.
"Send the rest to the shuttle with the others" he said and left her in the street. Vorcha climed over her, ready for their turn.
**********************************
The fighting had stopped. I'd have thought the Blue Suns would hold out longer. Miranda moved along carefully, sticking to the shadows in the alley. The Blood Pack mercs patrolled the streets with their vorcha and varren beasts. The krogan were going house to house, looking for valuables. There was a long line of women out in the streets, each chained next to the girl next to her. Most of the women still wore tattered bits of clothing or were naked. The newly taken Blue Suns still had their armor on.
The line of women was led into a large shuttle, headed off to god-knows-where. A few women remained behind and were passed around between the members of the Blood Pack. There were too many mercs to handle. It would take an entire battalion to stop them. "There's nothing I can do", she said as she moved on.
A few blocks later, she heard shouting. "Please... I'm telling you the truth. I work for Mordin at the clinic. I came here to help you.
A batarian held Daniel up by the collar. "We know you're spreading the plague virus. We saw the vials in your bag."
"No! Those vials contain the cure. Please... you have to believe me."
"Maybe we should cut off your fingers. That should loosen your-"
"Look out!" shouted one of the other batarians in the back as he drew his assault rifle.
"Don't move! One more step and we kill your friend."
Miranda drew her gun. "I know you're scared. Of the vorcha. Of the plague. But this man isn't to blame. If he was spreading the virus, why would he come into vorcha territory? They're immune."
"She's right. It doesn't make any sense." agreed one of the batarians."
"If we release the prisoner, will you let us go?"
"Yes."
"Let him go" said the leader. The batarians left the room. "Human nobility. I didn't know such a thing existed."
"Thank you" said Daniel. "I thought they were going to kill me. Did Mordin send you to find me?"
"The professor needs help back at the clinic. He has too much work and not enough volunteers."
"Yeah, ok. I'll go right away. I owe you... well... everything."
Miranda left the room after Daniel. A rocket blew passed her face and hit the wall behind her. "Contact!" Daniel scurried off, back the way he came.
"You leave!" shouted the vorcha. There were vorcha lined up along the catwalk up above.
Miranda lifted them all up in the air. They floated, desperately grabbing for something to hold on to. She drew her machine pistol, blasting the unprotected aliens. The dead vorcha fell into the pit below.
There were a few checkpoints set up, but they were no match for the ceberus officer. She used her biotics to hit the vorcha and quickly finished them off with her guns. They seem to like to keep explosives right near their barricades.
Inside the environmental control, vorcha were scurrying around. The apparent leader spoke up. "You no come here.We shut down machines, break fans! Everyone choke and die! Then collectors make us strong."
"What do the collectors want?"
"Bah! Collectors want plague. You work for doctor, turn on machines, put cure in air. We kill you first! Ahhh!"
Miranda drew her pistol and SMG, firing both and caught two of the vorcha center-mass. She slid and crouched behind a small wall section. The third vorcha screamed and rushed forward with his flamethrower. With one wave of her Omni tool his tank exploded, consuming him in a ball of flame.
Reinforcements poured in behind her. A biotic pull moved them to one side and a push sent them flying back into the wall, breaking their bones. She threw a grenade on the balcony, and sent the last rocket vorcha flying halfway across the room.
She holstered her guns and walked toward the central hub. She inserted Mordin's canister into the machine. "Now, the fans." She activated the console. A few beeps came from the computer and the fans started back up. "Fantastic. A job well done." She headed back to the clinic to retrieve the doctor.
