The ground shook underneath my feet. I was suddenly knocked out of ARK.
“SHHHHAAADDDDOWWWW!” A voice called out. Growing fainter each second, it was the blue hedgehog.
Goodbye Dear Hedgehog, I saved the world. I kept my promise to Maria... It’s time for me to die. ...I can finally see my only friend again...
The Chaos Control was in my hands. I look down at it. Leave me, go to Sonic...He’ll need you more... With a bright flash, it was gone. The impact of space soon hit me. The air was being sucked out of me. I tried to sob, but couldn’t find the effort or physics to. Goodbye Dear Blue Hedgehog. I saved the world, for you. Please forgive me, for my sins. Our Father, who art in Heaven...

The collapsing of ARK took me by surprise. With Shadow falling off, right before my very eyes.
“SHHHHAAADDDDOWWWW!” I yell, tears welling down my face. He was the only person, which I had ever cried for. The guy was evil, damn it. Yet he helped me. He HELPED me. A bright flash soon engulfed my body. Closing my eyes, a voice called out.
Goodbye Dear Hedgehog, I saved the world. I kept my promise to Maria... It’s time for me to die. ...I can finally see my only friend again...
The Chaos Control, of course. Shadow must have passed it on to me. I start sobbing again. If Tails or Knuckles was up here. They would have flipped. Here was Sonic, the big, bad hedgehog, sobbing for someone that was evil, and in their finest hour, helped change the destruction that they helped cause. I couldn’t help it though. Hearing his last words, and knowing that he would die a happy man. Despite the unbearable pain of falling though the Earths atmosphere.
If only there was a way to bring him back...

Yea, though I walk though the valley of the Shadow of Death. I shall fear no evil, for thou is with me...Ugh, God damn it. Would my body stop losing heat, or at least let me die before I hit the earth?
My body was turning into a giant Shadow sickle. Ice forming everywhere on my exposed body, the pain was excruciating. But, dying with the knowledge you helped someone do good wasn’t a everyday thing. God, please let this be over qui-
Suddenly, I try to close my eyes, but to no avail. The liquid that coated my eyes from the very beginning of my life began to suck out of my eyelids. I try breathing, but my lips wouldn’t move.
FUCK!!! LET THIS BE THE DAMN END!!! I yell to no one. Knowing my body would disintegrate, or be crushed by the atmosphere. Not a pretty thing to think of, even as your eye juice was being sucked out of your own eyelids.

...Wait, time out. I didn’t complete that mission. Oh, fuck...I’m dying for nothing. I start sobbing to myself. My brain was starting to blackout. I failed you...I failed you Maria...Please forgive me. The back of my mind starts to spasm. I finally reach the end.
Forgive me for not finding love, Maria. I just wanted so much to save the world for you. I achieved it, at the lost of not finding love...
...Blissful sleep came over me.
