Two weeks had passed and true to his word, Banker had opened his room at the Inn to her and secured her a job with her cousin's family as their financial operator. During the days, Teller worked, learning the family business and began to acclimate to being topside again after so many years of being dead.
At night, she submitted to Banker's desires, which were usually shown by way of his dominance over her in what she could only assume was some twisted darkening of his mind from the stress of the situation they'd been forced into.
Banker struggled over those few weeks to come to terms with her presence but in the back of his mind, he just couldn't let go of the confusion and the shock of living with her again after all these years. He felt like he loved her at times, then he'd remember her death, the nightmares he'd once drank away coming back to him with a vengeance nightly. He'd use her body to try to screw away any feeling he had, tried to force all the hurt and frustration from his body by pouring his passion and his distress into her. Then he'd fall asleep only to wake hours later in a cold sweat, panicked and searching for her only to find her laying next to him...alive...but not.
No longer able to handle the strain, Banker knew he needed to get away, needed to clear his head and asked Marshall Kaetarian, who had been given a promotion from Commander to Marshall by this time, for a vacation. Marshall Stormfury understood the stress that his financial adviser must be under due to the circumstances and agreed to giving him two weeks off.Leaving the Marshall's office, Banker went to the Inn to pack a bag and left Teller with barely a goodbye. He told no one where he'd chosen to spend his time off and got on a taxi from Stormwind to Menethil Harbor. From there, he boarded a ferry that would take him over to the peninsula of the ruins of Gilneas. There were still a few outcroppings of homes and an Inn on the outskirts of the once thriving city and he felt like he'd have the freedom and privacy he needed there to sort himself out.
Arriving at the Ferry landing at Gilneas the night after he flew out of Stormwind, he surveyed the devastation of the city in front of him. Gilneas was a ghost town and while Banker wasn't a superstitious person, he felt like he was being watched and thought it prudent to get to the Inn outside of town sooner rather than later. Riding a borrowed steed, he made it safely to the Inn, where a buxom worgen woman checked him in and showed him to his room. Looking him surreptitiously up and down boldly, she then turned and glancing over her shoulder said, “follow me sugar”, as she lead him to a small room upstairs.
Opening the door, she stood blatantly ogling him as he sat down his baggage and turned to stare back at her. “ Well what the hell are you looking at?”, Banker asked narrowing his eyes. “ Ha ha ha oh aren't you a feisty one”, the woman purred with a seductive growl in her voice, “if you need any ,,,assistance....my name is Madam” the Innkeeper said as she sauntered out of the room, leaving the door open behind her so that Banker could get a full view of her swaying hips as she slowly made her way back to the stairs.
'No thank you' was Banker's thoughts as he unpacked the few things he'd brought with him. Something about that woman just didn't sit well with him and for the first few days he kept to himself, lost in his thoughts. By the end of the first week however, he'd begun to relax and was downstairs having a drink when he overheard a few patrons talking about a bar they wanted to go check out a couple of blocks away.Figuring what the hell, he decided to tag along with his new drinking buddies and they all left for the bar. When they arrived, the bar was dimly lit and had a pungent aroma of booze, smoke and perfume. There was a band playing in the corner and tables lining the walls with enough space in the middle for people to dance. Taking a seat at a small table in the back corner, Banker was half way to being completely smashed when a dark skinned brunette approached the table.
Leaning down in front of him so he could get a full view into her considerable cleavage, she whispered in his ear “Is this seat taken?”. Her voice sounded slightly familiar but he couldn't figure out why and shook the thought away as she sat on his lap instead of the chair next to him. Ordering another round of drinks, Banker finished his quest to get hammered and it took little prodding for the petite brunette to talk her way into his bed at the end of the night.
Even in a drunken stupor, Banker was no slouch in the sack and had her begging for more and screaming out in pleasure several times through out their night. Right at the peak of their coupling the woman lost control of herself and gave a fierce growl, sinking her teeth into Bankers muscled chest. Shocked at the sharp pain, he slapped the woman who had went from being the cute brunette in the bar to the worgen he knew to be his Innkeeper.Through the slap, she refused to let go of her grip on him and she rode him relentlessly until he had no choice but to release inside her with a heavy grunt as she also screamed out once more. Smiling, she leaned down and whispered “ Welcome to the dark side baby”, in his ear before she climbed off of him, grabbed her gear and left the room.
Shaking his head, not knowing what in the world she meant by that, he grabbed a cloth and angrily put pressure on the profusely bleeding wound. After a few minutes, he was able to staunch the bleeding and he got up gingerly, feeling strangely weak, and cleaned himself and his quarters up.
Unnerved slightly by the Innkeeper, he decided it best to cut his vacation short and just return to Stormwind but not before deciding that his wife Anne was dead and this death knight wife of his just wasn't the same. He walled up any feelings he had in his heart and returned to Stormwind bound and determined to not get swept up in anymore emotions when dealing with his undead wife. While AFF and its agents attempt to remove all illegal works from the site as quickly and thoroughly as possible, there is always the possibility that some submissions may be overlooked or dismissed in error.
