Sitting outside staring at the sky Neru says to herself “man this is a beautiful night. I wish I had someone to spend a night like this with.” With that Taito walks up to her and says “Hello, who are you?” Neru rolls her eyes “I’m Neru. Thanks for paying attention to who lives here Taito.” Taito smiles and replies “ Ohhh you’re welcome.” Luka and Meiko show up and start talking with Neru which frustrates Taito and he drags Neru away from Luka and Meiko and takes her inside. Neru sits on the couch with Taito “ What was that about? First you don’t know my name and now are dragging me away to be ‘alone’ with me…” Taito chuckles “ Oh I was just kidding I knew who you were I just didn’t know you name” he smiles “but now I do” Neru relaxes and leans back on the couch “well I guess that's ok since we've never talked before. You're usually causing trouble and I like keeping to myself.” Taito smiles again and moves a little closer to her “Oh I see how it is you think I'm a delinquent... Ha ha no that's my idiot brother Akaito...who I know you have a crush on.” Taito puts his hand on her leg. Neru was shocked “What! How do you know about that?!” She realized where his hand was and shoved him off the couch “Seriously?!” Taito just sits on the floor and laughs “I know a lot” He stands up and moves back over to the couch and straddles Neru’s lap with his face close to hers. “If you are trying to scare me” She puts her hands on his shoulders and talks into his ear “You will have to do better than that” Neru moves them so she is straddling him. Taito blushes “Oh if I was going to scare you I would pull out the icepick but I'm not” He smiles and licks her neck. Neru shivers “Then why are we here then?” Taito blushes again “Uh” chuckles “I'm not sure I didn't think this thru completely” Akaito walks in “ Hi Guys” sees them “ Oh and umm sorry I didn’t mean to interrupt .” Akaito walks out of the room as fast as he can. Neru nuzzles Taito’s chest and giggles “you have a cute blush. And you're just as reckless as Akaito. But he hasn't paid much attention to me, not many people do.” She rests her head on his chest. Taito pets Neru’s head “ Aw I’m sorry.” He kisses the top of her head. Taito starts thinking about Kaito who he has locked in his room and sort of spaces out. Neru smiles “This is nice, weird as hell since we kind of just met but nice.” She looks at him “What are you thinking about Taito?” “...Huh? Oh n-nothing just..... something that is in kaito's room....” Neru smiles “Oh ok. Well I don't have much else to do tonight. We could go to Kaito's room if you want or just stay on the couch.” She pushes some of his hair out of his face and looks into his eyes…. Well his one eye. Taito laughs “No it is fine we can stay here.” He thinks to himself “otherwise Kaito will die” “Sounds good to me. You know, you're not as bad as I first thought you were. We should be togeth-i mean- should hang out more often” Neru stumbles on her words a little. Taito laughs “You are so adorable. Yes we should hang out more often.” Neru blushes a little bit “Thank you. What kind of things do you like to do? You probably know this but I love texting and shopping. I kind of get bored easily so I like going out a lot.” Taito looks at the clock and mumbles “ Kaito should be in bed” before replying to Neru “well the things I like r kind of bad...” Neru smirks a little “Well I like bad boys… What about Kaito?” At this point Luka comes running in “Taito please let me in to Kaito’s room!!!” “What! No you can’t go in his room it is too late for him to have visitors!” He looks at Neru blushing “What! I didn’t say anything about Kaito!” Luka starts begging Taito “Please Taito, he is scared being locked up. Please let me go in there to calm him down!”
Taito shakes his head no “I'm sorry but no if he's so scared then you should have just stayed there instead of leaving him” Neru looks at Taito a little confused “Why do you have Kaito locked up? Is he like your boytoy or something?” Taito looking shocked at Neru’s accusation “What! No! I'm protecting him from being hurt again” “I did what you told me I returned him at the end of the day!! I didn’t know he would be scared!!! Fine if I can’t go then you go up there since you’re the one who locked him up! He needs someone with him right now” Luka screamed at him. Taito moves Neru off him and gets up “Fine!!” Looks at Neru “I’m sorry” Taito leaves the room leaving Neru with Luka. Neru sits on the floor “Dammit! I'm going with you! I want to know what's going on here.” Luka grabs Neru before she can follow him “No Neru!!! No one can go in there Taito said he would kill Kaito if anyone did!” Neru just stands there confused, shocked, and angry “I’m going to my room!!” Neru storms off to her room and goes to the window and looks out the window “It's hard to get close to anyone in this house. So much weirdness going on...” Akaito had heard her going off to her room angrily and went to go check on her. He knocked on her door “Neru?? Are you okay??” Neru perks up upon hearing Akaito’s voice “Akaito?” she walks over to the door and opens the door “What are you doing here?” Akaito looks at her with a slightly worried look on his face “I heard you going to your room and I wanted to check on you make sure you were okay and Taito didn’t do anything wrong to you because if he did I would have to hurt him...” “I'm fine. He didn't do anything bad to me. We actually had a nice, well, entertaining time until he had to go to Kaito. Even if he had tried something, I can handle myself.” Akaito smiles at her softly and pulls her into a hug “i know you can take care yourself but I still worry about you” Neru hugs him back “I didn’t know that...” She smiles at him “Thanks” He smiles back at her “It seems you really like Taito but i am warning you Neru, Taito is not a good person” “Well today was the first time I ever really got to be with Taito. I honestly had feelings for someone else, but they're unavailable.” Akaito perks up “oooooo who is it?!” Neru laughs “Nah, you'd just laugh at me. And that's the last thing I want right now” Akaito hugs her “No I won’t! I am not cruel Neru.” Neru stands there contemplating whether or not she should tell him the person she like is him even though she knows he is with Zeito. “It’s you!!” she quickly gets out of the hug “Goodnight!!” she closes the door in his face and locks the door. Akaito stands there shocked before knocking on the door “Wait! Neru open the door please….” Neru stands by the door stubbornly “Why should I? I know you are with Zeito!” Akaito keeps trying to get her to open the door “What are you talking about Neru? I am not with Zeito.” Neru opens the door “You’re not? I thought you were…” Akaito pulls her into his arms and smiles “No I’m not.” Neru starts blushing “Well this changes things” she looks down and blushes even more “I feel really embarrassed now” Akaito makes her look up “Don’t be embarrassed. It’s okay I understand how you would think that since Zeito has been staying in my room a lot lately even after things ended. “ Neru keeps blushing and looks into Akaito’s eyes “Yeah that is kind of misleading there. So umm what happens now?” Akaito smiles again and leans down and lightly kisses her “Anything you want.” Neru stands there speechless “um..i,uh..oh!” She kisses him back “This means you like me back right? And yes I realize I should have asked first.” Akaito chuckles and holds her close and kisses her again “Does that answer your question?” Neru laughs and looks into his eyes again “Yes, that's pretty clear. I've had a really crazy day. Can I have one more kiss before I go to bed?” Akaito chuckles “yes you can” he kisses her again. Neru smiles really wide “Well, I need to get to bed now. Thank you for, well you know.” She starts blushing and starts going back into her room and turns around “Good Night Akaito” Before he walks off he smiles more “Good Night Neru” then turns around and goes to his room. Once Akaito has left Neru lays in her bed smiling “I can't believe this is for real. Finally someone cares about me.” That night Neru fell asleep the happiest shes ever been.
