Vampire's Kiss
by Streti, thestreti@gmail.com
Maria Renard still remembered how Dracula had been defeated and banished back into Hell. Once more, she was making her way through the forest near Castlevania.
She had been on the move all through the dark hours. Now the morning sun had vanquished the horrible night, a new day was here. The forest was alive with renewed splendor in dawn's light and the trees seemed to part their vibrant green foliage to welcome Maria's passing. By her flew a large white owl, its deep eyes keen on the path ahead of them. Her short green dress allowed her to cross the woods briskly, intent with purpose.
Eventually they came to a lone house in a clearing deep in the forest. Weeds surrounded the worn down, but sturdy looking building, and she had to step carefully through the unkempt pathway. The windows were boarded up tight, and no smoke was coming from the chimney. The white owl looked at Maria, then flew away.
"So this should be it?" wondered the budding witch.
She opened the door. Outside, the morning was bright, but inside, it was dark as the dead of night. Maria peered into the blackness cautiously from the doorway.
There was a creaking noise. From the corner of her eye, she saw something move. Then she heard shuffling in the dark.
The young witch recoiled and leaped back from the doorway, staring into the lightless void inside the derelict house.
"Maria..." came out a deep voice.
"It is you!" she gasped.
"You should not have come after me," came the voice from the darkness.
"Can I come in?" she asked hopefully.
"If you must. But close the door."
She entered the darkness and closed out the sun's bright morning rays, without apprehension now.
He lit a few candles, and she could just barely make out Alucard the vampire, son of Count Dracula.
"I can't even see you. Don't you need more light?"
Three fireballs emerged seemingly from under his cape, and crashed into the hearth, lighting the wood there.
"Is that better?" asked Alucard, his pale visage catching the flicker of the blazing fire.
"Showoff," she said, smiling at him.
Alucard went around the room and lit more candles, this time with a dead twig. She could now see that heavy curtains were drawn over the windows, boarded up from the outside. It was a simple room, with a bed, a table, a bureau, an armoire and a bookcase. Dusty and cobwebbed pots, kettles, cauldrons and assorted utensils surrounded the hearth and lined up a lone cabinet. On the table was a thick leatherbound book and a flower vase with withered roses.
In the middle of the room there was also a coffin, and the lid was slightly ajar.
"Have there been evil stirrings? I have not sensed anything," said Alucard, clad meticulously in his black coat, vest and cape.
"Hello to you too, and good morning. How have you been?" jested Maria.
"Hello, Maria," he replied gruffly. "How did you find me?"
"I received a tip, and here you are, so close to where it happened."
"What is wrong? Why are you here?"
"Nothing's wrong. It's been over a year, Alucard. Since then, I haven't been able to stop thinking about you."
"Cease such thoughts," he admonished.
"I can't, that's the point."
"No evil stirrings?" he asked, sounding almost disappointed.
"No stirrings of any kind," she replied.
Alucard turned his back to her, an outline of black with his long blonde hair flowing over his cape.
Maria went to the bookcase. In the dim light, she could just make out some of the titles, like 'Dracula' by Vram Stoker, 'Frankenstein' by Boring Karloff, 'Champions' Respite' by Max Streti, and 'Ritual of the Night' by Candies Igotrusty.
"Go now. You should not be here," Alucard muttered to her.
Maria approached the black-clad vampire from behind and pressed into him for a soft hug.
"You look good," she said. "You haven't aged a day."
"Please. Enough with the japes," moaned Alucard.
On the bureau was also a mirror, and she caught herself in it, hugging empty air.
"Why do you have a mirror?"
"It came with the house," he grumbled.
"I wonder... when do your clothes fall under your spell?"
"What?"
Still hugging him from behind, Maria started removing his white ascot tie.
"What are you doing?" he asked gruffly.
"Just a little experiment," she said mischievously.
She took the ascot tie off and held it in the air. In a little while, it started becoming visible in the air.
"Interesting. What should we try next?" she commented matter-of-factly.
"Maria..." sighed Alucard.
She moved in front of him and watched the pale vampire's otherworldly yellow eyes with quickened breath. He lidded his mouth just slightly and watched her back, and she could feel her heart beating faster. She wondered if he could hear her heartbeat, it felt so loud to her in their shared silence and the dim light of the candles and the fire.
Then he kissed her.
It started slow, and once she got over the slightly unnerving feeling of his cool lips, she put her arms around him and drew him closer to her, pressing into her heaving bust. It was she who first probed with her tongue, curiously feeling his long and sharp canines. At that, he withdrew.
"Be careful," said Alucard, but then he kissed her again.
Maria stayed away from his canines, but the kiss went on, and she was starting to feel the heat of the fire. She touched his body where she could under his black cape and coat, and it felt cool even through his clothes. Then she went lower, to the front of his pants.
"Oh! So you do feel that way about me!" she cheered.
"It is only natural, even for an unnatural being such as I," commented Alucard.
Maria stepped back and wiggled her body under his yellow-eyed gaze, meeting him with tease in her eyes. Then she pushed her breasts together and up, and the open cleavage of her green dress gave him an abundant view of her chest.
"Oh, Maria... You look even more womanly now," sighed Alucard.
"Then why don't you make a woman out of me?" she said with a wide smile and looked at the bed.
Without word, Alucard grabbed and lifted her, and carried her to the bed. Hastily, they undid each other's clothes, kissing when they could, and caressing each other's naked skin as it was revealed. He felt even cooler to her touch now, and likewise his hands on her, and she wondered how he would feel inside her, when she finally saw his erect manhood.
But before that, there was one more barrier to overcome.
When he finally entered her, and pushed through, she squealed sharply, and it wasn't entirely pleasurable. His yellow eyes spread wide.
"Maria... You were..." he lamented, having stopped.
"It's alright. Just keep going," she said, hoping he wouldn't see the tears forming in the corners of her eyes.
After some hesitation, he did, and she could feel him fully now, a curious sensation, curiouser than she could have even imagined, but one that gave rise to a mounting pleasure inside her. She was gasping for air, and feeling so hot she was dizzy, even as his cool body pressed onto her, and he kissed her, and he caressed her, and played with her nipples.
Finally, she was facing the headboard, away from him and room lit with candles and fire, but she could feel him all in her, and when her surrender to him was complete, she could also feel his release and hear his gruff sounds of peaking.
Afterwards, Maria was lying in Alucard's arms on the bed, as the hearth still blazed. He idly caressed her nakedness, and she breathed heavily through a blissful smile.
"Do you still think I shouldn't have come after you?" she asked, but he was silent.
"Can you go again?" she then asked giddily. Still he remained silent.
"Drink from me so that you may regain your vigor," she continued.
Maria bared her slender neck for him. Instinctively, Alucard flashed his sharp canines, but just as quickly, he drew back.
"I... I should not."
"Please..."
"Do not beg me for such a thing. I will not do it."
He placed a tender kiss on her lips, then withdrew again.
"Go now, you cannot be with me," he said.
"Just let me lie here a little longer," looking happily at him.
"...As you wish," sighed Alucard.
