Since it's been pretty dark on and off I should warn that there will be some WAFF in this chapter and the next.

Zelda used the bottom of her dress to wipe her face clean and crawled over to the little island in the middle of the room, leaning her back against the tree and resting her forehead on her knees. She had nothing to do now that her tears had subsided. It was strange in here and the doors had not come back.
She wondered softly if he had actually left, if he had, and Ganon killed him, what would happen to her? These were the things that crossed her mind as she waited. She was unsure how long she waited. On one hand she never grew hungry, yet on the other hand it felt as if days had passed.
Finally after an undetermined amount of time she heard footsteps. She looked up to see Link and she jumped to her feet in joy. He’d found her! She took a few steps forward before noticing his downcast eyes. They were red. His clothes were black. She stopped in her tracks as the being looked up at her. No longer was his skin black or wispy. The darkness was gone off of him. He looked to be the mirror image of Link, other than his dark red eyes, and black hair.
She took a step back and he reached out an arm as if to stop her, “I didn’t mean.” He started, and then an angry look crossed his face and she stopped waiting.
Problem was he wasn’t sure what to say, Dark Link had developed different feelings, ones he wasn’t used to, such as guilt. The majority of his feelings were still darker twisted versions of what they should be. However he was not the same person. He had meant to break her, and had loved doing so. After seeing her tears though, he never wanted to go through that again.
He walked up to her as she backed against the tree once more. Dark Link placed his hand on her cheek, Zelda flinched and closed her eyes. Therefore Zelda was not expecting what came next.
Dark Link leaned down and kissed her on the lips softly. She looked up surprised at this change in events. No threats? She was unsure what to do. However her body seemed to agree because her heart sped at the feeling of his lips against hers.
Zelda closed her eyes once more and kissed him back, resting her hands on his chest. She felt him relax, as he moved his hands to rest on her hips and deepened the kiss between them.
By the time they broke apart for air Zelda was panting softly. “That was…” She started and he smiled. He rested his forehead against his and she smiled as well. “Did I say I was sorry?” He said softly. “I believe you did.” Zelda responded. “Don’t get used to it.” He growled softly. “Yes, yes.” She countered.
She was already in over her head. She would have to learn how to accept his dark nature, or she would have to kill him once this was all over. She wasn’t sure which. However for now, with Ganon alive, she was still at his mercy.
He rubbed his nose against hers before kissing her again. He soon kissed her bottom lip, then her cheek, then once again he was on her ears. She softly wondered, if everyone’s ears were as sensitive as hers when it came to this and lightly rubbed her fingers down Dark Link’s ears. This rewarded her with a growl and a soft nip.
Zelda gasped, she liked that sound and her body became warm. The shadow kissed down to her neck, and then her shoulder, pulling the fabric of her dress partway so he could bite the sensitive skin between her neck and shoulder.
The Princess moaned softly, pulling her body closer to his, wrapping her hands up his back. The dark being pulled her hands away, undressing her before he lifted her up and laid her softly on the ground.
He sat kneeled in front of her running his hands down her body. “nnn..” She started and not in a good way. He chuckled and pulled his gloves off shaking his head at her. “You could just use your words you know.” He said before continuing.
He kissed her once more, his tongue licking at her lips before entering her mouth. While their tongues danced back and forth, Dark Link’s hands roamed her body. Softly they traveled down her sides, over her thighs, coming close to her womanhood before trailing up her stomach to rest on her breasts.
Zelda gasped softly, leaning her head back farther allowing him to lick and nip at her neck and collar bone, trailing farther down to meet his hands. Only, his hands stayed on her breasts, his thumbs playing and pinching her nipples as he kissed farther and farther down.
Just as he got to her sweet point though, he planted one kiss, and stopped. Zelda groaned in frustration and the dark being chuckled. He gave her one more kiss there, one hand coming down to rest on her stomach, the other holding her leg.
He blew softly on it, teasing and never really touching her clit as he massaged her thigh. He brought his other hand down and started to circle it, never getting close enough to actually touch the clit, and then his finger traveled farther down, circling her opening repeatedly until she whimpered.
The shadow let go of her leg and removed his pants and other clothing. He would occasionally lick or suck on her clit in between taking clothes off to keep her interested.
Dark Link then took the light maiden’s hands and pulled her into his lap so she was straddling him. He was on his knees with her vagina pressing against his penis. He groaned out softly, already hard from hearing her mews of pleasure as he was teasing her earlier.
Now the Princess was blushing but she understood. She leaned up so he was positioned right above him, and started to lower herself down. He groaned as she started to push him inside her. It was slow going at first, Zelda had a hard time getting all of him wet enough that she slipped down easily, but soon he was all the way in.
Zelda rested her forehead on his shoulder while she waited for his length to settle inside of her. This time Dark Link was patient, brushing her hair with his hand. He kissed down her neck, to her collar bone, and bit, hard. She flinched, but felt him twitch inside her and she let out a low moan. She’d started to move up and down on him, as he let up from her collar bone and bit her neck next. Zelda just figured, he wanted things rougher, and he was trying to control himself this way. She knew next time they fucked, he wouldn’t be so gentle.
As she sped up, thrusting him in and out of her he growled, and moaned. Which made him stop biting her all together.
He grabbed her hips, helping her to bounce up and down on him, watching her face, and breasts bounce, it was amazingly sexy. Zelda saw him staring and it made her blush.
It wasn’t long before Dark Link grabbed Zelda’s arms instead and laid her back, onto the ground as he pounded into her. Zelda grabbed the back of his hair, moaning loudly, her head rolled back in pleasure.
The shadow growled, thrusting harder and harder until the girl’s moans became screams of pleasure. “I- I can’t…!” Zelda started before screaming out loudly. Her body spasmed all around him, her fingernails finding and biting into the skin of his back.
Dark Link called out loudly as he thrust a few final times into the Princess and came once again deep inside her.
After they both were done panting, and calming down the dark being rolled over, bringing her with him to rest on his chest. He brushed her hair from her face and kissed her forehead.
They lay there embracing each other for some time before Zelda heard some words she wasn’t sure she heard quite properly.
“Hey… Let’s kill Ganon.”
