"I heard you saved one of the captured spirits. I'm so glad I asked you to help!"

Asha looked at the Queen contemplatively. There was something strangely nonchalant about the way she said that, as if she was just making idle conversation about the bad omens everyone was talking about. But she was set to find out what was going on, and she needed the Queen's help for that.

The Queen's servants around the lavish throne room all bowed as one, and left silently, even the muscular, bare-chested man that had fanned her royal highness.
