Chapter One: Innocence
He smiled at her, this was new to him. An actual relationship. Times had certainly changed since his last time on earth. Oh how times changed.
"Okay, so this is what I have planned...Yeshua, are you listening?" Blinking his brown eyes, he refocused his attention. "Ah, yes, I am." She smiled and her mixed color eyes went back to her computer screen. She went on to explain a full detail, well thought out, plan of their vacation. He listened very closely. What they were gonna do, at what time. What spots and stores to visit. It was going to be fun. Although, his plan in fun is playing by ear, doing whatever they saw interesting. But this is the first time they could spend as a couple together. Not many people knew about them. It sort of happened, almost out of nowhere. He was only being there as a friend. Then-the lame excuse of one thing leading to another-one day, they became close. He kissed her. She kissed back. Nothing sexual happened between, it was only innocent. Even to this day, he would never disobey His Father expectations of him. Both of them sat at the table in their simple apartment. Then were going to the Caribbean, for the first time. Seven days with nothing but sunshine and waters. Yeshua ran his hands through his short dark brown, almost black, hair. He had cut it sometime ago because coming to earth and having a few random people saying he looked like so and so-even if he did, this wasn't the second coming, he just wanted to enjoy the new age of this world. With the help of his friend, he shaved his beard and cut his hair. It took some time getting used to, but it worked. Although with the events of that attack happening in that one place, He now only gets scared looks and long-winded stares. "What do you think?" She asked. Nodding he said, "I think it's great, Kiram. But don't you think your dad would be a little...um, suspicious?" She blew out a puff of air, "oh please. As far as he knows, you're just tagging along. So what." Yeshua gave her a worried look, "it's just..." "Look, it's not a big deal. When I get ready to...I'll tell him about us. Alright?" Kir said, placing her hand on arm. Yeshua shrugged and nodded in agreement. She smiled and leaned over, kissing his cheek before going to the bedroom. He slumped on the table and buried his head underneath his arms. Excited for the vacationing but becoming a worried-wart about what her dad might say. He never took news well when it included his daughter and one of his friends. x-i-n-n-o-c-e-n-c-e-x Several days later "Why can't I enter?" Yeshua asked him. He walked in a circle around him; his black and red clothing dressed his pale skin. He shrugged his shoulders, "well, I have on theory...but it's just a theory. See, only the guilty can enter the town." "What do you mean?" "Well, you are the Son of God. You have no sins, no guilt, nothing. Yes, it might have bent the rules on this one guy, but that was a different story. See your, trying to enter the town itself. And sadly, that town is not going to let you in." He taunted. "Then why don't you go in?" Yeshua responded. He smirked, "well why would I? That town and I, well we have our history. Let's just say, as evil as I am. I do not feel guilty about what I do." He laughed. Yeshua looked at the entrance of the town. Then back at his company. He didn't know what to say. "Look, you don't have to go in there, but I mean. I thought you loved her so, I guess that's my mistake." "She's your blood, you won't-" "Yeshua or Jesus, whatever the hell you're going as these days, it won't let me." "What you are asking of me goes against everything I fought for. Lucifer, please, understand." Yeshua told him. Lucifer nodded and rolled his white eyes, "Fine, but just so you know. What she is going through is much worse than what God would ever do. But as I said, fine." He began to walk off, "but, who knows, it has a mind of its own it just might let you go find her..." The thick fog began to enclose around them and in seconds Lucifer vanish. Yeshua looked at the tunnel entrance that lead straight to the town. An uneasy feeling overcame him, despite this though; he forced himself to walk to it. He had much faith and hoped this place was not as bad it seemed. Of course, it would help if he could just recall how they got here. The devil whistled a dark and low tune as he walked away. A thin smile pressed on his lips. "Let's see, if God's Light can reach his precious Son in there." He went silent for a second before breaking out into a sick and twisted laughter. x-i-n-n-o-c-e-n-c-e-x The deeper he walked into the tunnel, the darker it became. As if light refused to shine here. There were a few light bulbs that flickered on and off, but none of it was helping the scenario he found himself in. The walls were cracked from the top to bottom and even ones starting from the middle of the wall and ending in the middle of the broken up street. The green paint was dull and had begun to peel some time ago. The air heavy with despair and fog. How is it in here? Fog. That's strange. Yeshua tugged on the hem of his white button shirt as now the tunnel became nearly a pitch black. He passed one fully lit light, and then the next ten were out, leaving the eleventh on. This 'pattern' went on. Still examining the area, he fails to realize his next step. Slipping on loose gravel and bits of concrete, Yeshua didn't