Kinda zooming over the temple part, mostly to touch on it but I didn’t want to go in depth since most of you have seen it anyways. WAFF ahead, Also a reminder that this is a mix between the manga and the game not just one or the other.

Sheik stood waiting at the Temple of Time. Knowing the hero would arrive soon. Sure enough, a light from a teleportation song and the hero and his fairy appeared. Sheik greeted the hero and launched right into the legend of the Triforce. It wasn’t long after that Sheik showed the Triforce of wisdom on his hand before a bright flash of light caused our hero to shield his eyes. In Sheik’s place of course was the princess Zelda.
She had to be quick. She knew outside in the open Gannon would sense the power that flowed out due to her transformation. She explained herself as fast as she dared to the stunned hero. Gladly she’d had just enough time to finish her story and give him the power to turn holy light into a weapon upon his arrows to pierce the dark lord who held power in her realm.
Shortly after however the area began to quake, and as the Hero ran forward Zelda was trapped inside a crystal barrier. She gave the hero a soft yet sad smile As Gannon began his monologue. Zelda let out a small scream as power surged through her and the crystal began to move. Then the barrier and the princess disappeared from view.
“See my lord.” A voice came from a shadow in the far part of the room where Gannon was now holding the fair Zelda. “I told you that the Sheikah helping the boy would play to our benefit.” Gannon glared over at the shadow who would not come into the light.
“And yet you failed to mention that this Sheik was the Princess herself!” The King of Darkness bellowed.
I, did not notice that part my lord, I was deceived.” She shadow claimed.
“Leave me! I will deal with you later.” With that the dark lord turned to play his organ while he passed the time waiting for the hero.
The shadow left the room. He waited and watched through a window and before long the hero appeared. Dark Link felt a pull of hatred and yet he shoved it down and watched as the two faced off. Dark Link wanted to run in and help kill Gannon, yet he knew this was not his masters true form, this was not yet the time to interfere. Soon after they left the room. “Shit.” Was all the man said he’d have to go find them now.
The Princess was lowered from her Crystal, now on the roof and spoke with the hero of the collapsed man behind her, Gannon lay on the ground. As the earth started once more to shake however, Zelda asked for the Hero to flee the tower with her and took off running knowing that Link would follow.
The hero got hit a few times with some flaming rocks, however as she turned to worry about him, he just continued to run. She nodded and opened the doors along their way allowing for their escape.
It was not long after their escape that the tower crumbled down around Gannon. However something moved. As the hero got closer, Gannon sealed him away from the Princess with a ring of fire and arose once more.
Livid and desperate for power he turned into his beast form and flung away the Sword of Evil’s Bane and smashed Link with a powerful blow. Link lay on the ground as Zelda ran over to grab the Master Sword. Navi tried to wake the Hero who had been knocked silly to no avail. Suddenly another Link appeared He moved the Hero to avoid the next blow from the Dark King and then slapped the hero hard to knock the sense back into him. Dark Link then disappeared from the battle field. Zelda flung the sword to Link with all her strength and was overjoyed as the Hero caught the blade and resumed battle with the dark lord.
As the last blow was struck Zelda and the other sages used their might and power to seal Gannon away once more…
On a grassy field Zelda thanked the Hero for returning Hyrule to peace. The hero offered to help rebuild seeing as the palace and the towns were destroyed. Zelda however shook her head and explained it was her fault for trying to take control of the sacred realm that Link was dragged into this mess. Zelda said she would send him back and the two timelines would forever be shut to each other. Link exclaimed that he had not fought because he was dragged into the mess, he chose to do it for… before he could finish he saw the look of sadness on the princesses face and stopped speaking. Link bowed on one knee before the princess and swore no matter when, or where he was he would protect this land. And with that Zelda sent him off.
Somewhere, another world, another time, a young Link met with a young Zelda. A peaceful time where the two could grow and live happy together.
Our world however is not that time.
Zelda dropped her arm to her side, the Ocarina of Time still in her hand. Dark Link walked up behind her. Black hair and red eyes the only difference between him and the hero that stood there moments before. Link wrapped his arms around her and kissed the base of her neck. “We’ll be fine without him. Gannon is gone, the people will rebuild and move on.”
“I know.” Zelda sighed softly. “I just feel we should have done more for him, he did so much for us.”
Dark Link snuggled her neck. “I recall a certain Sheikah who kept him on track and helped him more than a few times.
Zelda giggled and rested her hands on his arms across her stomach. “We should name him Link.” Dark Link pulled away from her enough to look her in the eyes. “And who says it will be a boy?” He teased. “Plus then, what will be my name?”
Zelda turned around to face him. “I thought your name was Neal.”
The previous shadow placed his hand on his face. “Never call me that again.”
Zelda laughed and leaned up to kiss the man. After a few moments the man smiled and held her close. “Come on, let’s go home.” And so, even in this time line, A different Link and a different Zelda shall grow together, and fall ever deeper into love.

Alternate ending is coming up next!!~ It’ll pick up after Zelda sends Link off so you won’t have to read all that all over again!~
