Prompt: longhaired!Luke x Asch x shorthaired!Luke
...YES. |D

They were almost
home. Just one more ferry trip and then they would be home in Baticul. And then
Guy would have been able to relax. He was proud of how Luke had done on this
trip, he'd actually surprised Guy and Guy was really the person who believed in
him the most, huh.
And then there had been a hyperresonance. The detection equipment that had
tracked the Baticul-Tataroo Valley teleport of Luke and Tear hadn't been able
to find an endpoint. Which meant that it was very likely that
the reason Guy had been searching for Luke since before Van had came by with
the report was that he had somehow blown himself up. The power had
almost gotten out of control on the first ferry, and then... "He can't be
dead."
"No, he can't. Not this close!"
They were talking about two different things, he and Vandesdelca.
-
Asch had been working on using their newly synced fon
slots to take control of the replica and have it destroy Akzeriuth and die
(die, damn thing!) on schedule when a wall slammed
down. He couldn't read what it sent out, the random thoughts carried in seventh
fonons that swirled around the both of them, because it wasn't sending anything
out it didn't control, and he couldn't reach for it because any fonons he sent
were dispersed.
He hadn't been able to sense Lorelei before this, but the replica could, and
Asch had been trying to figure out to read it despite the worrying feeling that
Lorelei was trying to reach back and would succeed before he did. Something
that vast, that controlled the world?
Now, though, there were three presences, although one stuck so close to the
replica that he wouldn't have been able to tell if Lorelei hadn't sent out two
threads to contact them. That was what made the oddities make sense, the waxing
and waning he could make out despite his probes quickly becoming mere static.
It was one thing to play cat and mouse, anticipating his vengeance. It was
another to have the worrying feeling that he was the hunted.
"Look, he finally figured it out!" Laughter, in his head, that
was not his own.
"You're giving him too much credit. You were handing him clues on a
silver platter. You shouldn't have: now he knows this is going to be harder on
him."
"And you're guilt tripping again. You know what he wants to do to us, and
what he actually did do with the chance. It's a taste of his
own medicine."
"Get out of my head!" Asch's sword was drawn but there wasn't
anything to point it at.
"Put that away." The first... not voice, they all shared the
same voice, but speaker ordered dismissively.
And Asch did. "What the..."
"We got the idea from what Van did to us on the ferry."
"If the awake-mind doesn't hear it then it can't do anything about
it."
"The curse slot works this way. It finds the strings there underneath and
pulls them. And man, you have more strings than we do."
"Van had him alone for ages: we were supervised. There weren't any chances
to hypnotize us in the manor, not safely."
"Never thought I'd be thankful for that."
The other two voices were alike, far more alike than Asch and Lorelei. Almost
like a shoulder angel and devil, only neither was really on Asch's side, even
if one had some consideration. "What are you doing to me?"
"Getting rid of Van's strings..."
"Or making them our own..."
"And keeping you from being a danger to yourself and Auldrant."
"Who cares about him or Auldrant? And dibs on shoulder devil!"
"You're right, I do guilt trip too much."
"No, I'm a selfish jerk. This way I can think up all the things I want to
do since I have you to restrain me."
"Self-discipline?" Shared
laughter, one brash and one rueful.
"We were made to be his puppet."
"Two wrongs don't make a right."
Asch could feel them circling him, now, since one had decided to take the
blinders off him. "You dreck, you dare..."
"Don't you dare call him that!"
"Drop your sword." It
left Asch's hands. "Stand down."
-
When Asch woke up he
was in a bed that was decently comfortable except for the fact he was chained
to it. By his own method of securing prisoners.
A blonde Zao was
waggling the key at him. In the tribe's robes and with a cloth over her face...
Oh, Lorelei no. "Yes, you tied yourself up. Van couldn't puppet you but he
could give you a trigger to instantly trance. He did tie it to himself, but I
can reach into your head, so you do what I say now."
"Where am
I?"
"Like
I'm going to tell you. I
had you tell me everything you know about captive-keeping. And don't ask how
long it's been, either."
"How dare you!
Who do you think you are, master?!" Wait, what?
His captor laughed.
"If you try to insult us the words won't come out the way you want. Call
us Luke. It's our name now: you abandoned it."
Yeah, Van had really
gotten his claws deep into Asch with so long to work with. Add their trick, and
it was no wonder Asch hadn't even registered the fact he was naked. They would
be able to take the chain off in a few hours: once Asch's mind registered that
he was a prisoner, at the mercy of someone stronger the compulsions Van had put
in place to keep him from running away a second time would kick in, tapping a
human instinct to seek the approval of their enemies if they were at their
mercy with no hope of rescue and eventually believe they were one of them of
their own free will.
It was kill him or
make him their pet, and really, Van already had him housebroken, so why not?
He wasn't them, but
he looked like them. Other-Luke felt that if they couldn't give their original
his freedom at least he could enjoy his captivity instead of suffering as they
had.
He started to strip.
"What are you
doing?" Asch thrashed.
"You." Luke frowned. "You won't be as good as
other me, but Van has you trained pretty well." His voice changed to a
dark, rumbling tone. "Prepare yourself, Asch."
That was when Asch
realized that his fingers were already slicked. "You!"
"No, all Van.
I'm just taking advantage of it."
The chains could
have been off taken then, because that was when Asch realized the danger he was
in, what he was at the mercy of. He didn't know that Luke had no real concept
of rape.
"Relax and
enjoy it." The trigger words didn't even really need to be said.
-
"I'm
sorry."
Asch couldn't
respond. Only his honest feelings would do and he was not thinking about them.
"I'm
sorry." Black-dyed hair falling around his face, the Daathic merchant
began to strip. "You can do whatever you want to me."
He was not able to
want to hurt either of them, but there was a certain satisfaction in having one
of his rep-masters at his mercy.
