Cream laid fully naked on her bed, her hand pressing against her teenage pussy's entrance. She slipped one finger in, gasping as she fingered herself. Cream slipped in another finger, pumping it in and out quickly.

"Hey. Cream. What's up?" Amy said happily.
"Looks like someone's in a good mood today. What happened? Did Sonic agree to go out with you?" Cream said.
"Nah. I'm over Sonic now. I'm tired of being rejected." Amy replied. "Besides, I like someone else now."
"Who?" Cream asked.

Cream giggled, and pushed back, accidentally knocking Amy over.
"Oops! Sorry, Amy." Cream apologized as she helped Amy back up.
"It's okay, Cream." Amy said. "Hey, Blaze asked me if I wanted to hang out at Station Square with her. Want to come?"
"Sure, Amy!" Cream said.
"Lets go!" Amy said before the two raced each other toward town.
On the way to Station Square, Amy noticed a large amount of Chao flying away.
"Weird. Chao only fly in groups unless there's danger–" She was cut off by a large metal claw wrapping around her.
"Amy!" Cream shouted as Amy was lifted into the air by the metal claw.
Amy looked up at who was in control of this gadget, and saw none other than the notorious Dr. Eggman.
"Eggman! What do you want?" She shouted.
"Simple, Amy. I am going to use you as bait for Sonic. Once he knows that you're in trouble, he'll run right into my trap, and I, Dr. Eggman, will be the ruler of this world!" Eggman said before bursting into a maniacal laughing fit.
"You won't get away with this, Eggman!" Amy shouted before breaking free of the metal claw's grip.
Amy's captor gasped as he saw the only way to catch Sonic retaliate with her Piko Piko Hammer, smashing the claw and the lower part of Eggman's robot.
"Foolish little brat! Die by the hands of the Egg Hydra!" He said as his robot roared at Amy and started to breathe blazing flames at Amy. Amy quickly dodged out of the way, and the ground where she stood became burnt and charred.
"Amy, Look out!" Cream screamed as the Egg Hydra raked its claws at them.
Cream got in the way of Amy, screaming as the claws sliced her skin.
"Cream!" Amy screamed as she saw her best friend collapse to the ground.
"Ah ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!" Eggman cackled. He glanced down to Cream, who was writhing in pain.
"Touching, yet a pointless sacrifice." Eggman shouted. "Die!"
The robot readied to fire again, but was stopped by a blue comet which rocketed into it.
"HUH?" Eggman said.
The blue blur fell to the ground, and Amy and Eggman both saw the hero of Mobius, Sonic the Hedgehog.
"Sonic! How expected." Eggman said. "Come to save Amy, have we?"
"Cut the small talk, Egghead." Sonic said before using his Homing Attack on the Egg Hydra, destroying it's head. It quickly crashed to the ground.
"No! My precious Egg Hydra! Curse you, Sonic!" Eggman shouted angrily before flying off in his Egg-Mobile.
"Sonic! I knew you'd come!" Amy shouted, hugging Sonic.
"Of course I would come." Sonic replied. "You're one of my best friends." He then looked over to Cream, who was unconscious.
"What happened to Cream?" Sonic asked.
"She took a hit for me." Amy said.
"We gotta help her." Sonic said before he picked her up and carried her to the hospital.
Three hours later. . . .
Cream awoke, and looked around at the white room she was in. At her side were Amy and Sonic.
"Cream! You're okay!" Amy exclaimed before hugging Cream.
"What happened?" Cream asked.
"You blocked Amy from the Egg Hydra's attack. You passed out, so we brought you here." Sonic explained. "How do you feel?"
"I feel okay . . . I've felt better." Cream said, rubbing her bandaged arm.
The doctor then came in. The doctor was a grey one-tailed fox with blue eyes.
"Hello, I'm Dr. Krawlin." The doctor said. "And, Ms. Cream, you are going to make a full recovery. All that I advise is that you rest for a few days and you don't strain your arm. You are free to go home now. Your mother is waiting for you."
Cream rose out of the hospital bed, and walked out the door. She reached the exit and walked through. Her mother was waiting for her.
"Oh Cream, thank god you're okay!" She said, embracing her daughter.
"I'm lucky to be okay. The Hydra could've done a lot more damage." Cream said.
"Come on, let's go home." Vanilla said before getting into her car. Cream climbed into the passenger seat, and they drove home.
Two days later . . .
Cream laid in bed, her arm still wrapped up. She looked at the door as Amy walked in.
"Hi, Amy." She said.
"Hi!" Amy said before sitting on Cream bed beside her. "How have you been?"
"I've been fine. I'm sorry I made you worry about me, Amy." Cream said.
"Don't be sorry. You're my best friend. I'm supposed to worry about you when you're hurt." Amy replied.
"But. . . . "
"What, Amy?" Cream asked.
"Do you ever think we'll be more than friends?" Amy asked.
Cream gasped. "Amy! Are you a lesbian?"
"I don't know Cream." She said. "Are you?"
"I don't know either, Amy." Cream said.
"We could find out." Amy said.
"How are we gonna f-" She was interrupted by Amy kissing her on the lips.