scream, but he was startled. He looked down, there was nothing. No road. No sidewalks. Empty. He gazed up across the pit-hole; there was the end of the tunnel. But it was block by heavy debris. "Even...if. The entrance is blocked." Yeshua mumbled. Behind him, a faint metal noise dragged on the ground. Accompany with it was an ill sounding moan. As if whatever it was, was in pain. "Hello?" Yeshua called out after getting off the ground. Nothing. "Hello-" he stopped. It was moving slowly but from the quick glimpse he saw as it moved under the light. This was no human. He saw what looked like its skin being torn off from the neck down. Blood dripped from its hands and eyes. Its entire jaw gone. Yeshua being to worry, he looked around. Wanting a way out. His eyes gleamed, a door. He ran to it, quickly his hands ran over the rusted metal door. The sickening creature had stood still for a moment before looking in Yeshua's direction. Ehhhh! Where's the handle? He screamed in his mind. In the dim light he noticed writing on the left side of the door. He squint his brown eyes he read it: Only the sacrifice of the lamb can open its path, through its protection- Yeshua read it over and over, what sacrifice? Again he checked the door, trying to figure out how to open it. The creature made a deafening shrill. Calming down, he thought about it. The words sacrifice and lamb repeated endlessly in his mind. "...me?" He whispered. "But..." Looking around on the ground, he picked through rubble of rocks and metal. Until he found one sharp enough. Getting back to the door, Yeshua turned around. He was faced with the eyeless creature. It grabbed him, its hands made of tiny sharp blades, slipping into his skin. Taking the sharp metal he found, he thrust it into the side of this creature. It cried, letting go of him. But it didn't stop it. He ran pass it; to the other side of the dark tunnel. The monster still went after him. Limping on its right leg, it still moved quickly. Yeshua, backed into a pipeline. He gripped the metal length and did everything he could to force it out. Pulling. Pulling. Pulling. It barely wiggled. "Come on!" He raised his foot on the wall for support and pulled with everything he had. Finally, it was freed but he slipped backwards into the monster. Causing it to fall down the pit. On the ground, breathing hard, the man looked. It being so dark, he didn't know if the creature hit ground or just kept falling. Of course, he couldn't relax. Again metal dragging on the ground began to fill this tunnel. But louder. "How many is there?" He questioned. This time, with the pipe in hand, he rushes to the door knowing he could not take on any more of them. He ripped the long sleeves from his shirt and balled them up, with the bloodstains upward. Yeshua didn't have time to think, he placed the bloody clothes on the spot where the handle would be. Nothing. "Hmm...I guess that's a bit ridiculous." Yeshua mumbled, as he let his hand fall, there was an unlocking noise. It was loud and alerted those monsters. Yeshua reacted. He tried this with the other side, making a vertical bloodstain. Again another loud unlocking sound was heard. The door cracked, but it wasn't enough to open it. When he glanced at it, he realized what it was. Quickly, he raised his hand and dragged the blood stain sleeves on top of the door. Another sound, the door opened. Just in time as well, He ran in and shut the door before the monsters could grab him with the sharp hands. One creatures arm made it through but snapped in half due the door. It moved on the ground for three seconds before stopping. Yeshua sat down, the light about him faded in and out. He sweated. The pipe in his right hand slipped often from the sweat his body created. When his eyes focused enough he study the hand in front of him. There were several tiny metal pieces sticking out from the tattered-skinned hand. Then there was one big metal in the center. Strange... The adrenaline began to pump through him. He couldn't sit still anymore. Standing up, he looked down. This seems to be a service tunnel. These ones went into town; this was the place where they kept an eye on electrical equipment in the street tunnel. Only one staircase and it was going down in to more darkness. He braced himself, the town has let him in, but what waits for him? Step by step, he went down the stairs. The light flickered out.Authoress Note(s): I am awful at summaries, but I might change it...ANYWAY! This is really spur of the moment, but I want to see how this goes. Also, please no flames, mean words, or anything that is not a critique, comment, opinion, etc. And if you haven't guess, the puzzles and monsters are going to be related to some biblical parts. So, yeah, I'm twisted it up. But if you think about it, a lot of SH stuff was kind of...well, those fans of the games know what I mean. There is gonna be more characters, just so you know but it wouldn't be a Silent Hill experience if I didn't make the peeps run into them, now would it?
Also, if you hadn't notice, this is a crossover fic. But because it has Biblical references, it does not mean I am, pushing, anything on you wonderful readers. I'm just pretty weird like that and I like twist things to fit the Silent Hill elements. So, just so you know this might get a little too much, I'm letting everyone know now, so I don't hear flames about it later.
